Wonderful experience tonight at Mexican Sugar! The food was hot and the service was on point. Thank you Arnold and Katie for ensuring my experience was amazing - and a big thank you to my server Roxy who was extremely attentive and made sure my night was special. I have an avocado allergy which I made the server aware of. Unfortunately, when my dish was brought to the table, it contained avocado. Additionally, another guest in my party ordered a burger which was prepared incorrectly.

I am so sorry we failed to perform as requested with your avocado allergy. Our burgers are usually awesome as I eat them myself all the time but failing to meet any special request or even executing preparation properly is unacceptable. Food was just plain not good, so very disappointing especially for the price. Didn’t get our drinks until after the entrees came out and forget trying to get the waiters attention

We have dined here numerous times but this time was horrible. The noise level was so loud, you had to yell at each other to have a conversation. Reservation was for 6:30. Ordered food at 7:15 and still no food at 8:45. Manager finally informed us that the ticket was lost and we would have food in five minutes. My fiancée and I are sick today from the food so I’m assuming they rushed the order and didn’t prepare the food correctly. Worst experience at this place.

Delicious food and great drink menu, but it is super loud inside, forcing us have to yell to talk across the table all of dinner. If the weather is good, the patio seating is a better choice.

This place used to have amazing food. They had a manager once named Eric and he really cared about the restaurant. Now it seems to be sub par. Our food came out cold.

A little shakeup at the beginning, but managers Jorge and Katy took great care of me, as usual. Server Mario is flawless. He is simply superior! Food was delicious: chicken enchiladas with three different sauces! Yum!

Cool atmosphere. Service was good. Food was less than average. Queso has a weird velveeta texture and taste, not great. Chips were stale. Guacamole was good. Ribeye fajitas had no seasoning. Just a cut up steak with no flavor. Enchiladas have the mediocre salsa (same that you get with the chips when you sit down) and queso poured on top. Rice is not Mexican rice. Black beans were good. Overall, not worth returning.
