Metro Grill Ratings and Reviews
We were not in the mood for a big meal, so we were pleased to see that you had wedge salad and 9" pizzas. Even better, the prices were right for the perfect amount of food. Our waiter was exemplary. You would have thought that we had ordered a huge five course meal. His courtesy and service were appreciated.
Never dissapoints. Friends management, super wait staff and broad range of great entrees priced reasonably.
We had the eggplant tower for an appetizer. Very fresh and absolutely delicious.
We had the pork chop special with sweet sausGe and a sauce with sweet green peppers.
NO rom for dessert. We will miss this jewel when we relocate.
This was our first time at the Metro Grill, we enjoyed the anti pasta. Our entrees were good, would have liked to had something outstanding for me feel like it was a good value. We had a dessert that I could have at our local diner. We had a very attentive waitress, I did think the service was great.
We like the Metro Grill and will probably return, but not without letting our displeasure known to the owner and to anyone else that is thinking of dining there. We are another couple ate there Friday night. We all ordered expensive entrées that were delicious. However one of my friends and I did not want the pasta, so we asked for a vegetable in place of it. The waitress said that it would be an extra which was fine with us as most places in our experience have charge between two and three dollars for a vegetable in place of potatoes or pasta. We ordered a side of spinach and a side of broccoli. When the bill came, we were all stunned. They charged five dollars for each of the vegetables which was totally out of line and outrageous. Eventually we will probably go back, but not for a while until we get over feeling is if we had just been ripped off.
After hearing about Metro Grill for awhile, we tried it on a Sunday evening. Not too crowded but a steady stream of customers throughout the time we were there. The wait staff were very nice and not overbearing, letting my friend and I catch up for a while without bothering us. The food was delicious. My friend had his favorite - chicken parm, I had mine - chicken saltimbocca. Both were great. For dessert we shared the brownie sundae. That was the only thing that was just ok. Will definitely go back.
Great as usual.
We went on Sunday night to celebrate an early Valentine's day. The place was mostly empty which was surprising...although it WAS raining.
Service was good...food was good....ambiance was good.
A great neighborhood place that keeps us away from the chains on Route 1!
