Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

Food was decent but not at the level I was expecting from a Bobby Flay restaurant. Shrimp in my shrimp pasta dish was overcooked and rubbery, but the flavor of the sauce was really good. Caramel tiramisu tasted good but presentation wasn’t great - it was lopsided and falling over, like a piece of it was missing from the bottom or something. My cocktail was very good. Service was fine - no issues, but not the friendliest either. Restaurant was pretty inside but very cold temperature wise. The bathroom was gross. The wall inside my stall had something bloody wiped on it. 🤢 Probably won’t eat here again.

Every time we are in Vegas we make it a point to get our Amalfi fill. We had the fish and octopus and it was very good! Service is always excellent as well.

It’s so good and everyone I bring here thinks so too! 1 star off this time just because the server didn’t come around to check on us as often as the other times we have been here.

                                                                                                                                          Don't waste your time on this restaurant folks. We went out to dinner each night while in Vegs and honestly, I don't mind paying big bucks for great meals. The value was not here for this restaurant. First you can smell the smoke from the casino which was disappointing. I ordered chicken parm and all I got was a big piece of chicken in some sauce. No pasta. When I asked the server where the pasta was, she told me that the pasta is an extra charge. I asked how much and she replied $20.00 for a side of pasta. Are you kidding me? I ended up paying $42 for the piece of chicken!!!!! That would be $62 if I ordered the side of pasta which is insane for the quality of the food. The server should have told me the dish is a slab of chicken. I expressed my disappointment, but the server did nothing. My co-worker had the shrimp scampi and the portion size was super small. Not worth it at all. My other co-worker was disappointed with her meal as well so first night in Vegas that we all thought the restaurant was a waste of money. I would highly suggest Hell's Kitchen, Eiffel Tower Restaurant and Water Grill which is located in Ceasar's hotel. Hope this write up helps another person avoid wasting their money.

Kenny, the fish monger, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our server Eric was ok but the secondary servers were more personable. No one offered bread but when we asked it was provided ($10) and delicious. We enjoyed our evening but our previous visit was much better. They will not validate parking, it’s free for locals for 3 hours of which we went over by 1 minute!
