What a great meal!!! We had wanted to try Mesa Grill for a while but there isn’t one near where live. It more than lived up to our expectations! The tamale with Tiger Shrimp and garlic sauce was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! My husband got the swordfish which was insanely delicious! I’m still dreaming of the bacon quesadilla which we shared as an appetizer!

We love Mesa.. however, this time our server was inattentive and unfriendly.. our entire group commented several times about his attitude and snarky comments.

Simply amazing food! On my top 3 best restaurants. Flavours and meats were on point. Can't go wrong at Mesa. Great value for what you are about to eat! You won't forget it....

Food was delicious, but mine was room temperature. It was quite a wait for the main course. Felt a bit neglected by our waiter. Food never disappoints(especially when served warm!).

Unfortunately disappointing. Ordered a few appetizers, the queso was very good but the shrimp tamale was not. Both myself and my wife ordered the same main course, which was there poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and mushroom. We too cheesy and very bland. We were excited to go to this place because of its name recognition before a show we were sitting at the Coliseum. Now the service was fairly good, other people look like they were truly enjoying their choices (different than ours), and ultimately the waiter credited back the two main courses which was a very kind gesture.

Went for lunch, had the house cheese burger, which was very good, and cook
medium, which we requested. The burger came with fries, which where also very
good. It was a nice break from the casino to come into a very pleasant atmosphere.
Our server was great. So a big thumbs up for service.

I know it’s southwest cooking but it would be nice to know how spicy the dish is. The pumpkin soup was spicy... I would never thought this soup would be spicy and after 1 bite I could not eat it. Our waiter was great and took it off my bill.
I wanted to try Bobby Flays restaurant and I’m so glad I did. Love to watch him and his cooking

Two years ago I was in Las Vegas for a business conference and was treated to a dinner here. We had the filet mignon and it was the best I've ever had. I promised myself that next time I came to Vegas for another conference I would eat at Mesa Grill again. I brought some colleagues with me and we all had, and loved, the filet mignon again!

Food is mediocre. Bobby Flay’s show hype his restaurants but it’s not even close to what his critics is saying. Would not recommend for the price they are charging.

My wife and i decided to eat at MESA GRILL on Thanksgiving. I ordered the Double Cut Pork Chop. I could only eat 3/4 's of it not because I was full but because it was under cooked and still raw. We showed ood server and he said..." it mostly going to be more red near the bone" dude it was RAW! Also do you not scrape off crumbs off the table anymore? My wife orders the salmon and she got no sides to her dish? really??
None we offered to us.
Our server was not engaging or hardly came by our table.
Last but not least, you used to have these nice heavy MESA GRILL paper linen towels in the restroom for YEARS and now it s these regular restroom paper towels. When people spend good amount of money I would hope the restrooms would have better paper products.
The best thing was the Patricia Green wine had, the Fleurie wine 2012, dessert wine and dessert all of these were good.

Dinner with gratuity was not worth half of what we spent. So disappointed considering we make this place a must stop when in Vegas.

My wife made a comment..."I wonder what Bobby would have said about the pork chop and me not having any sides with my salmon"?

Went there for lunch. Green Chile cheeseburger was excellent. Fries aren’t super crispy, but the flavor is excellent. Note - restaurant isn’t where it’s labeled on Caesar’s Google map. It’s actually adjacent to the sports book

This was my 3rd trip and each time I think it's better. I consistently try new items from the menu and each is to die for. I would say the only thing I have gotten that was not perfect was the twice baked horseradish potato, it was a little tough to eat due to the skin texture. Everything else is out of this world.

Every part of our experience at Mesa Grill was excellent
Service, cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert
Staff was attentive. No long wait times from beginning to end - although the restaurant was quite busy.
We will visit again the next time we are in Vegas and recommend to our friends!

We took our son to Las Vegas for his 21st birthday, and gave him the choice of any of the restaurants around the strip to have a birthday celebration. He chose MESA Grille being familiar with Bobby Flay from his television programs. We also learned that MESA is one of the oldest "celebrity chef" restaurants on the strip having been there for well over a decade. We made a reservation, but our plans saw us arrive early. I let the attendant know, and she made sure to seat us quickly despite this. We all had margaritas and queso fundito to start. The queso was served in a cast iron pan and was served with very crispy blue corn chips. The queso was tasty and didn't last long enough for me to get a photo. For our entrees, my son ordered the Sixteen Spice Chicken, my wife ordered the Chile Relleno, and I the Ancho-rubbed Pork Tenderloin. All the dishes were amazing, and each of us very much enjoyed what we chose. My wife boasted about the porcini mushrooms in her relleno, and my son loved the flavors with his chicken. In my case, the pork was very tender and moist with a nice spicy hit that off-set the sweeter sauce it was served with. For desert, we ordered my son the Burbon Pecan Tart with Sour Cream Ice Cream the staff added a birthday candle to this, and it was an amazing treat. The ice cream played a nice counter-balance to the sweet burbon sauce. On the whole it was an excellent meal, and our family would reccommend MESA to anyone.
