We really enjoyed our meals. The chocolate sticky toffee pudding dessert was particularly delightful. Just note that the restaurant is within Caesar’s Palace and open to the smoky air of the surrounding casino area - this would be our only negative, as it was difficult to smell the delicious food.
Another great meal at Mesa Grill! Food was well prepared and tasty! Service was also excellent!
Our favorite of the restaurants we visited at Caesar's Palace. Innovative southwestern cuisine that is pleasantly spicy. Great Margaritas, too! Wish we could have gotten dinner reservations, but there weren't any available within days of our visit. Plan ahead. It's worth it.
Truly exceptional food. The Lamb Tacos were delicious and the Salmon done perfectly. The Pumkin Tamale was a good holiday treat. Great place for dinner
Wonderful cuisine- creative food, great staff and cocktail. The bread basket is even amazing
Excelente lugar. Comida deliciosa.
Food was good, but not amazing. Something in the chili relleno made me really sick and I had to leave. It wasn’t the spice—I can handle spice. Everyone else at the table was fine and I was the only one who had that dish.
Went To Mesa grill before a show in Vegas. We were running late, and were seated right away.
The service was excellent. I ordered the Tuna steak, which was amazing. The Tuna was fresh, seared to perfection, no veins at all, and very soft, topped with delicious sauce. My husband ordered the Salmon, and he requested it well done and crispy, he got his wish.
We also ordered a side of the brussels sprouts, which was saucy and deliciously glazed. Sorry we didnt have room for desserts, since the meal was very satisfing.
Most amazing food we’ve ever had!! I would go to Las Vegas again just to eat here. The menu is creative, the food is delicious and the service is stellar. Hits on every single aspect of fine dining.
It was okay.
Food was good but nothing memorable. Server was great and substituted my martini that tasted like cough syrup for a different drink that was good. I’ve eaten here before and found it much better. The one at Atlantis in the Bahamas is much better, too.
Lovely birthday meal with my spouse! Service was very attentive and the meal was tasty and inventive. Loved the iced tea and bananna dessert.
Really fun place! Highly recommend the ancho spice rubbed pork loin and the brick chicken was a nice surprise. Queso dip was so good I could have been happy with this all night long. Had nutella tart for dessert and had to share because everyone wanted a taste. Chef Montana was amazing and came out to say hello! Will come back again and again.
Awesome. James was one of the best waiters I have ever had.
I was sitting at the bar. I was served a 1/2 bottle of wine and the bartender never checked in if it was good. Ordered goat cheese fundido-it was greasy and very spicy, also tasted kind of burned. I ordered the shrimp tamale and it never came; I asked bartender about it after waiting about 25 minutes and he was like oh you want that now? Um no I wanted it a half hour ago when I ordered it....
He was not apologetic, just took it off the bill after being rude about it.
Amazing as always. Highly recommended!
Excellent food and service! Will definitely eat here again when in Vegas. Margaritas are delicious!
Excellent food and service. My wife and I were totally impressed with everything.
I'm a big fan of Bobby Flay so eating at his restaurant was on my Vegas to-do list and my husband enjoys spicy food. The waitress was very helpful in answering questions about the menu and which items were gluten free or could be made gluten free. Not recommended if you are vegan. The food was delicious, the people watching was fun and it was easy to get to even though we did not stay at Caesars.
We have been to Mesa Grill a number of times now and have always been impressed. The food is outstanding, cooked and spiced perfectly. It provides a unique culinary experience on the Strip. Service is always great as well.
In town for conference, love southwestern cuisine. This place delivered. Divine from appetizer to dessert. Will definitely be going back on my next trip to Vegas.
Best thing we did in Vegas! Great service, FANTASTIC food.
Have dined here many times and it's ALWAYS great !
Absolutely always the best experience! Brought some friends this time that aren’t exactly adventurous eaters, and they are all still raving. Best part, they’re not pretentious.
Mesa Grill never disappoints. We always hit this restaurant whenever in Vegas. Delish!
I was so excited to eat at Mesa and was disappointed with the menu and food. The menu is very slim and not many options to choose from for dinner. All I wanted was a burger I has seen on Yelp and it turns out it's only on the lunch menu and as much as I begged they would not make me it for dinner which I thought was really crappy it couldn't be that hard to make a burger seeing as it was on the kids menu so with a few extra toppings I'm sure they had on hand I'm sure they could make it work but they wouldn't. We had the queso appetizer which was really good and a large portion. For dinner we had the 16 spice chicken and the pork tenderloin the chicken was ok nothing special it lacked salt. The tenderloin was really good and the sauce it came with was delicious. Our service was very slow and we were the only table besides maybe 3 others in the place so we didn't understand the slowness and un-attentiveness. To us everything was just ok not what I expected for a Bobby Flay restaurant at all.
Fast paced, very noisy dining. Food was good.
Far exceeded my expectations. Great steaks, lamb chops and the signature New Mexico Pork Tenderloin was off the hook.
Pork Tenderloin dinner is excellent. Drinks and service outstanding.
Love Mesa Grill! We eat there every time we are in Vegas.
Mesa Grill was an exquisite dining experience for a reunion with longtime friends. The salmon, mahi mahi, and pork tenderloin dishes tasted so scrumptious. The presentation of each dish was worthy of photographing. The breads were delightfully tasty and fresh. We loved the variety of peppers in the breads as well as the entrees. The freshness of the sauteed spinach and au gratin cauliflower was outstanding.
Our server was perfect too.
The food was outstanding. We had a fantastic server but the person assisting our server was a bit rude, and not very helpful when we asked questions. With such an amazing meal - the food was truly incredible - that one blemish was disappointing, especially with it being a special occasion for many there.
Overall I would still recommend this restaurant given the food quality, creativity and presentation.
Great food & staff.
Tables were to close together we sat next too two
Loudmouths when there were empty nearby tables
The bread and cornbread were good. My salmon was undercooked. We had high expectations and the prices were pretty high for what we received.
Delicious food- will definitely come back next time I'm in Las Vegas!
The pumpkin soup, duck, rabbit, lamb chops and tamales knocked our socks off! Delicious, cooked perfectly!
Was a Birthday celebration, would have preferred menu to pick desert especially since we were charged. The chocolate cake while delicious was too sweet after the rich dinner.
Food was good. Actually my duck appetizer was fantastic. My pork tenderloin was a tad overcooked. Dessert....delicious
We come here every year and the food is always outstanding
Food was OK but fish was dry. Service ok, but not quick. Very noisy! Perhaps expecting more as a Bobby Flay restaurant than what we got. Like any other restaurant.
