Mesa Grill - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Combining Flay's signature American cooking style with the tastes of the Southwest and his love of grilling, Mesa Grill offers dishes the will delight the senses and earned the Las Vegas restaurant a place on Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot 100 list. Just as striking as the food at Mesa Grill is the atmosphere.
Designed by renowned restaurant designer David Rockwell, the open space at this Las Vegas restaurant features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest.
This Las Vegas restaurant’s proximity to Mexico gives Mesa Grill access to some of that country's highest-quality tequila and mezcal offerings, and the expansive wine list has a global reach yet maintains an emphasis on top American wines.

I was not pleased. I was really looking forward to a great brunch. I found hair in my food (pork tenderloin sandwiches)my husband's lamb salad was also disappointing. There was so much blue cheese and the lamb was overcooked. The blueberry bread is absolutely amazing. That was the best part of our experience.
The meal was excellent. We did prefix memu. I did the tamale with shrimp and ancho chili chicken. ( fruit and chocolate for dessert) My husband did the chorizo salad and porter house. We both through the porter house was one of the best we had ever had’
Only two Dish’s that were sub par.
The chorizo salad was not good. Also the dessert was extremely dry, the cake part. I am a baker and was shocked that the pastry did not match or come near the food quality. We loved our meal over all and would recommend and return when back in Las Vegas. Cheer’s!
5 PEOPLE AND WE ALL ORDERED THE SAME PORTERHOUSE STEAK SPECIAL.
4 PEOPLE LOVED THEIR MEAL, ON ONLY AT 4-5 BITES OF THE STEAK AND SAID IT WAS VERY TOUGH. THEY WERE EMBARRASSED TO SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE WAS HAPPY. HOWEVER THE THEY CAME TO PICK UP THE PLATES AND SAW ONE PERSON DID NOT EAT THEY DID NOT ASK IF IT WAS OK OR NOT. AGAIN THEY WOULD HAVE SENT THE STEAK BACK, BUT IF YOU LOOK AT A PLATE WITH 90% OF THE MEAL STILL ON IT, YOU SHOULD ASK.
We had been wanting to try it for ages. We took some good friends out to dinner. The food and atmosphere was amazing and the service was fantastic. We truly enjoyed the evening and the experience.
probably the best tasting tuna steak crushed with a spicy mango sauce made almost sushi rare and chile rellano porcini cheesy excellent as well...wine list was fairly priced for the strip...
Not great that you must walk though a smoke filled casino to get to the restaurant, but still worth it for a special occasion.
I always eat at Mesa Grill when in Las Vegas. Missed being able to have my favorite Black Kale salad but other salad was very good.
Mesa Grill always offers excellent food options with outstanding service. This visit was for a business meeting and we were happy to treat colleagues to a meal at this establishment. The cost of a meal at Mesa Grill with appetizers for the table and sides to share will run about $70 per person before alcohol or tip, so we typically are here for a special occasion or a business activity. This visit did not disappoint. We will be back!
Loved it! Excellent food and service! We toot our teen age kids for the first time and they can’t stop talking about it!
Excellent food and drinks. Great service as always. AAAAAAA+++++
Lunch was perfect, no noise, good food and good service.
Food was outstanding. Brunch choices were good and mango glazed bacon was best bacon we have ever eaten. Egg dishes were so flavorful. Bread basket was fabulous. Bobby Flay lived up to his reputation.
Overall great. A bit loud.
The fod was wonderful, the waitors were attentive without being intrusive. For the experience and food you get the price is great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. You could go there on a hot date, or like I did with my husband and our 9-month old baby girl and have a great family dinner.
The food was just incredible. The atmosphere relaxed and inviting. Bobby Flay’s balance and composition was fully evident. Exceeded all of our expectations.
Every time I visit I get the same great quality and service at Mesa Grill. It had been a while since I’ve been there, and I remember loving the tamale shrimp appetizer. Was so happy to see it still on the menu. Our server said it is still a favorite on the menu
The waiter was excellent! Food was delicious. It is south western food so sauces can be spicy. We really enjoyed the shrimp tamales.
Outstanding menu with unique choices. Everything was delicious, especially corn soup appetizer and grilled lamb loins and key lime desert. Service was slow, but we were not in a hurry so tolerable.
Go there every time I’m in Vegas. Always a great meal
Excellent food. Did not disappoint in any way.
Bobby Flay is my favorite chef, so my expectations were very high and somehow this place managed to exceed them. The food was fantastic, the service was incredible, and the restaurant was new, clean, and really cool looking. Next time I’m in Vegas I’m DEFINITELY coming back.
It is our #1 favorite restaurant and it doesn't disappoint. Best food, best service, OK prices (pricey side but WORTH it). Best place to eat HANDS DOWN in Vegas!
Had one of the best meals in my life at Mesa a few years ago so it was a top priority to eat there on my return trip to Vegas. A bit disappointed in the food...my veal chop was bland and the goat cheese tamale that came with it was dry and uneatable. The fresh corn soup and service were outstanding enough to make me want to try again on my next trip.
Visiting from Kansas City. Few people in restaurant for 7:45 reservation. Sat next to kitchen. Waiter was great. Food was good-corn side dish so salty that kept me from fully enjoying it.
Great food and atmosphere
Would like to see discounts offered for Military and senior citizens.
Enjoyed the Baby Romain Lettuce Salad, Tiger Prawn Tamale, New Mexican Spiced Pork Tenderloin and NY Strip, and Cilantro/Pesto Mashed Taters... All were superb!
Nice Selection of wines by the glass with some non-traditional choices that were a pleasant surprise
Our server, Sheldon was friendly and attentive, as were all the other service staff. A+
Only minor/major complaint- Like many open-concept restaurants inside of casinos, the smell of cigarette smoke was present throughout our meal from the gaming area(s) just outside the restaurant
Everything I dreamed of! Service was amazing...FOOD... out of this world! Bucket list: Mesa Grill✔
Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. We love watching BObby Flay and we were excited to eat his inspired recipes. But over all too expensive for food cover in sauces.
Love to watch Bobby Flay on TV, so I was very excited to try his restaurant. Service was excellent. It was not hard to reserve a table for dinner (same day reservation). The corn soup was excellent. The rabbit was ok but the leg was very dry. Overall, it was decent.
We have dined at Mesa Grill a number of times, and had good experiences.
This time we didn't, service was slow, not the waiter, slow coming out of the kitchen, soup was not hot, and our meals were marginal.
we were surprised, and will think about returning????
other fine restaurants would compensate the customer, my wife didn't want to complain, however it may mean you lost a customer.
Truly an outstanding meal.
A "must" when we visit Vegas. Always enjoy the experience of excellent food with friendly and professional service. Just wish those addictive sweet potato tamales were a bit bigger -- I can't get enough of them! The meat is always superbly prepared, so I have a very happy husband, ready for a fun night out afterwards! What more can one ask for?!
The food was outstanding. It’s a nice environment in the evening for a meal with friends or loved ones. Our server was inattentive.
Impeccable service and delicious food. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
We never once had to ask for a drink refill and dirty dishes were whisked away almost immediately! Food was delicious. We had the salmon and some kind of spicy chicken. Not one thing to complain about!
The food was very good with a really nice selection. The seating leaves something to be desired, I felt like I was eating with the couples of each side of our table.
We are locals and usually avoid the strip, but we regularly go to the Mesa Grill and have always had great food and service. This visit was no different. The service was spot on. The food is excellent and and interesting.
Awesome food and awesome ambience! Always love Bobby Flay’s restaurants!
We had 6:00 reservations at Mesa before attending a Rod Stewart shoe at Caesars Palace. Once we informed our waiter, Joel S, he made sure our orders were taken ASAP and was outstanding with his knowledgeable recommendations and prompt service . The food was delicious , though some dishes may be rather spicy for some. The place was packed but Joel brought the check just as our desserts came, making sure we got away in time to make the 7:30 concert.
Nice cocktails, excellent appetizers, braised short ribs too fat with very little meat. Desert selection poor for a restaurant of this stature.
