Fantastic service! The pork was very tender and pesto mashed potatoes complimented well. Great margarita menu as well. But the star of the night was the chocolate cake—crisp, salty crumble on top pushed it into the mist-come-back category!
I often take customers to the Mesa Grill- Everyone in our party of 4 loved their meals. No complaints at all.
Always fantastic food and so tasty!
Was just another great dinner at Bobby’s. His flavors are bold, plating is beautiful and service is great. Whenever I am in a town that has a Bobby Flay restaurant I make sure I go. Never been disappointed.
I thought everything was fine. Very nice experience. My wife’s halibut was a little over done but very tasty
I always make Mesa Grill a must place to dine, while in Las Vegas.Food never disappoints & I have had many great items on their menu.Has a nice amount of Southwest spices without being overwhelming. As all things go for fine dining chef restaurants,Mesa Grill is very well priced for the quality & portion sizes.Whether you go for lunch, brunch, or dinner you will be in for a terrific dining experience. The only thing that was disappointing on this visit, was my waiter had a major attitude. He was rude & rolling his eyes on the way I ordered an entree.
Amazing would definitely return
Food was fabulous as always. I went for brunch. The spicy scrambled eggs were everything I'd hoped for and more. The side of potatoes with the ancho drizzle were amazing! The glaze on the ham and the ham itself were really good. I need that glaze for Christmas. LBS
I got the waffle just so I could see what blue corn tastes like in it and I wasn't disappointed. So good! I am a true bacon lover and decided to get a side once I saw someone's plate. Yum! Worth it. Tookit back to my room for the next day
Enjoyed Mesa grill. Great food. Service was fantastic.
The food was sadly mediocre, and the items were overpriced. I suppose that's a classic Vegas duo, but it was still disappointing. If you're staying in Caesars, try to find another restaurant to attend.
Hostess was rude, was 16 minutes late for reservation. Gave table away & said they were booked for 4 hours . Had 5:45 reservation and said can get you in st 9. Eat there 5 or 6 times a year & food is always awesome! Might need new hostesses! Will be back in 3 months, going to take a break and do Nobu new favorite! Get it together!
This is not the cheapest place for dinner, but it is worth every single penny. The food is prepared perfectly every time. All the dishes are packed with flavor. My favorite is the pork tenderloin. The irony is, I'm not really a fan of a lot of pork, but this is melt-in-your-mouth, perfectly seasoned with a fantastic rub, and delicately placed on the plate with two different sauces. It comes with a sweet potato tamale that has maple pecan butter on it. It is one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Now, every time we visit Las Vegas, this restaurant is a must-do. My wife is a huge fan of lamb chops, and she has said these are the best lamb chops she's ever eaten - over and above such high end offerings from places like Morton's Steakhouse.
The service is impeccable - the waitstaff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They are also attentive to every need. You will never have to ask for a refill on any drink or search around if you need something. They are just there.. seemingly tuned in to everything you may want.
If you are a fan of really good food and don't mind spending the money to get it, add this one to your "must-do" list as well. You will only regret it if you don't go.
Really nice meal at Mesa grill. They continue to put out a very good meal year after year.
Great food! The cactus pear margarita is top notch
Food not up to the level as it’s been on prior visits.
Our server was not very friendly or attentive
This was my second visit and I was not as impressed as my visit a year ago. The good - the pumpkin soup was amazing. Spicy and sweet, very flavorful. I highly recommend. My entree (halibut) and my husband's (swordfish) were the disappointment and it all had to do with the plating. It was obvious that they prepare the plates with with side/sauces/broth far too ahead of the protein. Our fish was hot but everything else on the plate was lukewarm. It made for a very disappointing experience.
Phenomenal menu with nicely seasoned and presented
Recommend trusting the wait staff to suggest dishes
Great meal prior to Reba Brooks and Dunn
It was an experience. The food was yams was the service. My expectation was that there would be a a lot more flavor and spice. We had a few dishes that were pretty bland. The avocado spread was not our favorite. The venison chops and lamb porterhouses were excellent.
The food and service are excellent. Pleasant atmosphere but somewhat noisy. Weight are very attentive and knowledgeable.
Perfect meal great service
Have taken many clients here over the years and really enjoyed the food and service. This time the food was good but the service was rushed and made us feel like we were in the way. We were told at the beginning of service that they needed the table at 8. Some of us finished dinner about 7:25 while a few were talking and taking a little longer. The staff was cleaning everything off around us and in some cases reaching across to clear bread baskets off the table even. We ultimately finished about 7:45 with a continued feeling that they were shoving us out the door as they basically stood over our table. I used to take clients here because it was a warm inviting environment with good food. No more.
We were only stayed one night at NoBu for the Brooks and Dunn concert and decided to try Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill. It did not disappoint!! The ‘heat’ that Bobby brings elevated our halibut and steak to perfection. Thanks for a great dinner
Always a favorite of mine! Can’t get enough of the chipotle salmon with spinach and black beans. Love the fact you can see the cooks/chefs while eating. Just a real gem!
Food was good. Very overpriced even for the strip. Wouldn’t go back
Everything was wonderful with the food and atmosphere. The server was helpful and attentive, albeit a little impatient.
I’ve been here many times and alway rate a 5 plus but this time my swordfish was very undercooked. They offered to recook it but I had a show to get to so left hungry. I feel a restaurant of this caliber shouldn’t MISS.
Great food, conversation and all together experience. The waiter was attentive and really did a wonderful job of making sure this experience was about us and what we needed.
Outstanding! This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! The pork tenderloin is so delicious every time. We enjoyed 3 different margaritas - all were very tasty. We will be back!!!
They were out of the lamb shank entree in the special 15-year 3 course meal. That was the first disappointment. Decided to order the lamb chop. I ordered it medium but was more medium rare and wasn't as tender as expected. Service was not as good as the other times we have been there. My wife's salmon was done perfectly and she enjoyed it. Might just be a bad day compared to the several times we have be there.
The food was amazing!
The entire experience of Mesa Grill was extraordinary. When we arrived, the hostesses were very courteous. Since we still needed two more members of our party to arrive, they directed us to a seating area, close to the front podium, or to the bar. After a few minutes, they allowed us to sit at our assigned table. The remaining two members arrived, as we were being seated.
Our server, Brenda, was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable of the selection of the food, recommended a very good steak, and smiled through our entire meal. You know the restaurant is good, when you remember your server and their professionalism.
The ambiance of the restaurant is impeccable. We enjoyed the decor and the different styles of flames, throughout the restaurant, be it in the lights or the ceiling trim.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. The food was at the perfect temperature and portion. The tempo of the meal was on point and we also enjoyed the seating (half couch and half seats).
All in all, we had a memorable experience. We will definitely recommend Mesa Grill to friends/family/coworkers, appreciated the hospitality, and will return.
It was not up to my expectations considering it is associated with Bobby Flay. I expected much more. The food was not outstanding compared to the price and moreover when it is associated with Bobby Flay.... To me it was more of a hoax... In short not satisfied... I have eaten much better food in other places.
We visit Las Vegas about every 3 years yet we ALWAYS recommend Mesa Grill to anyone going there, most especially because of the shrimp tamale appetizer. Well, we're not sure what happened, but it wasn't as memorable as it had been in years past. Also my Frenchie drink was bland so for round two, I ordered the Bourbon Smash and it was great. My husband loved his lamb chops and I liked my tuna steak. We had the coconut cake and churros for dessert--the latter could've easily been offered as a smaller dessert for half the price. Four churros is a LOT after a big meal. The HIGHLIGHT was Sheldon, our waiter, who we had serve us 3 years ago. Excellent service the whole evening. He was surprised that I remembered he was attending medical school.
Favorite food in Las Vegas! Only negative too many tables in too close of proximity to others...Need more space
Had a great Thanksgiving dinner at Mesa Grill! The turkey was amazing with the fixings. The crab cake was a delicious appetizer with a little kick to it. We also enjoyed the halibut. Would definitely go back
Not many food choices...food was bland.. not accommodating for allergies to food.. server was not available until it was time to pay...overall first experience was not good.. for the price customers should be able to make modifications.. wasted $30 plus on Salmon that had no seasoning and was the size of a small rectangle.. not pleased and will not visit again when in Vegas...
Do not waste your time nor money especially if you have an allergy.
Server was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding a side dish. Our pork was cooked the way we like it and was absolutely full of flavor. Would order it again. The cremini mushroom quesadilla was unlike anything we had ever tasted. It was topped off with a fried egg which at first may seem unnecessary but added flavor, texture and creaminess. This appetizer was slightly spicy so the egg was an interesting element.
We would definitely come back and enjoy other dishes from the menu.
without a doubt a great dining experience. I would continue to dine there whenever we are in Vegas.
