Great food and great service. A delightful experience.
Wonderful choice for a one-night stopover in LV. Got to see "the strip" and walk through Caesar's Palace and have a fantastic meal of creative, delicious, SW favorites (quesadilla, tamales, chili rellenos, margaritas).
Food was average, ambience and service fine.
The pork was too spicy. We have it a couple times a year for the past 8 years and this time it was not the same. More hot than usual. When we spoke to the waiter he dismissed it and said it’s always spicy! The table next to us said the same to the waiter. They too have had it many times. The waiter should’ve been more accommodating!
Food was hit or miss. The duck appetizer was wonderful. Chile relleno was just ok. Server was fabulous. Good margaritas.
Food was very good Southwest faire. Service was fantastic!
Every single time we go to Vegas. This has got to be on our list for dinner. I’ve tried over 5 dinner entrees and everything on the menu is delicious!!! Amazing service!
We visited Mesa Grill when it first opened more than 14 years ago. The menu has changed since our last visit, but the high standards for food, service and ambiance have not. Our server was personable and professional and made great recommendations. The meal was superb - a modern take on Southwestern fare. The ambiance was pleasant and clean, comfortable chairs and relatively quiet. We were able to enjoy conversation even though we were not seated in a booth, and there was ambient noise. There was only one disappointment, and it was very minor: The banana cream pie looked great, but the taste did match the presentation. We should have gone with the bread pudding! All in all, a solid 4+ stars. We will be back!
Outstanding dining experience!! The food was amazing and the service was over-the-top. Kudos to our waiter, Santiago. We let him know that we had a bit of a time constraint because of show tickets and he kept that in mind -- even letting us know that we had time for dessert before the show and then directing us to the theater afterwards. Highly recommended!
Love this place- the service is top notch and the food is every bit as Bobby Flay as you would imagine- incredible.
The food was delicious.
What an amazing place! The drinks were great, the food phenomenal and the service outstanding. We were there May 16 for 5:00 reservations. Our server was outstanding.....very knowledgeable about the food, made GREAT suggestions and was soooo nice!! I just wish I had gotten his name!! All of your staff were great tho!! Well done Mesa Grill!!!
favorite place Amazing
This is our third visit to Mesa at Caesar's. Each time has been unique and improving. I could done here everyday!
It was good drinks were great
Mesa Grill is one of my go to places in Vegas. Service is usually better than what we received on this visit, but it wasn't terrible. Waiter just seemed in a rush and not on top of things. (had to ask for serving spoons for sides, as an example). Overall was fine, just not exceptional.
the hostess needs to be trained more
There were 4 of us and we all ordered different things, all of which were delicious. I have an amazing ahi tuna steak which was seared and seasoned to perfection. Service was excellent.
Our waiter was weak and pushy. We didn't order what he recommended so he was over us the rest of the evening!
Lamb chops were fabulous. Restaurant Might not be the choice if you don’t like spicy food. Most meats are rubbed with spicy mix. Dessert of cocunut custard cake was out of this world
We are there because we follow Bobby Flay on TV. He is an excellent chef and we wanted first hand experience eating the food prepared in his restaurant. We were not disappointed. My wife and I ordered different items so we could share the plates and thereby have a greater exposure to the menu. The food, service, and staff were outstanding. We look forward to eating at his other restaurants.
Reasonable yet good cuisine
Go every time we are in Las Vegas, and it exceeds expectations always. We love eating out when we travel and it may well be our favorite restaurant of all, for the flawless execution all dishes, especially the perfection of the southwest influenced items on the menu.
Yuri needs an intro course in “Customer Service Etiquette”. Food was good — was unluck to have Yuri as our server.
After Tasting the lamb taco at the Grand Tasting, disappointed it was not offered at restaurant. But our choices were delicious.
Service was good however the food was not well prepared. Looked and tasted like mass produced food.
The food was absolutely wonderful. We went for brunch on Mother’s Day. We shared the queso fundido and licked that dish clean. It was slightly spicy but just full of flavor. Our party of 4 had the green chili burger, the cobb salad with lamb, the pork tenderloin sandwich and the steak and eggs. All we very tasty- we just sighed at every bite. The only issue we had with the food was with the steak and eggs - my sister was offered a side of potatoes or grits and when she asked if she could have a different side she was rebuffed quickly and not too politely either. Our service for the first half of the meal was decent but then completely fell off. We waited quite a while at our cleared table before our waiter came back to inquire about dessert. No dessert today but it still took some time for the check to come. I used reward points to pay. The food is definitely worth coming back for but the service put a damper of what otherwise was an excellent meal.
The food was amazing and the waiting was minimal. I will definitely make a return trip to Vegas and plan on returning to Mesa Grill.
Everything was perfect, food, service and ambiance.
Best steak ever!! I actually ordered the chile relleno (SO DELICIOUS) but snitched some of my husband's steak. Also, the details are looked after at Mesa Grill. I was shivering in my summer-weight blouse after walking along the Strip, and the server brought me a shawl to use while we were there. How thoughtful is that?!? Would have loved to try more dishes but we had a foodie agenda for the day and had to pace ourselves. ;)
Expectations were met and then some. Our server was unlike any I’ve had before I felt as if she was an expert right away on pairing choices as far as margaritas to appetizers and which meals would compliment each other as my wife and I wanted to share plates. Mesa grill clearly understands how to put together perfect sized portioned dishes to keep you anticipating the next course. Left feeling as if this may be the best meal meal I’ve ever had across the board... move over craftsteak.
Mesa Grill is the bomb! It is absolutely my husband’s and my favorite restaurant in LV. My husband always orders the rabbit while my favorite dish is the shrimp appetizer. And we both love Bobby’s moist and sinfully delicious coconut cake. All of the wait staff at Mesa are extremely personable and proficient. We particularly enjoyed the services of Santiago on our latest visit. The decor, while modern, is both bright and cheery, adding the final touch for a totally satisfying dining experience. I highly recommend Mesa Grill to anyone looking for the ultimate dining pleasure in LV. Mary H
We enjoyed Mesa. The menu was not as extensive as I expected. Food was good, generous portions. Wait staff was excellent. This place was packed, but he got us finished & out in time for our show. Margaritas are great! It is noisy & bustling, but when in Vegas right inside the casino, it is to be expected. Still the staff was polite, & personable. Very good experience.
One of the best, if not the best food I’ve ever had!!!
Servers very attentive, made good recommendations. Drinks were good. Great job
Awesome! This place lives up to its expectations. Bobby Flay is truly an amazing creator of special foods
A unique dining experience with exceptional dishes and variety.
Mesa Grill never fails to deliver. The only "celebrity chef" restaurant I've ever been to a 2nd time, and in this case, I've likely been at least a dozen times over the years. Great value for Vegas as well as consistently great food.
We really enjoyed celebrating my wife’s birthday at Mesa Grill. The service and food were Excellant.
