Mesa Grill - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Combining Flay's signature American cooking style with the tastes of the Southwest and his love of grilling, Mesa Grill offers dishes the will delight the senses and earned the Las Vegas restaurant a place on Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot 100 list. Just as striking as the food at Mesa Grill is the atmosphere.
Designed by renowned restaurant designer David Rockwell, the open space at this Las Vegas restaurant features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest.
This Las Vegas restaurant’s proximity to Mexico gives Mesa Grill access to some of that country's highest-quality tequila and mezcal offerings, and the expansive wine list has a global reach yet maintains an emphasis on top American wines.

Stopped by for late lunch. Fantastic service & great brunch menu. On of our favorites on the Strip.
Fantastic definitely worth a visit I would recommend the New York strip
Service and food are always great! Aside from the amazing g food I always ask for Sheldon. He is amazing! Always makes the trip worth it. Thanks again Sheldon!
We had two birthdays that actual day and the waiter did nothing for us not even wish us a happy birthday. Then he spilt our glass of wine when he went to hand us the check.
I was very disappointed. Bobby is my favorite chef but the food was terrible
Amazing mexican food. Polished and clever while retaining a very authentic palate. My duck starter was simply amazing, the rabbit main a lovely dish and our shared dessert was fantastic.
Great food and service and an amazing selection of tequila
The food was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The hostess was professional and friendly.
Great service with high quality food. Good range of wine choices - didn't have some of the shocking price mark-ups we have encountered at other Vegas fine dining options in the past.
Food was great. Waiter was mediocre. Felt rushed through dinner
Food was very wonderful...wine was wonderful. Tables are pack in tight...waiter was very busy and not particularly interested in much but a tip. Huge disconnect between the food and the service. You can spend $200-300 in many places that will make you feel special...and had outstanding food.
“Mesa Grill” at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is an absolute must try! This was our second visit and was just as good as the first. Quickly becoming one of our favorite spots for mouth watering bites and thirst quenching cocktails. The complimentary jalapeño bread alone is enough to keep me coming back. For all the spicy food lovers out there, Mesa does it with a bang. Never over-powering. Always complimenting the dish.
Not an overwhelming impression.. The place is welcoming but the food was not very tasty from what I expected from watching Bobby cook on TV..
We went to Mesa Grill this past week while in Vegas for our anniversary. The service was outstanding as well as the food. The BEST place we ate while in Vegas, hands down. I HIGHLY recommend you try Mesa.
Wonderful experience all around! Food was delicious, service was impeccable. Great birthday celebration for my daughter’s 21st and my mom’s 80th!
We eat at Mesa Grill every time we’re in Vegas. The food is always amazing. And the tamale is always something I order.
My only criticism would be that when I made the reservation I specified it was a bday but no mention was made when we got there. I guess I could’ve spoken up but it was my own birthday. :)
We wanted to eat at a Bobby Flat restaurant and we were not disappointed in the great flavors we experienced. We decided to just have a variety of appetizers and our group of 7 created our own small plates atmosphere. Everyone had a great time and walked away satisfied.
Our meals were great. My only disappointment was when I got the desert menu. Living in NY and going to the Mesa Grill in NY my favorite desert was the bread pudding. I was disappointed that it was not on the menu.
The Food was incredible and our server Brenda was amazing. Her recommendations were perfect and her service was amazing.
Food was very good as was service. Noise level was extremely loud. Particularly a table with annoying laughing woman - don’t know how friends put up with her.
Great food. Great service. Bobby Flay, you did not disappoint
No need to consider anything else on the menu...duck pancake appetizer and lamb cobb salad. Absolutely the best!
This restaurant came highly recommended from friends who had eaten here in the past. The shrimp appetizer was wonderful. After that, I can say everything else was just average. For the price, I was rather disappointed that I didn’t enjoy my food & margaritas as much as I was expecting to.
Unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall. Wait staff/host were pleasant, however food was lacking.
The waitress offered to sub vodka for tequila in a white peach flavoured martini-type cocktail but when it came it tasted like I might as well have been drinking 100 proof.
Meal started with a basket of assorted breads & corn muffins. YAY because corn muffins/bread are one of my favourites! Given Bobby Flay's passion for southern cooking and ingredients I figured his restaurants would have perfected this Southern staple. Sadly, I was let down. The corn muffins were very dry, as was the rest of the bread which seemed like it had been left sitting out.
I ordered a Tiger Shrimp app which was delicious and came with a yummy corn tamale. Hubby had the romaine salad. I thought it was OK, but he didn't care for it. I say this one is up to personal preference.
I had pork tenderloin with a sweet potato tamale and he had the T-bone steak. The pork was delicious & cooked perfectly, but very spicy. The waitress said about a 5/10 on heat, I'd say more of a 6 or 7. But...for heat I would say it's a personal thing and not a knock on overall taste. Tamales are a strong suit here as this one was great too. Hubby asked for his steak MEDIUM but it arrived between rare and med-rare. For a place of this calibre, I have higher expectations. The waitress said "the kitchen tends to cook steaks "rare." Why ask how we'd like it done if you're going to ignore my request?? They did take it back to cook more and brought a fresh order of corn for him. We shared a roasted corn side and it was great.
Our meal ended on a disappointing note as both (he had a deconstructed key lime sort of thing and I a chocolate berry shortcake) were lacking. The key lime was far too tart to eat the whole thing and the shortcake was dry to the point I left most of it on my plate.
Sad to say our Mesa Grill experience left us wanting to spend our money elsewhere next time we're in Las Vegas.
Noise level too loud. Could not carry on a good conversation
Outstanding consistently with perfect service... 4th time here! Exceptional experience ... best restaurant in Vegas!
Food and service were excellent. They had a 3 course meal for $50, appetizer, main course and desert, an excellent value.
Although I can't remember the entire menu, so I'm sure I left some things unchecked above, we ordered both appetizers and main courses, all of which were fantastic! The service was beyond reproach as well. Prices were as expected. Great place!
Our second visit to Mesa Grill; one more time, thoroughly enjoyed the food, wait staff, and ambiance. Aside from exceptional steak options, the menu has delicious chopped salad and succulent lamb chops. Comfortable environment with different tiers of seating and alcoves; allows easy conversation while dining.
Food is amazing esp the certified angus beef new or strip, tender and tasty
Wonderful time and great food. Recommend highly and will return soon
This is our favourite spot for dinner in Vegas. Every meal is amazing. Can’t wait to go back...
Mesa Grill was on my and my parents' bucket list, so I treated my parents with a trip to Las Vegas to eat at Mesa Grill for their 75th birthdays. (From Chicago) It was worth the trip! I had the most flavorful veal I have ever eaten! I tried my father's lamb and mother's pork and they were all fantastic. My wine was awesome and our staff was outstanding! So glad to have his memory with them!
The place was very comfortable but yet was kind of romantic. The attention to detail by the staff was top notch. The food was amazing. The porterhouse lamb chops are outstanding. We will go back next time we are in Vegas.
I love this place. Never disappoints. I could surf every appetizer and the mains knock me out. Great drink list and love the tequila menu.
This was our fourth time at Mesa Grill. The food is wonderfully prepared, spiced, and presented. Thus, it is a great meal for an exceptionally enjoyable evening.
I had the pre fixe dinner for $50. Shrimp tamale was delicious, I had the pork loin and my husband had the chicken . The chicken was slight better though both were good. I wish I had ventured out and tried the Maui Maui or the halibut instead but the $50 price tag on the pre fixe was too tempting.
Go there for lunch or dinner every time in Las Vegas. Always awesome. Tamale appetizer is amazing!
Incredibly full flavored dishes here! There’s nothing like it on the strip! We’ll eat here every time we visit Vegas!
We absolutely love Bobby Flay's Southwestern-inspired cuisine. We always book our Mesa Grill reservation in advance when visiting Las Vegas because it has great food, chic ambiance, and attentive staff; we always have a great meal and experience.
