   Birthday celebration for my wife but it was never acknowledged. Was seated promptly upon arrival at an end table…I immediately noticed what looked like salt and pepper on the white tablecloth on my side of the table…possibly from the previous guest? I quickly brushed it away to not alarm my wife, because I really wanted everything to be perfect for her. The servers were very fast and efficient, so very pleased. The food was just average though…my wife ordered the Crackling Chicken and I ordered the 10oz filet…the portions were a bit smaller than expected and flavor was just a bit lacking. Hoping that a nice dessert would help the experience, we ordered the bread pudding…not a good choice…small portion of bread pudding and very small dollop of ice cream…the texture of the bread pudding was dense and spongy, kind of odd (we’ve had bread pudding many, many times at other restaurants to compare to). Overall the food was underwhelming unfortunately…no complaints with the service. Probably won’t be back.

   Had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. My husband mentioned this was our first time going out together in months and our server really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He had great food and drink knowledge and perfect recommendations. The manager also came and talked to us for awhile and we had really good conversations with both him and our server. The food was top notch and it was such a comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back

   Don't want to pick too hard on the little things, so I'll just focus on the thing that ruined the experience...basically, the two back tables by the restroom and kitchen shouldn't exist at a restaurant at that price point. From there, the it's easier to hear the banging of the kitchen and toilet flushing than the music and I can't imagine anyone seated there returning or visiting another of the locations.

   We have been here a couple of times.. and it is always great! Service and food are amazing! We had salads, steaks, creamed spinach and warm apple cobbler for dessert! Highly recommend coming here.. I think people don’t know or think about it cause Del Friscos, Bobs, Captain Grill… but this place is a must!

   Service is always pleasant and professional. Filet was amazing and the blackened swordfish special really was special. One of our favorite restaurants that never disappoints.

    This restaurant was so nice! The lighting was perfect for Valentine’s Day. I had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes which was awesome!

    Great experience for our first time there. The GM stopped by our table and and checked up on us right before our meals came out and service was great. Our only down point was we didn’t care for the crème brûlée. I did like the tiramisu though. My husband had the sea bass special and we both loved it and I had the rack of lamb special and I loved that. Great Valentine’s Day dinner and we will be back.

    Service was friendly and accommodating. We were seated early for our reservation, which was nice. Apps and salads were super yummy, however we did have one unfortunate mishap. My husband’s steak was closer to medium well/well done, especially on the ends. He requested medium, and we discussed at the table with the waiter what medium meant. Clearly a quality piece of meat, just over cooked. Overall, we appreciated a night out, and for another special occasion would consider coming again.

    Food took forever to arrive. Escargot was great. Filet was a bit dry. Scallops were so bad we couldn’t eat them. The mushroom risotto was amazing. Overall experience was pretty underwhelming…

    The service was a little different. We didn’t have a set waiter. Every staffer/waiter seem to be helping every table. The food was very average at best. My steak was bland, but the sides were ok. It was not terrible, but I didn’t think I will visit again.

    Everything was excellent. Our greeting & seating, our waiter John was superb. He made the meal delightful. He had to deal with 3 women & never missed a beat. Food was top notch.

    Ordered ahi appetizer, Carsar salads, filets and of course apple cobbler and creme brûlée. All were amazing in taste and portions were great too. Food was amazing. Service was top notch and the whole experience was perfect.

    This was our first visit to the Fort Worth location. We were there on a Wednesday evening between Christmas and New Year’s so there were very few others in the restaurant that night. Our service from Mike was therefore exceptional and our steaks were equally outstanding. Perfectly prepared as requested and unbelievably tender. Everything we ordered from salads to dessert were sheer perfection. We particularly value fine dining experiences that do not disappoint and that are pleasurable and not stiff and formal. Mercury Chophouse is our new special occasion dining destination.

    Food was very good. Very understaffed. Forgot our salads. The table we sat at had a small gap between the wall and the table. The people who bused the tables used that small area to walk through each time, interrupting our dinner numerous times (10 - 15). The waiter was kind enough to tell the bussers not to go through there but they continued to do so. Would be OK if we were sitting at a McDonalds but spending over $190.00 for the two of us on Christmas Dinner, that wasn't OK. I rarely complain but this was very irritating.

    We were very much looking forward to an amazing night and meal at your restaurant. However, our experience was so awful that after waiting for approximately 25 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence, we had no choice but to leave. A hostess greeted us and sat us; however, No One came to our table. We did not receive a greeting. We did not receive menus. There were dirty glasses still at the table from the last couple who sat at our table. I have never walked out of a restaurant before but had no choice in this instance. Even when we left, the hostess did not realize we were leaving without having been served as she thanked us for dining there. Very unlikely scenario that played out, but nonetheless not likely for us to darken the door again. (Despite all previous visits being amazing)

    We waited over 30 minutes after being sat at our table for menus. There was so much loud talking between the employees. It took 50 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Service was poor. Will not be back.

    It was our first visit there. Our table ordered Short ribs, filet mignon, pork chops and chicken. Every single thing we got was REALLY good. And…… the dessert??? You MUST!! Our waiter and the staff were all awesome! Will definitely go back!

    This restaurant did not meet my expectations. We Had reservations at 5pm and did not receive food until after 6pm. We waited over an hour for our food and it looked like they were understaff along with the Fort Worth police officers were coming in droves to eat and they had a prepared meal waiting for them and they were being served immediately. The servers did not know which tables to send food . It was very disorganized and I was not happy with the service . I really do not know if I will be back to this restaurant due to this issue . I probably would have not been so upset if the waiter or staff explained why it was taking so long but instead they choose to ignore and not give any updates to us on the reason they were an hour behind on providing our meal.

    Overall, the restaurant was pleasant. Not as quaint as in years past. The service was not as attentive as before on or for the same occasion. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
