Medina Oven & Bar Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant is quaint in size with lovely decor. You really need a reservation if you want to dine there due to table limitations. My husband and I enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to going back! The Moroccan Syrah glass of wine that I ordered was delightful! My husband ordered the Calamari salad and it was delicious. They serve it warm, a nice surprise.
I always stop by Medina whenever I am in Dallas. The service is always good and the food is excellent. My wife and I love the lamp chops. Often when I have been here, the owner comes by and checks on the tables. It is nice to see someone who really cares about their customers. Thank you
A group of 10 persons for dinner and could not have been better. Our table was ready and we were seated right at our reservation time. Spice level in every dish was well balanced and not over salted. Portions were more than adequate. Best hummus and couscous I have ever eaten. Apricot chicken tagine was excellent. Definitely worth the drive downtown. Strongly recommend reservations because this result airs the is small and it was filled by 6:30.
I loved the fact that the Owner came to our table and talked with us about his food, the culture, and some personal history about Morocco. THAT is key in my book with venturing around DFW in search of out of the norm eateries. An ABSOLUTE must try if you are looking for a little something different in a quiet little cafe style place. Food was fabulous!!!! We will be back!! Tiffiny
