    Pre-concert dinner on a Sunday night. Was happy to see restaurant was mostly full having eaten here many times before when it wasn’t. Arrived at 515pm. 15 minutes lapsed before server showed up. Ordered a bottle of wine and a sampler appetizer (nothing cooked). Wine came out 30 minutes later, had to remind server of appetizer order which showed up around 6. We ordered entrees which never showed up. Table next to us had to send back food twice for being both cold and then over cooked lamb chops. The third time the chops were cold and he ate them anyway. By 715 the restaurant had already cleared out decently but we still had no entrees so we waved them off and paid our bill. They were clearly understaffed in both the front and the back. It was highly disappointing. The management of the restaurant needs to get this figured out.

    We had a reservation for 5pm, showed up at 4:55pm & seated. 15 mins to take drink order and had to follow up 4x - finally got our drinks after 45 mins. Took our food order but never put it in. When we follow up on when the food arrived, the waitress asked what we’d ordered and said the food would be out in 10 mins. By 6:30, we still had no food so we left after paying for our drinks. We’ve been coming here for 10+ years now but we’re done - we won’t be back

    Excellent food & superior service! We originally had a reservation at the bar, but they were able to accommodate our party of 4 at a table dining. Cozy atmosphere for friends to meet, catch up, and attend an event at AAC without any worries.

    They did not honor our reservation, and would not seat us. When we got there, they said they were booked. When I told them we had a reservation, they said, “we had other reservations.” Very dismissive and very unprofessional.

    Great place, food. Our waiter was working so hard. I felt like he was the only waiter they had for the whole restaurant. I asked the person who brought us our food for another drink and he looked lost, and obviously that wasn't his job. The people beside us were having trouble getting another drink. No doubt it was just because the waiter was trying to wait on 20 plus tables. I know it is hard to find workers, but the person filling water or the person bring food should be able to pass on drink orders to the bartender.

    What a wonderful surprise! Having not been here before, we strictly went on posted reviews. So glad we did. Service was excellent and the food was superb. Wonderful flavorful food was prepared and presented quickly. Portions were just just right.

    Great little find near the AAC for pre-concert dinner. Staff was attentive, friendly and outstanding. Let me sample three different wines before I decided - their idea, not mine. They just wanted us to be satisfied. Would go back and my favorites were the cigar apps. and the chicken kebobs with plentiful rice and fresh vegetables.

    My wife and I visited Medina Oven & Bar for our anniversary and the food was excellent. Although, the service was a bit slower than we are used to, the food was worth the wait. My wife and I ordered the Medina salad, Shrimp & Shermoula, Marrakesh Chicken Breast, and for dessert the triple chocolate cake. The place is a bit small, and you are so close to each other that you can't help but hear everyone's conversations. It was a nice day outside, so the doors were open and there was an occasional fly and gnat circling our table. Overall, I would say we will definitely be back in the future.

    I haven’t received worse service at a restaurant in years. I watched people leave after 30 minutes because they had not even had a server acknowledge them. We waited for 30 minutes just to get our drinks. We had to ask for the check twice. We had to ask for everything twice. In fact, we had to ask for everything because at no point did a server come and speak to us. Will not return.

    Outstanding overall. Started with the mint martini, followed by the phylios (the dipping sauces are outstanding), followed by the lamb chops and medi salad. I out ordered everyone in the restaurant. The demi glase is unbelievable. Get a couple pieces of pita to lick the plate.

    Delicious, freshly cooked Morocan dishes ! All promised Morocan flavors - apricots, orange blossom, almonds, unique seasonings are truly in the food. This food takes time to prepare. Please be patient... It is cooked with centuries long "know/how", love and attention. We love phyllo cigars, tagine dishes and Mixed Platter To Share of dips/pita. If you like olives, peppers, eggplant , hummus & perfectly balanced seasoning - this is the appetizer platter to start with . Seafood couscous is amazing - beautiful scallops. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic !!! Orange blossom creme brule AND Kunafa are our favorite desserts. Thank you Medina staff for always exceeding our expectations !!!

    First time to visit there. Food was great beyond my expectations. Table and sofa inside the restaurant was not comfortable for a dining. Waiters response were slightly slow due to busy hours. However, we would like to visit there again.

    Amazing restaurant, delicious Moroccan food, great ambience, top-level service, great experience. We had the smoked eggplant appetizer (small, we would have liked MORE!!!), the chicken apricot tagine, and the seafood couscous. AMAZING! The sangria cocktail was delicious, great wine and beer selection. Very attentive, professional waiters, the manager visited at our table twice, making sure everything was up to their standards. HIGHLY recommend, will most definitely be back.

    While our daughter daughter enjoyed her prom night in Dallas, we enjoyed a date night! This is an amazing intimate spot with great food! We’ve never had Mediterranean before, but enjoyed every bite.

    Always a great experience. The food is amazing. The outdoor patio is perfect and the staff is always friendly and provide great service. I can see why this is the longest standing restaurant in Victory Park. If you haven’t tried it - you must!

    Incredible poor service! After having been served water, it felt as if nobody cared that we were waiting to place the order. Total lack of customer-awareness. After we placed the order, the waiter comes back after 15 minutes to confirm the order! The negative Google reviews were correct!! Very poor service!! If u are going to charge high prices, u need to up your service level.

    Food was good. Drinks were awful. We saw a couple people send their drinks back. Service was confused, unprofessional, and slow. They came and wiped our table down mid meal with a wet rag. They kept our credit card and we had to ask for it back. The waiter never introduced himself or asked if we had any questions about the menu. It took 10 mins before anyone ever came to our table. Another 15 before someone came back to take our order. After our food was cleared another 10 before anyone came to give us a bill. It has been a long time since I have had service this poor.
