Meat Market Palm Beach was a treat for Father's Day. Our party of three ordered all the things to share and tried out a few named favorites. Here is a breakdown. Started with a Chef's gift to the table of Fried Corn with Tajin, very tasty, bread service was good. Started with the Mango Wedge with Mango 10k Dressing. The taste was amazing, presentation was Meh...It was mostly deep middle of the iceberg lettuce, all the toppings were great, the dressing was great, but I was disappointed it wasn't a wedge of lettuce, but chopped in a small bowl. The table next to me had a plate of theirs, so I wasn't sure must have run out of plates, but I picked around the core and such. Ordered a Modelo and a Mojito, which I can't speak on the beer, but the Mojito was spot on and delicious. Main meals - Churrasco, slightly overcooked for Medium Rare, but tasty. Onion Rings were over-fried and a bummer for the "father" who thought they weren't good. Then I ordered the Short Rib, honestly, it was delicious, but each slice was half fat, so it was such a small amount of meat for the price. Tater Tots were AMAZING. The third dish was a NY Strip, and done perfectly, accompanied by Mac and Cheese, which was overcooked in the cast iron skillet, so it wasn't creamy. Dessert was the chef's special - Cookies/Cream Cheesecake and Ice Cream 100/10. It was amazing. Overall, it was a great evening. The food items for the price were fair, with the exception that there were inconsistencies in temperature and details of the dish. Food service should never come out over-cooked at the cost of the restaurant. The wait staff was above average and attentive.

Formerly excellent restaurant has dropped off significantly. Poorly represented marketing. Food portions underwhelming. 6 oz filet actually closer to 4 oz. Expanded menu is quite confusing. Like most places these days, they seem to be presenting smaller portions with higher prices. Service no longer consistent with a high end steakhouse.

The restaurant hosted a community group of about 90 people for happy hour and after the happy hour they very graciously accommodated about 15 different table reservations (some large and constantly in flux) and dealt with about 5 duplicate reservations. For the period of time that we were all in the beautiful dining room together, eating our fabulous meals, it was a truly joyful celebration of community connection. Thank you Meat Market for taking such good care of us.

Excellent service and food. Nice ambiance. Seating is a little too close in areas for private conversations. Was there for a birthday and figured the dessert was on the house...not the case. Nonetheless, I would go back and try some of the dishes our new found dinner friends seated next to us tried. They raved about their selections as well. Special kudos to the Chef for the A-5 and ribs... Delicious!!!

The service was extraordinary and the atmosphere is great. My only issue was way too much salt/spices on the NY Strip steak. It was cooked perfectly to temperature I ordered and they made an expresso martini to a mixture I like.
