Fantastic food. Everything was great
Incredible food and great vegetarian options! Highly recommended!
Lovely. Great service. Great food. I would recommend.
Great food, interesting menu, good cocktails, great value.
Drinks okay, food okay, service okay. Expected better. Party had olive oil rolls, steamed buns, burger, chicken and steak with various cocktails. Food was not Michelin quality and small portions for price. Service was slow and awkward. Looking back at reservation, our party of three was seated at two person sidewalk table on a night that didn’t look fully booked. Will give it another shot as is right down the street but first time was not a charming one.
Meadowsweet is not just a neighborhood favorite, but a city favorite. The food and quality are superb. The ambiance is sweet. Highly recommend!
Food was amazing. It took a while to get our food but we were enjoying ourselves enough we barely noticed. All was delicious but the must have is the baby artichokes.
Too much AC for a European but other than that, perfect!
The food was spectacular! I saw that your restaurant liked a picture on my IG @bhindalicious so I had to go try it! I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone! We ordered the salmon and flank steak and both were just gorgeous! Thank you♡
Small portions, overpriced, mediocre food. We had the pasta and cauliflower, which were priced as entrees that turned out to be appetizer portions. The taste was pretty good, full of flavors. We also ordered a burger that took them over an hour to bring out. The burger was not great, it had these caramelized onions in it that seemed like they were refrigerated and just slapped on the burger. The burger also tasted a little cold (maybe they just left it out for an hour and did not bring us our food? Not sure). I think shake shack burgers would have been better. Not worth the price.
Meadowsweet was amazing! Servers were attentive and generous and the food was absolutely delicious! A great place to celebrate our anniversary.
Great food and service. New favorite in Brooklyn!
Great food, ordered the rolls, bursts and chicken wings to start with and they were all extremely tasty. Entrees we had the salmon and steak and chicken and while the menu isn’t extensive every single meal is prepared with amazing attention to detail. Even the hot sauce( yes I always have to have some) was made in house!!
Fabulous meal! Our server couldn’t have been nicer and we will come back ASAP!
The olive oil rolls to start the meal were incredible but the entrees didn't really follow through. Ordered an expensive roasted cauliflower dish that wasn't impressive enough to justify the cost. Very nice service, just think you should get something memorable when you're paying $23 for some roasted vegetables.
Great service and yummy food! I'll definitely be back
Food was great, but the service could have been much better. Our server questioned the amount of food we ordered, and even after we assured him we had no problem taking any left-overs with us, he continued to try to adjust our order. It felt very judgmental, and although I understand he may have just been trying to inform us of portion sizes, considering it was only two of us dining, I still feel as if it was a bit pushy. I also had to call him over multiple times, as he had forgotten to bring simple things such as sugar with my coffee or a spoon to stir it.
I would definitely go back and try it again, regardless of everything.
It was amazing, friendly great customer service. Great ambiance and the food was amazing! Definitely will do brunch here more often.
One of the best places all around. From the food to the drinks, it doesn’t get much better than this. High quality food cooked to perfection, and drinks that are good enough to keep you coming back just for them. Highly recommend.
I need to start this review by saying that the food at Meadowsweet was delicious and had a great variety. We had bao buns, olive oil rolls, wagyu beef empanadas, and our entrees. I understand that the timing of our reservation was after the brunch rush and a very early dinner which may have led to our lackluster service experience. There was no introduction to the restaurant, didn't even catch our waiter(s) names, and they didn't explain the menu or how the food order needed to happen. A little lackluster for what we thought would have been a better experience since Meadowsweet promotes their Michelin star and has it displayed on the bar area.
Service was amazing, the restaurant was cool. The drinks were good, was just very underwhelmed by the food. The wagyu empanadas were a 9/10 but the burger was disapointing not much flavor and the chorizo hash and eggs was borderline embarassing for michelin starred restaurant.
Exceptional food and service. Worth a trip
Food was delicious and at an affordable price point.
Tbh I expected more from a place with Michelin recognition. I went for lunch with a friend and I ordered the donuts to start. Which were room temp served with a cold caramel sauce. I would think the donuts would be better if they were freshly warm, and sauce would better accompany the donuts if it was served warm as well. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but not anything outrageous. I would definitely give it a second chance though.
It was the first time I came here with my family, and even though I am vegetarian, the food and everything was great and Emerson the waiter was very attentive to everything, I recommend this place 💯
Amazing service, amazing food! The hostess and server both took notice that we were celebrating our anniversary and they took such great care of us!
This dinner surpassed all expectations and I’m very excited to go back again!
You can see why it's in the Michelin guide! One of the best restaurants in NYC.
Wonderful food & drinks, great atmosphere. Chicken roulade was the best thing I've had in months!
Amazing experience with outdoor dining. Their menu are service are top notch.
Impeccable service, specifically Callie. Exceptional food, especially the wagyu. Outstanding bartending by Zac. Highly recommended.
Great dining experience for our anniversary. Comforting yet complex modern American fare. I will be back!
My second time coming here with my boyfriend this is his third time . First was for our anniversary and second was for his birthday but this is a favorite now for our date choices . The service is great , food is great , covid regulations are perfect . I love meadowsweet!
Great food, drink, and service! Can't wait to go again!
Joined for Saturday brunch. Had an amazing time! The outdoor seating is lovely and socially distanced. The service was great as well. Definitely recommend.
The food and cocktails were delicious! It's a cute spot. The ambiance could be a bit nicer but I had a great time and would definitely go back.
It’s always a pleasure to dine here, it’s truly a neighborhood gem.
The food is always incredible, and I love coming back to try the seasonal iterations of our favorite dishes.
Must order the olive oil rolls, crispy baby artichokes, and waygu, although everything is always delicious. This tile around the squash and burrata stole the show!
The bartender also creates some of the most stellar mocktails for those in our party who don’t drink, so much so that I always end up ordering a mocktail too.
Throughout the pandemic, the restaurant and staff have proven resilient, they are attentive to health and safety needs. We always feel safe when dining here.
Highly recommend and will continue to come back time and time again.
The food as well as drinks were spectacular!!! Top 3 bloody Mary’s I ve had in the city, and the crispy artichokes and burrata were to die for.
Sadly, our server was very inattentive and unfriendly, but would return for the food alone.
Went for my bday brunch and it was so perfect!!! Amazing atmosphere and the staff was so friendly! 10/10 can’t wait to go back
