We booked a reservation here for a family birthday, based on a recommendation from a friend. Not knowing what to expect, we were very impressed. The service team was incredible at taking care of all our requests, the food was exceptional, and the team surprised us with a birthday celebration at the end. Highly recommend Meadowsweet!!

We’ve been dining with Meadowsweet for several years now and the experience has been amazing every time. They never disappoint. Also the Meadowsweet Bloody Mary is the best we’ve ever had. 🥰

The whole thing was a little chaotic. We were sat directly in front of the server station with an overhead lamp that felt like an interrogation. The food was well intended + beautiful but my salmon really fell short. It felt very…Nordic and out of place.

Amazing experience at Meadowsweet. Went to celebrate my mom’s birthday and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The entire staff was super welcoming and attentive. They even gave us a few Prosecco glasses at the end to enjoy with the delicious desserts. Will be coming back to one of my new favorite spots!! Cocktails and food were super on point

I had been dying to return to Meadowsweet since a friend had ordered from there in the early days of the pandemic. I finally had the chance and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, flavorful, well-prepared, all the things. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. Our table ordered several starters, and the artichokes were the crowd favorite. Definitely get those!

Meadowsweet is very welcoming. The staff are friendly, competent and give good guidance. The food is excellent. When the restaurant is crowded it is a tad noisy for easy conversation.

Given some of the reviews and the Michelin star, I was expecting much more. It was just okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, but would meet up there if it was suggested. None of the dishes that we had left me wanting more, they were just lacking in that certain something. The Michelin rating lost some of its credibility.

I Love Meadowsweet!! It is truly one of my fav restaurants. Whenever I’m in Williamsburg I always make my way to Meadowsweet for the crispy artichokes!!!! Yesterday my mom and sister took me there for my bday and they did not disappoint. Zack our server was attentive and kind. The hostess who seated us was lovely and the whole night the servers were in unison. This restaurant runs like a well oiled machine The food. THE FOOD!!! The food was absolutely delicious. We had two orders of the olive oil rolls. I had the truffle pasta and my mom had the chicken and my sister had the salmon. My sister said it was the best salmon she ever tasted. My mom said the chicken was so tender and juicy and the pasta was simply delectable. Meadowsweet makes the restaurant business look like a breeze (which I know is far from the truth). I dine out a lot and some restaurants just can’t balance it all. Meadowsweet has figured out the secret sauce and I will forever be a fan and patron!

Server was not seasoned and continually interrupted our meal awkwardly to the point that it almost became comical. The food was incredible. Super flavorful and we indulged every bite.

Food was wonderful but the service was rushed and frantic. The NYE prod fixe was not a good value for money. The noise level was initially intolerable but improved once a very large table vacated. We’ll go back for the lovely food at a la carte prices.

Meadowsweet is our Christmas Eve tradition, including the year we brought it home and prepared it ourselves. It's a tradition we'll continue, because the food is always great, the ambience is warm, and the service welcoming. We've been on other occasions as well, but really love the prix fixe on Christmas Eve - reasonable prices and great wine choices, too.
