Delicious! The portions were huge, so next time we might split something, but we both loved the dishes! Definitely want to come back, especially in the summer- it looks like the space opens up and would be a great spot on a warm night.
The food was outstanding! Our server was very responsive and the timing for food and drinks was appropriate. We were a larger party so we were seated in the outdoor/porch area so we could smell some of the smoke from the smoking area, but it wasn't overwhelming. All in all it was a festive place for a birthday dinner.
Loved the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful food!
Absolutely great food! The outside seating was really cool with a great mural. Will 100% be going back.
Wonderful service, great food and awesome ambiance!
Great atmosphere. Music was awesome. Burger was delicious. Denver nuggets rock!
Plates look very fancy but portions are pretty small and don’t come with sides. Ambiance felt like a dive bar but we’re paying upscale restaurant prices. Food was decent. Overall it was ok- not planning to go back.
The food at this place is amazing! It feels like a nice bar. But the food is sooo good it’s more like something you’d find at an upscale or farm to table restaurant. That goes for both taste and presentation. It’s one of my favorite places to eat especially before a show at the Larimer Lounge a couple doors down.
I enjoyed the casual atmosphere. Food and cocktails were all delicious. Not overpriced (2 small plates, one entree, 5 cocktais ~$110 before tip). Lighting wasn't ideal. A little on the noisy side, but not inappropriately so given the general atmostphere & the neighborhod.
KC and Josh are top notch. I recommend this to everyone!
Great food, value and ambiance. I’d go back!
Best dinner out in Denver in a long time
Great flavors starting with the Kale Salad and the rest of the meal. Large portions too!
I was excited to finally try this restaurant. I made reservations for 10:30 assuming like any other restaurant on New Years the kitchen would b serving food for extended hours. Unfortunately it was a late night menu. I was so hungry for yummy food that fries and onion rings just weren’t going to cut it. Bummer. Service was what I expected on New Years, had to flag her down most of the night.
What a fun surprise Meadowlark Kitchen turned out to be. We needed a GF option for NYE and had a great time. The service was lovely, the place itself is very cool, the cocktails were great and the food was just right.
Staff was super friendly and kind. Food portions large but also delicious.
Grungy atmosphere- nice and laid back. Food is amazing!! We really enjoyed our evening and will be back soon!
The food was absolutely AMAZING! I could bathe in the cheese sauce on the burger, the mushroom mac and cheese was outstanding and the broccoli dip was super yummy. We will definitely be back.
Great food and fun atmosphere
Staff was very attentive.
I love Meadowlark Kitchen when I can sit in the main dining/bar area. I’m not a fan of the patio area in the winter. The food was good! I had the brisket and while it included a piece of cornbread, it would have been nice to have had done carrots or turnips with such a hearty plate. My friend had the Meadowlark burger which was amazing, but not even a smattering of chips with it. The appetizers are pretty large portions and we weren’t thrilled with them, so didn’t order to complement the meal. We did request kimchi slaw which was offered with another entree and found it was just julienned veg in soy sauce. This was not kimchi and should not be sold as kimchi.
I do enjoy the atmosphere, the drinks and most of the menu.
Collin was wonderful as a bartender and server overall. The food and drinks were up with fine dining in flavor, the building and feeling they're in are just different. Not bad, mind you, just different. We had the mushrooms, Mac and cheese, and one of the freaking best burgers I've had! These are not for the faint of heart. They are heavy but intricate in their flavor profile. Get the deerhammer and the burger and you'll be right where you want to be. Highly recommend.
Limited menu of quality food with full bar.
Love this place! Great food and drinks and friendly service and best of all NOT LOUD!!!! Yay!!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Our party of 8 found their food to be really delicious with the exception of the beef which was super dry. When we told the waitress she did not offer to comp the meal. Other than that, the waitress was great, and food delicious!
A very welcoming place with staff that takes pride in their work. The catfish was delightful and my husband loved the burger. Highly recommend.
I Love Meadowlark Kitchen! They are a family owned restaurant/bar, with amazing local, sustainably-sourced food and a great urban atmosphere! Perfect place to start, or end your night on Larimar St.
This was a great place to have a nice dinner and visit before a concert at Larimer Lounge. I would recommend it to anyone. They had a nice selection of sides that accommodated the vegetarian and well as the burger lovers.
Like the atmosphere. Service was good. Not blown away by the food. BLT is too much bread.
I love this place - I don't know why it's not packed. The food and flavors are great and the Mezquito is my all-time favorite cocktail.
Our best meal in Denver! A great hidden gem! We intended to sit on the patio, but enjoyed the ambiance of being bellied up!
Fantastic place with a rustic feel. Large dining space in the back. Must have the burger — one of the best I’ve ever had. Very attentive staff. Great all around!
The most delicious BLT I’ve ever had. The House white wine was also very nice and dry as promised and a great value.
We all just LOVED the food and cocktails at Meadowlark... it was AMAZING!
The mushroom dish and flank steak (especially) were out of this world!
The atmosphere is "ok" only because it is so small. We were going to sit in the back patio but it was too hot and I was glad only because there are too many things "exposed" that should be hidden making it look a bit untidy like brooms and cans. BUT... the food and drinks were so good that those things quickly faded into the background!!!
We didn’t stay to eat or drink. We arrived and the entire place reeked of pot. It didn’t look like the pictures and we were scared to eat there. There was supposed to outdoor seating. It was a blow mold picnic table that was dirty in the back. The waitress was nice but seemed like she was on something and brought water but then didn’t come back for 15 minutes.
Love the food at Meadowlark Kitchen...always good and its a fun atmosphere!
Celebrating with a large group of friends. The food was either really good or really bad. Felt it was way too overpriced for what it was. The waitress only came by a couple of times once we got our food, we were waiting a long time for the check. Probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you do go the only thing our table liked was the Pad Thai.
We were slightly squished (5 people at a table for 4 despite having a reservation) and the open door and booming music from across the street detracted a bit from the atmosphere. But the cocktails were delicious and the “re-imagined” Pad Thai was out of this world!
As always, the menu selection was excellent, as was the service and overall vibe. Meadowlark is one of our favorite places to go for a great meal and friendly service.
