My daughter and I went after seeing the American Girl show at the Kimmel - we were not alone in that plan as we saw many other families with dolls! Great for kids, food is ok, but it was smaller than I expected so the tables are on top of each other. Very cramped. Also there are only two bathrooms total. Our server was WONDERFUL.

The service was great and the food is good. It's a great place for kids as it is family oriented. My only problem is that the tables are too close together.

Took a lot to get them to accommodate me, to sit in an area with less noise as I am hearing impaired. They tried to tell me the open tables were already reserved. I’m sure no one specifically booked a table. But they made it difficult to accommodate a person with a disability.
Waitress was great.
Food average, deserts great! Overall to expensive to go for a meal. Over $200 for some of our party eating breakfast & some lunch & only 2 deserts & 1 cocktail.

This was my first and last time coming here. I came for a Galentine's Day celebration and found the best part of the experience was the alcoholic drinks and the waffle fries. I loved the chocolate mojito! I ordered a chocolate crepe and it was not edible. It was cold and the chocolate was made from syrup, which was confusing and weird. The waiter was kind enough to take it off my bill. If you have a high tolerance for bad food and want the experience, then you should give it a try!

My wife and I went for a Valentine’s Day dinner date. The place was packed, but we had reservations and didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to be sat. The restaurant is small and you sit very close to everyone else. We first ordered a couple of their specialty drinks which were amazing. We split the onion rings with ranch / chocolate sauce. It was really good. For dinner my wife had the Mac and Cheese and I had the Brenner Burger. Both were good, not the greatest, but nothing bad at all. For dessert we split half a chocolate pizza which was AMAZING. This place isn’t a must for their food, but their focus is on chocolate and dessert which they nailed across the board. I would definitely come back.

The milkshakes, hot chocolates, cocktails and desserts were really the star of the show and thoroughly enjoyed. Belgian milkshake was incredible.

First time coming here. It was very nice but from the pictures I assumed it was bigger ! I think it would have been a better experience if the restaurant was bigger but I enjoyed my meal and the service was phenomenal. Just wished there was more privacy with my date.

We had a great time. Took my wife and our two sons (8 and 4) for a fun Valentine's dinner. The food was excellent and the desert was even better. The kids menu was great, make sure you get the Chocolate Pizza and the Star Waffle. We had the Chicken Caprese and Brenner Burger, plus a Giant choc/peanut butter sundae, and the churro's with the fondue dipping sauces. Also, perfect for kids.... Loud, caters to groups and children which was right up my alley! Also, our server was so nice and knew EVERYTHING about the menu which was cool!

Food was delicious! Love the milkshake but was very expensive! This is a great place to eat but trying to find parking in Philly is very hard to find.

The food was great, but it was a little pricy.
The martinis were FANTASTIC, but barely had any alcohol in them. Our waitress was so nice and attentive, we loved her! I wish I could remember her name, she definitely deserves a shout out!

We brought our family out to celebrate Valentine’s Day as well as my daughter’s 7th birthday. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was very accommodating to us being 20 minutes late for our reservation. We were seated immediately upon our arrival despite our lack of punctuality.

the food was good but the tables were so close to each other there was no intimacy. as a small woman, it was hard for me to even squeeze in between the chairs to go to the bathroom. a bit pricy but tasty, I liked the fondue and the ice cream in a churro. I wish the tables were bigger to fit the food. and the ice cream with churro was served on this weird plate which made it kind of hard to eat, would have been better in a large flatter bowl

The food was good but portions were very small. Literally get about 7-8 fries with any sandwich. The dessert is the best part so maybe go here for dessert exclusively.

Food was great - as was the hot chocolate! My friends & I were there to catch up, and we appreciated being left to our own devices to enjoy our leisurely meal, and not being rushed out. It was pretty crowded (with a decent number of children too) but the noise level was nothing extraordinary.

We were a little early for our reservation. There were approximately 35 available seats. It took them 25 minutes to seat us even though they said they could take us early. Three employees standing around in their phones or talking instead of seating us or helping to bus tables or seat us at already available table. On e seated our waitress was very nice and food was good. It was poor customer service at the beginning.

The flatbread was soggy and tasted bland and awful. The fondu for two was $25 and came with hardly anything to dip in the chocolate and then they wanted to charge us $3 for more marshmallows and $4 for more fruit. It was a total rip off. Service was wonderful, however.

Our waitress, Lillian was awesome. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The fox was good, but not great. The dessert was worth the trip, though. I highly recommend the Mexican hot chocolate!
