The food was great and the service was excellent!
Our family had a wonderful time at Max Brenner, and everyone loved their food!
fun experience once youve had dessert there, its enough. portions are gigantic.
Loved it. First time there.
Everyone enjoyed their dish. The cheeseburger was tasty and the fondue dessert was fun (but a bit expensive). The server was very friendly and helpful. We were seated at a high-top table which we liked but would recommend more comfortable chairs. Overall we enjoyed the experience.
Celebrating my friends birthday
Great food and desserts with attentive and knowledgeable service.
Up to the standards of the Tel Aviv locations. A great and chocolatty experience!
Excellent! The food was great and our reservation was perfectly timed and we were seated almost immediately.
Family friendly environment, great food presentation for kids. Enjoyable for adults especially for celebratory occasions. Dessert was over the top!
Was great. Loved everything. 👍🏽😊
Enjoyed atmosphere, food, selection and gift shop!
Wait was long (~15 minutes) even with a reservation
This was the first time my wife and I tried something new, as far as restaurants go. Max Brenner’s was highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint at all. The food was delicious, atmosphere was quaint (as was the delectable smell of chocolate) and the service was quick and efficient. Brittany S. was our server and she was friendly, brought a positive presence to the table, educated in the menu and gave great recommendations. We’re from the suburbs, will be back for sure! Thanks.
Kid Friendly and parent friendly. Loved the mac and cheese selections for kids. Hot chocolate also a hit with my tween. I enjoyed the selection of salads and fish options. Finally, the classic fondue was delicious. In addition to 3 dipping sauces, fruits, cookies and brownies, we had our own campfire experience roasting marshmallows. Awesome! I will be back!
Excellent atmosphere! Food was amazing! Will return again and again.
We went for dessert for a friends birthday. It was fantastic! The desserts are very rich and we always order too much. I definitely recommend going for dessert!
We dined here in 4/6, just my daughter and i( who is 4!) we waited over a half hr for a kids pizza and a salad! Our waitress although nice was not attentive, did not offer us any other drinks, accept the water provided!
I had to hunt her down for milk for my daughter. After a long wait our food arrived, it was decent, I’m mean how can you go wrong with a salad and kids pizza!
We both got a dessert, her a kids ice cream which was literally a 1/2 scoop in the smallest bowl made on the planet, which runs you about $2 bucks! Her meal was $9 and did not include milk, I had to pay extra... my mason jar tiramisu pudding ( albeit good) was $14 ridiculous dollars! Crazy ridiculous. Will never go again!
The kids loved their paintbrush cheeseburgers. I loved the salmon. The desserts are very large, very sweet. The italian hot chocolate was great, so was the Max-hattan cocktail.
So fun for children. Had a great experience there. Waitress was amazing.
This was a perfect place for my daughters birthday dinner with friends!
The food was good. We had hot wings, bbq chicken flatbread, quinoa salad with chicken. The sausage pizza was only ok as was the Caesar salad. The decor needs to be refurbished. Part of the chair rail was torn off. We asked for a straight up whiskey sour that came on the rocks. Service was ok.
Overpriced, and not really very good. The fondue was ok, though.
This restaurant is excellent! But if you have a nut allergy, like I do, it’s hard to find deserts on the menu without nuts. I was very disappointed to not be able to have one of the waffle deserts because of their hazelnut spread. Was hoping for a substitute but they mix hazelnut in with the waffle batter.
The quality of the food has declined quite a bit. Very disappointed.
Fantastic, great service!
It was so noisy you could not have a conversation without screaming at each other. The dinner food was flavorful but portions were minimal at best. Dessert was great!
absolutely amazing. food was great, dinner was amazing and the chocolate martini was unbelievable. very unique.
Great place to gather with friends and celebrate a birthday. It is best to make a reservation. The food is good and the desserts are amazing. You have to try a chocolate martini or a frozen hot chocolate.
I generally love Max Brenner, my young son and I go there as at rule before or after the theater. But this day we found the bathrooms in horrid, gross condition, dirty glasses and slimy table.
Hopefully just a sloppy day.
What a fun place, good food, drinks and desserts! Need to come back just for dessert.
Very cool spot for kids & families. Fun atmosphere with a diverse menu. This is
a great place for dessert too. Our waitress was very friendly. Milkshakes are awesome & our salad was tasty, the pesto citrus dressing was delicious. It's located close to lots of fun shopping on Walnut Street. Thanks Max Brenner for an enjoyable lunch!
It was extremely cramped. Tables too close. Milkshakes were watery and thin and sundaes were bland. Won’t go back.
This was an excellent choice to take the kids before double dare!! They absolutely loved it as well as us too!! The adults will def be back for some more of those delicious chocolate martinis!!!
2 people in my party ordered the roasted beet salad with salmon. There were no beets in the salad when it arrived at the table. They brought us beets on the side and they were not roasted. There was also no mandarin oranges in the salad either. They said they had a new chef but how can you forget the beets in the beet salad?
Otherwise everything else was good. I’ve eaten there several times and have loved it, so this experience was very disappointing.
Dessert was great. Food was good but price vs quality I would say there is much better options. Would go back for dessert but not the food.
We had a wonderful pre-show dinner at Max Brenner. Our server Julie was personable and obviously very young. What she didn't have in experience, she, more than made up for in charm and tenacity! She was a delight!! The Spicy Pasta Primevera was excellent and my better half had a burger that she thoroughly enjoyed. We had the "monster" chocolate chip, skillet cookie with ice cream which was good, but way over the top! I look forward to bringing other friends to Max Brenner and working my way through their menu.
Nice place for a casual dinner and something chocolate. Would have loved just a hot fudge sundae, however they only offer menu selections, no special orders. Salmon and Lemon Chicken was delish with light sides. Definitely save room for dessert, the crepes were awesome.
Loved our server, loved the time we had there!!
Great service and excellent French toast
