We had the sweetest server, she was so nice and helpful.
Great entrees and even better dessert! Definitely worth the visit.
Loved the Brunch. Especially the White chocolate Green tea
Great restaurant with kids! We enjoyed milkshakes and hot chocolates. The kids all ordered Mac and cheese which was actually delicious but the kids most loved that it came with a syringe (yes an actual needleless syringe) of tomato sauce on the side! Desserts of crepes and lava cakes were also amazing (didn’t delve into the fondue but it looked and smelled divine at other tables).
It was amazing
food was great, quantity and quality matches price, don't order more than you can eat! unless you want to pack it to go. careful with the hot chocolate.
Such a fun lunch!! So festive and delicious!
One server for 12 tables. Not good service
Great service! Love the chocolate peppermint martinis!
The only real complaint was the waitress seemed uninterested or not able to handle the tables she was assigned.
I liked ur chocolate bestie
Food was great! Dessert portions were a little skimpy such as the lava cake and the ice cream scoop with the waffles. Otherwise, a festive and fun place to go, especially for families!
It was an amazing date place and I’ll definitely be going back.
Food was great and the perfect portion size. Only disappointment was the hot chocolate. I’ve had it twice now (one time the regular hot chocolate, the latest the mocha) and both were nothing special, especially for a place that’s known for its chocolate.
Lovely afternoon lunch. The waitress was very helpful with menu selection
Went with my daughter and her friend for her birthday
Service was good. There was nothing decaf all coffee and tea was caffeinated. I thought about it and ordered the tea. Usually that won’t bother me.
It was so strong I needed two full sugars. I usually take no sugar. It kept me up until after midnight.
Shame that you can get such wonderful desserts but can’t enjoy a hot beverage.
The food is good and the service is really great. We were seated on time and they even let us stay longer than expected. Great place to have brunch with a group of friends.
We come here every year due to COVID last year we didn’t come. But we come for out anniversary every single year since we been together. It’s our own tradition.
Max Brenner never disappoints when it comes to food and service!
Terrible experience and food is way to expensive
Service was amazing. Food was good and came out quickly. The waffles are a bit over the top but definitely tasty.
It was my first time at this restaurant and the occasion was to celebrate my chocolate loving mother’s birthday. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the food was amazing.
We didn't have the most welcoming or friendly waiter, but the service was very fast. The alcoholic drinks felt a little skimpy and overpriced, but our meal was very good. All in all, an enjoyable evening.
I had a quinoa salad and Mom had the steak. We both enjoyed our meals. We shared a chocolate pizza which was delicious! We added hazelnuts and toasted marshmallow. Note: it's a loud place between the music blasting and people chatting.
Max Brenner far exceeded my expectations. We decided to change our brunch spot at the last minute due to the NYC Marathon crowds. I was able to find a table at Max Brenner.
First you MUST order the chocolate churro fondue! OH MY WORD it is heaven.
All of the savory dishes were delicious as well.
Finally, our server was just outstanding. We ate a many fine dining establishments on our NYC trip and I must say, he was the best server we had out entire trip!
The spot is so cute and in a great part of town for exploring and walking off your chocolate indulgence after!
Great experience … we arrived early around 12 noon and was given a table immediately … forgot to show them open table reservation. Overall great experience … chocolate fundue was awesome!
We have been multiple times to this restaurant. We went this time for my daughter’s birthday. We had a great time. The food is good, the prices are just a bit high for the portion size.
Delicious food and desserts! Very attentive service.
Good food. Service was quite fast. As we were eating out appetizers our entrees arrived which prompted us to give up the remaining of our appetizers. It was my son’s birthday so I did not want to complain. Overall we had a good time and would dine here again.
The waiter was not really that friendly but the food was good. They have good portions. Their intoxi-cake drink was really good. Not a great place for a special date. It was definitely a casual place.
The waitress was amazing and the food was so good.
It’s a tourist trap - we knew it before we went and it lived up to that expectation. We had two children with us - ages 4 & 6. They were moderately amused by the decor but that lasted about 5 minutes. We all had a hard time finding “real food” to eat on the menu. I ended up with the veggie burger and it was inedible. I took one bite and put it down. Everyone else ate theirs but no one was raving. Dessert was good, as you’d expect and we had a hard time deciding between the great choices. The service was good. If you’re going, stick with dessert only.
It was wonderful and everything tasted amazing
Food was good - unexpectedly delicious. We did have a pizza mixup where we got the wrong pizza though. Additionally we had to wait a while for our waters to be refilled. We would come again, and see it as a restaurant to take clients to.
This place felt like Chuck E. Cheese full of screaming children, with no attempt to calm them down by their respective parents. The price point of everything on their menu is definitely not worth it for this kind of ambiance and food. Food only mediocre, with service by waitress also subpar, to say the least. She was not attentive at all and never came around to check or refill water, had to wait for a while even to receive our check.
Service was on the slower side. Overall decent dinner
It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was great, and they were so polite and fast! The food came out almost immediately, and everything was delicious. I've been here before, and it just has gotten better.
If you haven't tried their dessert yet, DO IT. I always reccomend a classic hot chocolate, as well.
Food was great; however, service could have been better. We did not receive drinks until well into our meal. They also forgot to give us skewers for our chocolate fondue, and we could not get the waiter's attention for quite a while. These are small things, but they did affect our experience. Overall, the food and ambience make this place worth it.
First visit - I knew the chocolate would be great, but I didn’t know what to expect regarding the food and drink. Far exceeded my expectations and will definitely go back! Service was quick and very friendly too!
Very good hamburgers and “cookie dream” dessert is #1.
Went for my friend’s birthday first time after the pandemic. The quality of food has decreased. It used to taste better before, the vegetables with my salmon were burnt, the flat bread pizza was a bit soggy. I think for the price, the quality should be better. Will not visit again.
