Girls night out. Ate here before going to iPic. Great Happy Hour menu with appetizers at a good price. Service was great and split checks not an issue for our party of 7. Nachos could have fed all of us. Everything was good!

Waitress was slow, no bread offered as was to all other tables.
Burgers were not what was expected of a restaurant, fast food joints are much better.
$40 steak was hard , taste was horrible.

Lois, our waitress, took very good care of us. Our food was delicious and we had a great time. If you've never had their "hot cocoa," and LOVE chocolate, it's definitely worth a visit.....amazing!!!

The food was bland and nothing to rave about. I was highly disappointed in the food... After reading all the reviews... I thought this place would be good... we paid over $70 for 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. This will be our first and last time coming here.

A great value for happy hour with bunches of delicious small plate offerings. The happy hour cocktail menu was different then what the web site said which was a bummer. Most of the HH special cocktails were super sweeties which isn't what our party looks for. None the less, a great local after work hot spot with delightful offerings for about $6 -$12 for small plates and $3 off for special cocktails. Oh.... Don't forget the HH fresh oysters for $1.25. They were awesome. Service was 5 star, too.

Ordered the Prime Rib medium, came extremely rare and was extremely tough. We also ordered the scallop risotto which had way too much balsamic vinegar that’s all I could taste. I don’t feel the 2 drinks and the dinner were worth the $100.00 we spent.

Our food took so ridiculously long to come out that half of our 7 guests were served luke warm food. Inattentive service. Rarely did anyone check on us.

We eat at Matt's regularly. Our recent meal was not as good as usual. My wife asked for her steak medium well: it came blood red in the middle. I asked for my salmon to be cooked through: it was barely cooked in the middle. Also my salmon plate was drowned in melted butter with the mashed potatoes almost liquefied. Because we didn't feel like waiting any longer for things to be redone properly, we ate what we were served.

Took a client their for a business lunch. We had three appetizers - Steamed clams, artichoke hearts and calamari - and each was flavorful and delicious, disappearing rapidly. Our group had a variety of main courses and all were given positive reviews. My steak salad was excellent, very flavorful and not heavy at all. Our server seemed pretty new and a bit slow at times, but his attitude was very positive and the effort was there. Being in Redmond Town Center Mall, nothing very special about the location or ambiance. Overall a good experience.

The food as always was so good. The salmon with the pear vinaigrette was outstanding. It can get pretty loud with all the talking and music but you can deal with it once you are accustomed to it. Service was a bit spotty, but that was the kitchen. You kind of want your salad to come out before your dinner, not during. I let it slide as the caprese salad is really good. The one "problem" I had was the table where we were placed. It is so close to the booths to the right of it and it is cramped in that spot. I don't like sitting there but that is where we sat. Next time, I'll wait for a table before sitting there.

Server forgot one of our drinks for about 15 minutes. Worst prime Rib I've ever had - ate 1/3 of it. Asked for medium rare and got zero pink. Over priced and low quality. Low quality cut and had a hard time cutting with a knife. Won't be going back.

The food is always delicious here, especially the seafood entrees on the monthly specials menu. This time we were there for lunch, and as always the service and the food were excellent. For lunch, I often get the spinach salad and seafood chowder, which are both great. This time, I tried the heirloom tomato salad from the monthly specials menu, and it was outstanding.

Visited as a family of 4 on Friday night. Our kids (both under 10) had the fish-n-chips, while my wife and I enjoyed prime rib and a prawn pasta special, respectively. Service was impeccable, the food was delicious (seriously, the prime rib was ridiculously good) and pricing is reasonable. There are some good deals on the wine list, as well. We most certainly will be back at Matt's soon!

The service was good and they handled our table of 8 well and quickly. Quick and efficient is important for a business lunch as we only have a limited amount of time. There appetizers were very good along with the lunch entrees.

We had Matts Baked oysters and the fried artichoke. I generally do not like food that masks the main ingredient to the point where you can't really the taste the main ingredient. Both appetizers were smothered with so much other stuff that you could barely tell it was an oyster or an artichoke. The artichokes were battered and fried and Matts Oysters had too much spinach masking the oysters. Based on these two terrible dishes, we paid our bill and left without ordering an entree.

This is the first restaurant with American type of food that didn't make me feel sorry after I ate! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there. I came again in a few days with my mom and a child as I wanted them to experience the awesomeness of their food as well. It is pricey, but during the happy hour you can eat much cheaper. As we were told the food is prepared on real wood, not gas. The result is outstanding.

The food was pretty good, I had salmon that was cooked correctly and a good sized portion. Other meals at our table were scallop risotto (very good), prime rib (very good) and roasted chicken (good).

The main issue was the cramped quarters, it felt like a mess hall. And it was quite noisy, odd for a Tuesday night.

I really enjoy Matt's and mostly for the quality of their food. I normally get their Killer Burger which is really top notch. Today I decided to try something different and ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was SO good that I think I may not order the burger again. The server mentioned that I could get the chicken with their blackened spice blend, so I did. It was not noticeably spicy. The bacon and avocado spread on top made it extra luscious! My friend got the seafood chowder and a halibut taco, and both looked wonderful. We're definitely going back for more deliciousness!

Let me start out by saying we he been Matts'fans ever since they opened. The did and the service has never wavered, consistently delicious with fantastic attentive service...until tonight. The did was still great, but the service was sub par. Our server was cordial and knowledgeable, but once she took our order and brought us a wine taste, we never saw her until we asked to see her when they came to clear our salad and appetizer plates away. Even then it took awhile for her to come by. We had asked for additional bread for our appetizer when she brought the wine taste and that took quite some time to receive it. All of our food was brought by others and, though she was at tables beside us, she never turned to look at ours or return to see if we had decided on the wine. Even the bartender walked our son's drink it to the table after quite some time. It appeared to have been forgotten. I'm not sure if the lack of service was due to her having too many tables or if she was new, but we sure hope it was an anomaly.

My teenage daughter and I came in for dinner. She had been camping all week and needed some normal food.

We started with the artichoke crab dip. This was so delicious - perfect on the crackers. My daughter even put it on the bread too. We both really enjoyed this.

For my entree, I had a chicken taco. Just looking st it I didn't think I was going to like it, but the slightly chewy tortilla with the chicken, pico and guacamole - it came together nicely.

My daughter had Matt's Killed Burger. She was super hungry, however, she said it was the best hamburger she had ever had in her entire life. Juicy, with a soft bun, and delicious sauce. I concur - incredibly tasty and quite possibly my favorite as well. It was so big she could only eat half. Hmmmm the other half is in the fridge. I wonder if she forgot about it.

Spencer took care of us. Good attentive service and made us laugh too.

Kudos Matt's!

One of our party was held up in traffic but the server assured us it wasn't a problem, we never felt rushed even thought the restaurant was busy. My husband and I have been to Matt's many times because we like the food so much. It also isn't quite as noisy as many restaurants.
