The centerpiece of the Red Rooster is the massive wood fire grill, which brings out the best flavor of signature dishes, including cedar-plank salmon, three-day baby back ribs and Matt's Red Rooster Grill's specialty: the wood-fired romaine heart.
Matt's Red Rooster Grill is located inside of a restored Victorian house. The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere makes every guest feel right at home.
