   We came for my daughters birthday. The server was terrible and not attentive. The food is family style so it came out in increments. The server never came out to check on the food or refill drinks. The chicken parm came out cold and we were done with the rest of the meal when a manager finally returned and we could send it back. By then, we were ready for desert. This place is overrated and only crowded because a crowd draws a crowd. The food quality was ok but not worth the huge prices for pasta. Next to rice, pasta is one of the cheapest starches. We aren’t coming back. It’s not worth it. Managers have serious attitude because the place is busy and they don’t care if you come back.

   For the most part, our experience was okay. Our server, Haley, was great. It was a busy night, so I understood that it would take some time to get our meals, but when they did arrive, only 5 out of 6 entrees came out together. The final meal came out more than 10 minutes later. One of the pasta dishes was overcooked and a little mushy and my veal chop, although ordered medium rare, came out closer to medium well. The manager, Pete, was very gracious in taking the pasta dish and the late arriving entree off our check and providing a free dessert of our choice. All in all, it was not my best dining experience, but they certainly earned a second chance with their service and generosity.

   Outstanding all around. Service is friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Every dish we tried - fish, chicken, pasta, salad - all were terrific. Highly recommend.

    We went to celebrate the life of our friend that loved Matteo’s. Our experience was perfection from start to finish. This is a family friendly restaurant with portions big enough to share. They are also accommodating when individuals need to have split checks. They got it right ! I had the shrimp oreganoto w linguine. My mom had the snapper in red sauce our other friends had the eggplant Parmesan. Everything was delicious! We started w the zucchini fries and clams oregano . They had live music and it was wonderful. Perfect sound level. Lots of old favorites including Sinatra of course. The art is next level in this restaurant. A local artist curates and his art is available for purchase. A true next level experience.
