Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Vail is located in the Solaris Plaza in the heart of Vail Village. Our dining room is open from 5pm nightly. Takeout available nightly from 5-9:30pm.

Fabulous! Truly one of my favorite restaurants- the food, the vibe, the staff, the service, the view. Our waitress was awesome and we had a fantastic table with a view of the mountains and village. She was attentive and friendly, but not overbearing, helpful with our selections, and made excellent recommendations.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Our server, Elizabeth, took us on a fantastic culinary journey as we took her advice on everything and enjoyed the entire meal from start to finish. Even the music that they were playing was perfect! We will definitely dine there again!!

I’ve been eating Matsu since the day they opened! Fresh, healthy, and great options for picky eaters and dietary restrictions. They’re the best! I feel like our waitress and the rest of the waitstaff were AMAZING this night. Really professional but also kind and helpful while dining with kids. Loved our dinner!!!!

We have been to many of your restaurants. In California, New York and in Colorado and this by far was the worst experience. Our appetizer was good but the rock shrimp was prepared in a ponzu sauce when we order the creamy version and the waitress only took it back and put the creamy sauce on top of the ponzu so it’s kind of pointless we didn’t eat it. The crab roll was very fishy tasting and we didn’t eat that as well. My partner had the lobster special I believe and it was $60 and it was not very good as well.

The main server ignored us the entire meal, while focusing on a large party. Guy that filled after was amazing, really tried to fill in the gaps but it was clear we were being ignored. We left early and got food elsewhere as we couldn’t get orders in. Food we did get was amazing.

Food was amazing, the jalapeño yellow tail was my favorite. For dessert we had the Nobu shaved ice with passion fruit! It was so delicious! A very memorable meal. The only thing that i would say was a negative, was the noise level. I couldn't hear anything the person across the table from me was saying.
