Amazing food! A bit pricey but worth it. Will be back!

If you're coming thinking you will get full with $100, I would reconsider. But if you're looking for quality sushi, this is your place. Everything that hits your palate is AMAZING. We have not had a single dud with all the food we ordered. The staff is amazing, answering any and all questions you have and the additional wait staff also are amazing. My water never came down the halfway line because they were so attentive. This is what fine dining should look like. My husband and I were treated like royalty. Our #1 sushi place.

This place is so special... the social distancing guide lines in place make for such a safe and enjoyable experience... our server Rob was top notch, knew everything about the menu... will definitely be back.

Always a winner. The staff is helpful and knows every dish they deliver, the food is always excellent and great ambience even during an apocalypse.

Jordan was awesome and made great recommendations. Must start with the yellowtail, the sauce was outstanding. Black truffle seabass was out of this world. Great staff, BEST SUSHI IN COLORADO!!!!!

We enjoyed Matsuhisa a lot and I will be coming back. They have an extensive menu and there are many different flavor profiles if you really enjoy authentic sushi. I would say this isn't a place to bring small children or people who don't enjoy the quiet scene.

Matsuhisa never fails to deliver - the food and drinks were great.

Food was fantastic. Service was not the 5* experience we expected. We were celebrating both a birthday and our wedding anniversary and don’t think the server was told, the food was great but the experience didn’t feel very special at all. No happy birthday or anniversary comments. Even lesser restaurants write a little note on your dessert to mark the occasion. The first thing the server said to us was how long we had our table for, so we felt rushed and not particularly welcome from the get-go.

This was a fantastic dining experience, as always.

Our server, Jordan, was exceptionally knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The busser was polite while prebussing and the food runner told us all about everything as she dropped them off at our table. My wife really enjoyed the refreshing Elderflower Gimlet all around a great place!

Nice place ....wasn’t there for the sushi tho , i saw the picture on yelp and knew the sushi isn’t going to be GOOD sushi like the more affordable places .

We had the most amazing experience and it was our first time here. We came to dine for my birthday and Jess was simply the best. She created a menu for us and we loved every bite and sip. We will absolutely be back and I will jot stop raving about this place to all our friends.

Music selection at times was “night club” like.

This was our second dinner at Matsuhisa and we were not disappointed. This is rapidly becoming one of our favorite eating spots.

We normally sit in the back room. Last night we were in the center and it was a lot noisier. Since we come in at least once a month we will request the back room

Overpriced for the quality. Bland food and small portions. Bill was $200 and we left still hungry.

Food was so good! Literally no complaints. Great drinks, super tasty foods and desserts. The tuna and crispy rice is to die for.
