The food was great, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was amazing. My only suggestion is that the staff double-check that the plates and cups are clean before they give them out.

We really enjoyed matchbox! Our waitress did not come around as much for it being a bottomless experience and it was not very crowded, but the food was very good! We went for brunch and it is family style and the plates are large regular sizes plates, so it is a great place for a lot of people! There were only two of us so we could not eat too much in total, but I would definitely go back with more people!

The food was quality, as was the servixe. The music for a Sunday brunch was way too loud. The crowd was vibrant and engaged in conversations, which made it hard to hear your own conversations at your table. With the music at an extremely high level, it made the outing unpleasant. I made eye contact with other patrons who also displayed wide eyes at the music decibel level, which increased as time went on.

We have been going to Matchbox since this location opened 15+ years ago, but every time we are disappointed by slow service. This time we were seated but did not get menus for 5-10 minutes. When the waitress came to take our order we had to remind them we hadn't yet been given menus. During the meal we asked for second drinks, but then everyone finished their food and the waitress came to clear the table before they were brought (it was a beer and a glass of wine, not a lot of prep involved) so we just canceled them. Our son loves the mini burgers and the food is always fine, but the slow service is increasingly frustrating. We want to love coming in but definitely visit less than we would if everything was a bit more efficient.

Place is okay size went on a Sunday and wait wasn't too long to be seated with reservation. Cleaning could be better table sat beside us touched the plates and got water but they left and staff just wiped off water stains. Server also gave me my receipt for me and my guest which was inaccurate but it wasn't a big deal. All for him to charge my card the table beside me bill which was over dollars more because they got bottomless. Which he tried to convince me I was wrong that even though my receipt was "wrong" he swiped my card for my tables bill. Which was inaccurate I asked for a manager he would not go get him instead I had to get a different server to get the manager. Horrible service. The manager fixed it and told me because we only got sodas and juice it should have been included in our brunch which the waiter charged us for. Now for the food. The all American breakfast 2/5 potatoes had no seasoning or eggs. And came out lukewarm. The buffalo wings 4.5/5 nice tasting and crunchy. The cinnamon roll 3/5 the spinach artichoke 3.5/5 the shrimp and grits -2/5 shrimp smelt old fishy. Like yes it's seafood but should not smell like straight from ocean. The waffles 1/5. Honestly there are so many other places in the same price range with better quality food. Would not return due to service alone. But the food sealed the deal. And my guest didn't like their food too much either and asked for just carrots and celery and the waiter said alot of people are just asking for that today . That says a lot. Oh ya the chicken pasta garbage lacked seasoning. Server name is Brahyand according to the receipt but who knows since he didn't even charge the right card.

The food was great. The waiter seemed a little unfamiliar with the menu but overall was fine. They were blasting music so loud we couldn’t really hold a conversation because you couldn’t hear each other across the table.

I had a great experience at Matchbox! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our server (Stephanie) was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked in regularly without being overbearing. The food came out hot and fresh, really enjoyed the spinach dip and shrimp and grits. I really appreciated how the team made sure everything ran smoothly — it made the entire meal enjoyable and stress-free. Great customer service like this is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

Our server was incredible! She made sure, along with the chef, that all of our allergy concern were taken seriously.

Out of a number of items including mimosas? Wrong drinks brought out consistently, service slow, sometimes 20/30 minutes between. The table was also not cleared regularly, with piles of glasses and plates, partly due to incorrect items being brought out
