Massimo's Eclectic Fine Dining
Appetizers range from Hudson Valley Grade-A Foie Gras, Pistachio coated Pan Seared Duck and Brie to Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and rice flour battered calamari. A rich, creamy lobster bisque is a favorite among customers.

Last, but not least, are the homemade delectable desserts.
Complementing his efforts in the kitchen is the gracious, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
Tables at the casually elegant restaurant are dressed with crisp table linens, and candles. Cascading fountains decorate the walls.
Main dining room available for larger parties, up to 60 people.
Customized menu and on-premise audio/visual equipment rental available.
There were 8 of us in the party and every one of the meals were outstanding!
We dined at Massimo's two nights ago, having never been before. Massimo's restaurant is authentic Italian, not Americanised Italian. Diner's are treated to exceptional personal attention by the knowledgeable staff. The food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. My husband had the Veal Chop, I had the daily special, Dover Sole. Thank you Massimo for personally visiting our table to ensure we were happy with our food. We will return when back in the area.
Wonderful presentation, artfully prepared and will revisit. Wine list was deep and interesting and pricing was fair. Bravo!
Bertrand was a delight taking us through each course with finesse and grace. Chef Massimo created wonderful dishes that were sumptuous to the palate. A delight hidden in Palm Harbor.
Fabulous and outstanding food, fabulous service. My favorite restaurant in the Tampa , St Pete area
We love this restaurant. Food and service are excellent. This is a smaller restaurant and the tables are close. Not usually a problem. This time, the person who seated us, aparently had some friends come in an we’re seated at a table close to ours. He proceeded to talk at full volume to them ( they were considerate enough to respond in a quieter voice). I did not need to hear about nor care about this complete jerks, high school football glory days. He was around 50. It ruined the night, not just for us but also another couple who was sitting even closer. My husband went to the restroom and asked him to please tone it down. He looks at me and asks if his talking was bothering us. I replied yes, and also pointed out that the other couple were also quite annoyed. This is NOT acceptable from an employee of the restaurant
Bertrand was an outstanding server. Highly recommend
Exceptional as always!
A+++ dining experience. The host/waiter was VERY knowledgable and friendly. We love this place for special occasions, or just a simple date night. You do not feel like you are in a shopping plaza. The ambiance is quiet and romantic. The food is always fresh and unique. We have some picky eaters, so it's nice that the chef makes little adjustments as needed. Bonus: sometimes you get to meet the chef/owner!!
A bit overpriced for what was served. $11 glass of wine that was maybe 3oz. $35 entree. Expected better for the price point they are at.
Chef/Owner Massimo and staff were very accommodating to preparing dinner per our guest request. Appetizers and meal were very well prepared. The restaurant has an excellent wine selection. Excellent service, as always.
It’s Massimo and his staff. Experience it and you will understand.
Had a great time. Food was delicious. Definitely will go back.
I have not been to Massimo's for a few years. The food was very good, but a bit pricey. The atmosphere is wonderful. It was a shame to see several patrons wearing t-shirts and shorts at such a nice establishment.
Treat yourself to a meal at this local gem. You will not be disappointed!
Fabulous food. The owner is the chef and he knows how to prepare a delectable dish . He is warm and friendly to his customers
Another wonderful meal at Massimos. I had the Chilean sea bass, my wife had the filet mignon. Service provided by Michelle was superb and anticipating.
The service and food were very good; we enjoyed the meal, and didn’t feel rushed in any way. The restaurant was very quiet that night, a Thursday, so it is probably busier on weekends. At first, it felt a little too quiet.
Best restaurant in North Pinellas hands-down. Chef Massimo's risotto is not to be missed. Perfectly prepared with just the right "bite" left (texturally speaking). Amazing wine list.
Outstanding cuisine with superb service. It was simply fantastic in every respect and the chef stopped by our table to ask about our meals and he knew what each of us had ordered - an unexpected surprise. Will be going back - for sure!!
The Seafood Rissotto is excellent as well as the Veal Massimo my husband had. Service can be a little slow at times, but I dont think the kitchen is very large. We love this restaurant!
The chef's passion is evident! Best experience we've had in Palm Harbor.
Delicious Ossobuco and risotto! The service was great! We will return again soon.
Fantastic little place. Great service, chef came out to say hello.
Calamari appetizer was awful and returned. Risotto was just ok,scallops were mushy.Absence of savor.
Everything was great except there were lots of out of stocks on the massive wine list. They would be better served to have a more limited and fully available wine list.
Lovely atmosphere, fabulous food and service. We are great cooks and critical diners. This was wonderful. The mushroom tart was superb, as was the foie gras. Every bite was delicious. Will be back!
I took my girlfriend here for a nice romantic meal. After I proposed to her and she said yes! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional. The Chef even came out during our meal to see how everything was. We started out with a ceasar salad and a duck salad which both were delicious. Our main course was the rack of lamb and risotto. The lamb was so tender and cooked to perfection and her risotto was perfectly seasoned with fresh sea scallops, pork belly, and frrsh shrimp. We finished off with an amazing creme burlee and a mango raspberry champagne sorbet, along with cappuccino and an expresso. Would reccomend this for anyone looking for a fine dining experience date night!
Outstanding restaurant! Celebrated 50th wedding anniversary and everything was wonderful!! Could not have made a better selection! B is the perfect waiter!!!
SIMPLY THE BEST. Try the mushroom tart, it’s delicious!! Everything we had was amazing and I can’t wait to go back again!!
A truly special place in Palm Harbor.
Fantastic food with exceptional service and
a great wine list!!!
Fantastic food and experience
Outstanding! Everyone in our party of eight raved about their meal. Jennifer provided excellent service. The restaurant is consistently good. Chef Massimo is a gem.
Great food and delicious dessert!!! Great place for getting together with friends. Service is really good and Massimo's makes an effort to visit his patrons. Thumbs up.
Everything from the appetizers through dessert was wonderful. Serve was great, nice quite old school fine dinning!
Great food and superior service!
Food and service were excellent. I had the Saffron Lobster Ravioli and my husband had the special Seafood Risotto.
Overall very nice service, food and atmosphere. A bit pricey for the locale.
This was our first experience and we were generally pleased. Our server was very attentive and the food was creative but too salty. I had the rack of lamb, the other entree was the veal with lobster and crab. The Tiramisu was excellent. The wine list although very extensive, didn't give many options for those not ordering a bottle.
There was quite a large group that made the made the ambiance a little louder than we would have liked but it was Mothers Day.
We will definitely be back.
Never disappointed at Massimos. He’s a terrific chef!
