Masseria dei Vini
Restauranteur Pino Coladonato, Peppe Iuele and Enzo Ruggiero have teamed up again with Interior Designer Libby Langdon, bringing you a modern update version of "Masseria". In the region of Puglia, in South Italy, Masseria were Fortified Farmhouses, and many of them now have been transformed into Restaurants or Hotels.
Executive Chef Pino Coladonato, native of Rutigliano (Bari), has created a menu that blends traditional with modern without overpowering one or the other.
The Menu features typical dishes from Puglia, such as "Crudo", the Italian word for "Raw", made with fish and shellfish, a lot of fresh homemade pastas and Ravioli.
The menu also offers Gourmet Pizza Neapolitan style.
The Restaurant offers an extensive wine by the glass program and a large selection of wine bottles, mainly from Italy, but without ignoring the rest of the world.

Great food and atmosphere.
Love this place! Always great food and service!
Food and service was excellent, as always. I was especially grateful for good substitution when a bottled wine I ordered was not available. Thoughtful.

Visiting this place since accidental discovery 5-6 years ago.Best place around, food, service ets .to die for.
Food and service above the rest. We four all loved our food
Very excited to discover this neighborhood restaurant. Will be back again and again.
Always good and a welcome return to dining
The BEST. Exquisite and authentic food, amazing and lovely service. We go weekly and during covid they’re taking all the precautions and we feel very safe. We go on special occasions too because we love it so much.
Extremely good set up for Covid- I felt safe. As always the food is excellent and the service is friendly and professional. The pastas are phenomenal and save room for an espresso martini!
Great neighborhood boite. Owner operator who manages a tight ship!
The pasta is not the best I've had, but still decent taste. The tiramisu is one of the best I've ever had. Great staff and nice quiet space.
Very good service and dinner
Hope to back soon and really recommend
We try to enjoy this gem atleast once a week .. the food is so on point delicious and the service is exceptional ..
I love this place! I love the food!
Excellent dinner in this COVID environment. The dining area was well appointed outside and very well heated even as it was cold outside. The staff is phenomenal and the service is impeccable. This is my favorite restaurant in New York. Andreas is the heart and sould of this wonderful place.
Great service, the food was bland and pricey. Nice ambience
Due to Covid, we were the only ones dining inside for lunch that day!
Kinda sad but the food and service were great!
We have made it a point to support Masseria di Vini with both outdoor and indoor dining this past summer. We have been coming here since they opened about seven years ago...every experience has ranged from good to outstanding. We have had family dinners here, as the menu accommodates a range of preferences and ages. My husband and I have been here many times, just the two of us or with friend. Masseria di Vini has navigated the challenges and restrictions due to COVID -19 with grace, tremendous effort and consistently good food and service.
Awesome, as always. Brought a new friend for the first time who just loved Masseria dei Vini, as they say, "soup to nuts"!
Outstanding food, wine, and service. Highly recommended. I'll be back!
Four of us had a really nice dinner early on a Sunday evening. We shared four appetizers including mussels and Beef carpaccio. For dinner the halibut was excellent as was the pizza that ordered, it we also shared the dishes. We also had a very good and reasonably priced Italian red wine.
I would absolutely go back. The wait staff was superb, the food was superb everything was really wonderful!
We have been there several times - usually a large table (6-8) people. This time the service was really lacking.
Get together with family from out of town.
Awesome! Service, food, and atmosphere were fabulous as always.
We love this restaurant, the food and service are always top notch, but it is getting so popular and I believe that the prices are rising. I am sure it has to do with providing quality food in a beautiful restaurant setting but wow how times have changed.
Great as always from start to finish
The food is always great. It was very quiet this Saturday and our order came out quickly. I’ve seen comments on the robotic service and I have to say we had a waitress I’ve never seen before who fit that description.
Andre was consistent in ignoring us. When he removed a plate he coldly asked how everything was but walked away as we responded.
The hostess is always polite.
Food, as usual, was excellent. However, service lacked precision. Two people in our party were served the wrong dish. Server apologized, but did nothing much to rectify the mistake beyond providing a gratis small shot of limoncello with dessert. We did not feel this was quite enough to make up for the shortcoming.
The ambient noise level at our table for four made it difficult to carry on conversation.
THE best Love everything about it
Every part of our evening was perfect- service, food, wine and atmosphere. Simply excellent, and a good value for upscale dining. Highly recommend!
I always love Masseria. The food is exquisite, the wine selection is top notch, and the service is terrific.
We visited Masseria dei Vini whilst on a visit from the UK and on recommendation from friends.
Unfortunately the experience wasn’t as good as we expected and we came away disappointed.
Having been fortunate to have eaten in good Italian restaurants both in the UK and Italy we found that whilst the service was good it was rather ‘clinical’ with non of the usual rapport found with staff in other establishments.
The menu was rather limited to one of the party who was dairy intolerant and the staff weren’t very forthcoming in explaining the menu. Also got to say that we weren’t asked if we wanted drinks during or coffee after the meal.
Shame really as we had been so looking forward to visiting.
Outstanding in almost every way. One of our favorite restaurants in the city
Need to go early or the noise is too disturbing.
Excellent food and wine service.
The perfect dining experience just steps from Lincoln Center. The menu never disappoints and the specials are exceptional. I’m a fan of quail and it was on the menu. I ate it contently as I eyed the perfect prawns the diners at the next table were devouring.
