Best steak I’ve had in years. Dinner was simply awesome and the Huckleberry Martini was incredible.

Always one of my favorite places for a quality steak. The service is great and atmosphere is relaxing.

Food and service is always very very good.

Our food and service was really good, but our old fashions were not drinkable. I think the server should have picked up on that after seeing I had only taken two sips out of it.

We enjoyed our dinner at Masselow's very much. I was disappointed by the service and how dark the place was. Our service did not explain the menu or tell us about any chef specials. Prices were spendy but we were there for our anniversary and it was a special occasion. Though we will probably go back to Laguna Café for our next special occasion. Their staff makes you feel special even on a normal day and their food is comparable.

Excellence in dining. Personal attention accompanied by fine cuisine. The pork entree was cooked to perfection and the beef short rib entree offered on the chef's playground menu melted in your mouth. Sous vide cooking method accompanied with playful sides was a definite winner. Without question, Masseliows is a wonderful dining experience.

My husband & l enjoy our time, waiters, super friendly and made our special night wonderful, our dinner was perfectly cooked. I had sea bass & my husband had ribeye steak. Best dessert, the chocolate no flour cake, it was so good , highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I were celebrating my birthday and our 1 year anniversay. Food was amazing and staff was extremley friendly. They gave us a free dessert since it was a specialy occassion. Would love to go back next time I’m in Spokane

The food and the overall dining experience was great. Prices are little on the higher side but for a special occasion worth it. We will definitely come back on another special day.

The prawns with saffron were fantastic and the presentation as well. For fine dining, I will choose Masselow's every time. I enjoy the hotels rooms.

My husband and I were celebrating a special occasion and couldn’t have chosen a better dining establishment. Our server, Sean, was truly the best we’ve ever seen in this profession! He was very attentive but not so much we felt bothered. He also seemed to come and go on cue while expertly sharing menu items, along with chef choices. The cuisine was also some of the best food we’ve ever had. The chef plated it beautifully, and the flavors were executed with perfection. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning in the near future.

Great service and great food!

We got the special 36 (?) oz rib eye and it was really cool with the long bone. It did seem as though we got a lot less actual meat though. The steak itself seemed about the size of one, not enough for 2. It tasted delicious! Weve never had a steak from Masselow's that didn't, it just seemed a lot smaller for more money. We still had a great time and we will be back in the future and will continue to recommend Masselow's to our friends.

Scallops appetizer was fantastic, steak was great, sides delicious. All around the food and service was great. For a high end steak house, would have liked the lights to be more dim and black napkins.

Wish they didn’t make it seem like salad was included with dinner extra $20 for Caesar salad was absurd

I will start off by saying we were really excited to go here as we had good things. I will also say that my steak was excellent. We arrived 30min early and 3 young ladies were way too interested in the computer screen in front of them than the 3 couples standing in front of them. just acknowledge. We waited in the lounge and had a drink while waiting. I went back to the counter 5 mins past our reservation time and asked how much o get and they didn’t remember me. We were finally seated .. in the worst table in restaurant. Middle row right next to kitchen exit. My own fault for not complaining, there were 6 tables empty along the wall that were half booth and half table. We were there nearly an 1 hr and half and they were never used. Another couple came in and they tried to seat the behind us in the middle row with plenty of of seating available and flat out refused and were promptly seated on the much larger side of the restaurant. This is what I should’ve asked for. It was Valentine’s Day. We both ordered from the Valentine’s Day menu, We ordered a bottle of wine and they didn’t have it available in the restaurant they had to go get it from downstairs what our waitress told us. We got our first appetizer, and had completely finished it before our bottle of wine showed up roughly 15 minutes. They did apologize and our waitress was obviously new, she was just a bit off her game and was constantly apologizing. We really felt like she was trying and you could tell she was doing the best she could. We were just overall disappointed with the whole experience. And again I should have mentioned it before we sat down, my wife was so upset about the table it ruined our dinner. I never fill out surveys good or bad, and I am in a business where we live and die by survey. The truth is if you don’t know where you failed you can never fix it. So as I told lots of my friends and coworkers the food was really great, I also told them we will probably never go back.

Delicious steak! We absolutely loved it. And this photo was breakfast in room the following morning. Fantastic experience. We also appreciated how incredibly clean everything at Masselow's and Northern Quest resort and Casino was. And all the service was so kind and helpful.

Our waiter Cory was an exempalary waiter. Great representative of your establishment and went WAY above and beyond what might be expected of your servers. We will request to be seated in his section upon our return. Our steak was perfect BUT his presence more than doubled our enjoyment. Thanx Cory

We arrived at the restaurant at the time of our reservation and we were seated right away. We let the waiter know we were attending the Cage fights in an hour and he said he would make sure we were on time. I had the Porterhouse steak and my wife the Saffron Prawns. Both meals were outstanding. The service was excellent, great atmosphere and the tables were spaced just right so we felt we had enough privacy but not distant. Food prices were what you would expect for a prime steak, generous amount of large prawns both meals superbly prepared. We left on time and very satisfied. Will definitely be back.

My bone-in ribeye had a spoiled taste...my wife took a bite and she concurred that it had an odd taste...could not finish....would recommend Churchill's in the future...overall...a rather disappointing experience.
