Scallops appetizer was fantastic, steak was great, sides delicious. All around the food and service was great. For a high end steak house, would have liked the lights to be more dim and black napkins.

I will start off by saying we were really excited to go here as we had good things. I will also say that my steak was excellent. We arrived 30min early and 3 young ladies were way too interested in the computer screen in front of them than the 3 couples standing in front of them. just acknowledge. We waited in the lounge and had a drink while waiting. I went back to the counter 5 mins past our reservation time and asked how much o get and they didn’t remember me. We were finally seated .. in the worst table in restaurant. Middle row right next to kitchen exit. My own fault for not complaining, there were 6 tables empty along the wall that were half booth and half table. We were there nearly an 1 hr and half and they were never used. Another couple came in and they tried to seat the behind us in the middle row with plenty of of seating available and flat out refused and were promptly seated on the much larger side of the restaurant. This is what I should’ve asked for. It was Valentine’s Day. We both ordered from the Valentine’s Day menu, We ordered a bottle of wine and they didn’t have it available in the restaurant they had to go get it from downstairs what our waitress told us. We got our first appetizer, and had completely finished it before our bottle of wine showed up roughly 15 minutes. They did apologize and our waitress was obviously new, she was just a bit off her game and was constantly apologizing. We really felt like she was trying and you could tell she was doing the best she could. We were just overall disappointed with the whole experience. And again I should have mentioned it before we sat down, my wife was so upset about the table it ruined our dinner. I never fill out surveys good or bad, and I am in a business where we live and die by survey. The truth is if you don’t know where you failed you can never fix it. So as I told lots of my friends and coworkers the food was really great, I also told them we will probably never go back.

Delicious steak! We absolutely loved it. And this photo was breakfast in room the following morning. Fantastic experience. We also appreciated how incredibly clean everything at Masselow's and Northern Quest resort and Casino was. And all the service was so kind and helpful.

Our waiter Cory was an exempalary waiter. Great representative of your establishment and went WAY above and beyond what might be expected of your servers. We will request to be seated in his section upon our return. Our steak was perfect BUT his presence more than doubled our enjoyment. Thanx Cory
