I ordered the Porterhouse steak, my wife had the Rib Eye. Both steaks were exceptional! Cooked perfectly to order, seasoned well, tender, and very satisfying. Our wait staff made us feel welcomed and took great care of us. We’re both sorry and glad that Masselow’s is about 200 miles from home. Great food, great staff!

Service was outstanding....waitress checked on us on a timely base. Food is somewhat pricey but was very good. As the restaurant became busier the noise level was unbearable. ...don't plan on a quiet conversation. Overall it was good....solving the excess noise problem would help overall ambience.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary there. There was a large group near our table that were rather loud. The maitre dei seated us and he warned and apologized to us about the potential noise problem!

My Wife and I had a great New Year's Eve date. The food was fresh and creative. Our waiter Sean was knowledgeable about menu and wine selections and made the evening relaxed and enjoyable. We are already planning our next Masselows date night.

We booked through Open Table and transferred our reservation to the lounge but our points never did get transferred for making the reservation. It just showed Masselows had cancelled our dinner reservation, yet we still ate there with them

Food was very good, even the included sides were great. The wine was great also. The recommendations from the server really led to a great combination. It was a little loud for the expected atmosphere though.

We have made a tradition of breakfast at Masselow's on Christmas for several years and have always had exceptional service and food. This year the food was mediocre and the service was poor. Our waitress only came around to our table one time to refill coffee and we our wait time for our bill was at least 30 minutes. We had to ask the hostess to fetch our waitress. We will return as we are hoping this was an exception. Oh and I must say, the restaurant was NOT busy. Otherwise slow service would be understood. Thank you.

All of the food was great, except the rib eye. I am a steak person and that Masselows is a steak house I was expecting an amazing steak, it was blan with no flavor, and 44$ aged steak should not need a knife to cut it and should melt in your mouth, needless to say that was not the case. I was extremely disappointed. The server felt bad and gave us desert at no cost. She was amazing by the way.

The bread and infused butters are the best I've had. The service is prompt, professional and friendly. The food is exceptional and well worth the price (remember, no sales tax because it's a Sovereign Native American property).

The restaurant was fantastic. Your service was not. Although I had an email confirmation stating I had a reservation, the restaurant had no record of it. They were kind enough to seat us anyway. Then as we were leaving the restaurant I received an email from you chastising me for not showing up for my reservation. Rude! I won’t be reserving tables with you again.

We came to Northern Quest Casino for The Tenors concert and enjoyed our stay at the hotel and especially dinner at Masselow's. My mother had the half chicken which was delicious and I had
the Chilean Sea Bass which I hadn't had since I lived in San Diego before moving here in 2009.
It was fantastic as well and was a very pleasurable dining experience as we had a small table
tucked away for more privacy. The hostess and wait staff were all extremely friendly and timely
and I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. We also had breakfast there the following morning before we left and had the breakfast wrap which was also outstanding.
Kudos to Masselows for an enjoyable experience.

This was our first time at Masselow’s and found it to be an excellent experience. The bone-in Ribeye was outstanding. Atmosphere was cozy and the service was exceptional. Our waiter’s
name is Cory and he really makes you feel special. Wine list is very good. The menu is a bit
Pricey but you get what you pay for.

Our table was against the wall and lighting in that area was quite bright and could not be dimmed.
Service was satisfactory but not what is typical for high-end restaurant. Table settings had only one fork, taken with our salad plate. Had to request dinner forks when meals were served. Unused wine glasses were not removed from table while we dined, nor were water glasses checked and refilled.
Food was good, but not special.
Would try again sometime, but our experience did not compare favorably with Churchill’s or Spencer’s for its level of service, presentation or food quality.

Service was good, but the food was just okay. Everything seemed really salty. We ordered the ribeye steak. For the money, I would prefer a steakhouse with better ambience and better taste. Okay if you're just hanging out at the casino, but we wouldn't make the drive out there for this restaurant alone.

Chef was a little off his game. Food was delicious but both of our entrees should have had a sauce with them. Mine came out on the side moments after the dinner. My wife's came on the side when she was nearly finished.

Waiter was very apologetic and food was still delicious. Just not what we normally expect when we go here.

We came to your restaurant a year ago for our anniversary in October 2016 and had an incredible experience, the food was amazing, our server was incredible , all together a experience to remember.
We came back again for our anniversary again this year looking forward to the same kind of experience, but we were sadly disappointed. Our server was ok, we got nowhere near the service we got the first time. The food is another story though, our appetizers were sad, my wife's escargot were slightly rubbery but edible while on the other hand my shrimp cocktail was horrible, the shrimp the first time had a mooshy texture like they had been soaking in water way to long, so she brought another , it wasn't as bad but still far from being acceptable. I believe the shrimp had turned, because after our meal we went down to the casino and i spent about 20 minutes in the restroom dealing with some unexpected issues. The steaks were ok,mine was extremely charred on the edges for med rare but once you got past that it was allright. My wife brought her's home she wasn't overly enthused with it.
The other thing we a little disappointed in was the first time we were there the server was very interactive with us, he asked us how long we have been together , you know just trying to get know his customers a little bit, and at the end of our meal he actually brought us a complimentary dessert on a real nice plate and wished us a happy anniversary. We were really disappointed in our visit this time.
So unfortunately this was probably our last visit to your establishment.

This was a birthday celebration and it was not the best visit. We have been here before and have always enjoyed our visit, This time the steak we ordered were not up to there usual standards. My wife's was full of fat. I found a piece of plastic in my steak from a plastic bag. Sine it was a special occasion I chose not to make a big deal out of it. But in the future we will be choosing a different restaurant.
