Our server, Richard, was attentive. We tried the grilled octopus, which was outstanding. The bread basket was amazing. Our dinners were prepared as ordered and flavorful. And, last but not least, the carrot cake dessert was delightful! We'll be back!

Food was delicious. The staff was awesome and did everything possible to normalize the abnormal pandemic situation. We felt safe, comfortable and were treated so well! Thanks Mason Street Grill!

Wonderful experience at all levels. The greeting was kind and solicitous, offering choices, waiting patiently for our reply. The menu has a great variety of choices. The waiter was terrific and a thorough explanation for everything. The food was superb.

Service was terrible. I assume it's due to being understaffed from COVID or maybe the staff just isn't ready to perform at 100% yet. Not sure what it was, but it took over an hour before our order was ever taken. And from observing other tables, it wasn't just us experiencing this super slow service.

We recently went back to Mason Street Grill for dinner with friends. After having been there many times in the past we were unimpressed. It may very well be due to them recently reopening after being closed for COVID, so perhaps they deserve a little slack. The menu was limited, which was to be expected, but the prices seemed significantly higher than prior dinners. The service was very slow and the food only good, not great. Overall, it was a disappointment and wasn't consistent with what they have been in the past. Although we were excited to go back we probably won't for a while and instead try out others we like and ones where we have not yet been.

We hope that they improve soon!

This was the first restaurant we went to since the city opened back up due to COVID-19 closures. Mason Street Grill did a wonderful job keeping diners and staff safe. High-quality plexiglass has been installed between all booths, all staff had masks on, silverware was brought wrapped in a napkin and then plastic, and they even had touchless menus we could pull up on our phones. The menu is limited from their usual selections, but the food was still delicious and well worth your time if you are considering venturing out.

Stopped by on the first day of reopening to celebrate our 31st anniversary with our family. Limited menu but plenty of choices. Entrees were cooked to perfection. I ordered the 35 day dry-aged bone-in ribeye. A steak this good needs to be eaten rear or at least no more than medium rare. At rare it melts In your mouth like butter. Waiter was pushing the bearnaise sauce. But any sauce is just a good way of hiding a bad steak. No need for sauce on these steaks. While the food menu is somewhat limited At this time, the wine list remains quite extensive. Staff was very attentive. Overall, great place for steaks. My only suggestion would be to include options for a 55 day dry-aged (my sweet spot for steaks) and a 75 day dry-aged (for the true steak aficionado).

We all ate something different—halibut, braised beef, steak and ribs and we all loved our meal. We were able to visit during dinner. That’s very important.

We were seated near the entrance which was a little noisy, but the service and food were top notch!

When we first were seated we had a long narrow booth. We asked to be moved & they did. It is noisy which I don’t mind. But this 1st booth we would not have been able to have a conversation. The man who moved us said he was in the business of making people happy and he did.

Had a great evening! Despite all the fear and uncertainty around COVID-19, the Mason Street Grill is impeccably clean and safe for its guess. Had wonderful spinach salad and salmon piping hot and delicious. John, our server was attentive and very efficient. Tony, kept waters filled and is always very pleasant making the experience flawless each time. See you all soon.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with friends. Everything was awesome.

I did submit a review, but will do again. From the seating of our table, to the server Shawna and the attention from Hutch and Steve we had a great experience. it was our anniversary and the desert was a special added touch. We love the restaurant, the people and the food. Great place to dine prior to an event.

Enjoyed another great time at the Mason Street Grill. Our entrees were swordfish and flatbread pizzas which were delicious. Grady was our server and he was "on his game" as usual. We cam early to have a bite and then go to the show which worked out perfectly. Randall stopped by to make sure things were great as well. Thanks to the entire MSG team!

Delicious food & excellent service. They made us feel special, because I had mentioned in the reservation that we were celebrating an anniversary. I would definitely dine here again!

Felt like I was rushed thru dinner by our server. Ordered any appetizer that she never put the order in for. Brought all courses one after another, barely finished the last bit and she was clearing the plates. We have dined here before and it was a more relaxed experience.

Had a friend in town and was showing him around. We were looking for a fish fry, but the halibut was delicious. It is classy place with great food.

Had a great meal with my business colleague. The filet and salmon dishes are amazing along with a nice bottle of Jordan cabernet. Grady our server is always full of energy and incredibly attentive to your needs making the night enjoyable. Hutch swings by a few times to check on your experience making sutre the entire team doesn't miss a detail! Great time and thanks for the consistency.

Stayed at the Pfister Hotel. Didn’t have to leave the hotel and go in the cold. Was very nice from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Great place.

Our family decided on steak with traditional sides after tasty appetizers and first courses. We loved every bite and service was perfect. We will surely return.

Amazing food, but did not like my seating arrangement. Sat us next to two other couples one foot away from us. Barley could have conversation while listening to the other couples conversation.
