Maroun is THE place to go for delicious food, friendly and fast service before the ballet or opera at McCaw Hall. Portions are generous and "splittable," thereby giving you MANY options to try their delicious food. Our waiter, Chris, was hilarious and very attentive. Five BIG STARS for this place!

Another wonderful dinner at Maroun!! With Paul in the kitchen and his friendly team out front, I can always count on a flavorful and friendly evening. I took my brother for his birthday. He was impressed by everything we had but, as someone who loves lamb and cauliflower, he raved most emphatically about the lamb kebob and Zahra. Our only regret is not having enough time for some baklava before heading to a Kraken game.

The waiter was very attentive and courteous. The food was delicious. The temperature was a bit chilly but otherwise this was a great place to eat before the opera!

Always a nice place. We were having questions about which red wine to chose from, and we got a little samples of wine, just to make a good decision, and of course we did. Thank you. The people who worked in the restaurant are so nice and thoughtful. They make me happy every time

The food was delicious. We ordered the baba ghanouj - maybe the best I’ve had. Lamb shawarma and chicken djej mweshwi were both fantastic. Service was super friendly and helpful.

We had dinner at Maroun after the Malcolm X Opera - Sunday, February 25, 2024. Food was delicious and the service was wonderful! The food was authentic and packed with flavor. Servings were huge too! Loved our waiter - friendly, checked in on us, but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

The food wasn't that good. $5 for a bag of Lipton tea that wasn't even hot was unacceptable! At least the server replaced it & was nice about it. They would only split the check two ways even though there were three people. Not the server's fault but not good customer service. Not accepting cash is also unacceptable! I have to give them a little credit for putting that on their website, which, unfortunately, had an outdated menu on it. Even though they had vegan options. which I appreciated, I was told that the chef would not put the Tahini sauce on the side because it wasn't authentic! That's never happened to me anywhere! I will not go back & will not recommend Maroun. I also didn't like having to give my credit card info to OpenTable to make the reservations online. While I understand why it was asked for, that made me extremely nervous because of identity & credit card theft. I doubt I’ll go through OpenTable again.
