Award winning Más Mexicali Cantina merges an authentic Mexican Cantina with an LA rock and roll attitude. This comes through in the décor, the food and the energy of the concept. The menu is packed with fresh traditional dishes as well as some signature Más creations tailored to the concept's heart and energy. The over-the-top grille features affordable family favorites like fresh salsas, spicy tacos, bandito burritos, sizzling fajitas, and endless chips and salsa.     The staff didn’t wipe the table before we sat down and never brought out plates for appetizers. The food had no flavor whatsoever. This was the worst attempt at Mexican food I have ever experienced.

    I’ve been here once before and the service and impression left on me and my party was not great but I have to give them their due for our last time there. First of all I would not have come back after the first time if it weren’t for a friend who wanted a roof top night out in W.C., but I’m glad they did because our server Dylan was great and the food and drinks matched. Fun time with great service and great food! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a fun atmosphere and a good time.

    First time there. We had dinner on the roof with live music. Really great atmosphere, people having fun, good food, very reasonable prices, and a very friendly server. They have kept their prices down while everyone else tends to gouge a little bit.  We will absolutely go back!

    The drinks were great and so were the nachos with the added beef. However, my main dish, shrimp enchiladas, had a piece of plastic in it. Our server said she would let the kitchen know. That’s about it. No offer to remake the dish, if I wanted some thing else, and the dish, which was not eaten at all was not removed from the check. Not the server’s fault, but no effort was made to right the wrong. I am not in a hurry to go back, but would recommend the establishment if you are looking for drinks and nachos.

    To be fair, we did not get lots of dishes. In fact since I’m not a huge Mexican fan, I got the soup. We started with chips and salsa and the guacamole bowl. Now you would think with these somewhat spicy dishes, our water would be refilled at least once. It was not. In fact our server seemed to have disappeared. The kitchen brought out my husband’s fajitas… still… no drink refills. She did stop by when we were done however. The fajitas were Just ok.. they were rather greasy and limp Soup.. hard to go wrong. Desserts…eh…we were not tempted enough to try Ambience… walk up 3 flights of dark dingy carpeted stairs to a rooftop with walls so high there’s no view But they did have nice seating and pots of bright flowers to add to the cheerful theme. They told us there were no rooftop reservations but oddly many tables had reserved placards on them. Not sure what that’s about Will we eat there again? Probably not. There are too many really good Restaurants in the area to waste time and money at a mediocre one.

    Service was good, food was very good was very loud to point of not being able to hear the people at out table. Very disappointed with the fact that you pay per glass for soda and was not pre warned which caused for an expensive meal

    Made reservations and was told that they couldn’t take them…after we were already there waiting. Why accept reservations, if you’re not going to acknowledge it! Extremely dirty as well! Felt like my shoes were going to be permanently stuck to the floor as I walked. Rooftop bar scene was cool, but definitely way too hyped up for what it actually is. A grimy place for young college kids.

    We a We’re there for Cinco de Mayo. Very fun vibe. Our server was extremely slow. We watched other tables get drinks and food much faster. The food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely return.

    Table was sticky. Premium margarita was tasteless. Tacos were lukewarm at best. Service was mediocre. How do you serve a table tacos and not provide extra napkins? Noise level was deafening - literally had to yell for the person across the table to hear you. Bright spot - the churro sundae was very good.

    Not a fan. Not at all inspired. People were nice. Service was fine. Food was meh. Silly charges for “extras” like tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream. Had the “Rockin Guac,” it’s just mediocre guacamole. Had two margaritas; very average. We had a chicken burrito “dry” and a steak burrito “wet” (with sauce on top). Less interesting than burritos you’ve had elsewhere. The rooftop deck looks interesting; maybe I’ll come back in the Summer to give it a try.

    I booked a "standard" table, and based on photos of the restaurant, expected to be seated inside. Instead, we arrived and only the roof was open - and it was a chilly evening! The roof has a nice vibe to it, but it wasn't what we expected.

    This used to be one of my favorite places, however not anymore! I had a reservation for 7:00 for 2 people. Walked in and hostess advised we’d have to wait 40 min. I advised we had a reservation & we shouldn’t have to wait. She sat us in a booth & a few moments later two other tables were seated as well. Several waiters and waitresses walked by and never asked if we wanted a drink or took our order however the table seated after us had drinks & their order was taken. So I asked a server walking by if we can get drinks and place our order. She said someone will be with you soon. We got up and went up to the hostess & advised we had been sitting there for 20 min and no one came over to us when the table seated after us was fully served. I said cancel our table and we won’t be returning. Went to Gran Rodeo and the service was outstanding as well as the food!

    The food and drinks were great as always! Service was a little slow and our waiter was never checking on our full party, but each individual table which slowed down ordering. Otherwise he was very nice and did a great job during the rush of tables.

    Meeting the owner made the experience a great one, Joanne was a lovely host and this is a beautiful place to eat and drink at! HAVE PATIENCE WITH THE STAFF! The drinks are amazing!!!

    Now a days everyone is searching for more help in the service industry and we understand. This place handled slower service with a bang! Quality was TOP NOTCH!! Food was Great and the interactions with everyone was positive and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

    Great food, excellent margaritas, and wonderful service by Ryan on the beautiful rooftop deck. Chairs could have been more comfortable but overall a really nice place to get together in the summer months! We will be back!

    Very fun, festive atmosphere! The Manager was extremely friendly and accommodating even on a VERY busy Cinco de Mayo evening. She even made a special effort to stop by our table to be sure we were enjoying everything! A special shout-out to server, Matthew, as well. I truly believe he was the most attentive server I have ever had! We totally enjoyed our evening and we will DEFINITELY be dining there again!

    Sadly, the only reason for the poor review is that I booked this reservation, received a confirmation, and when we arrived, it was closed for renovations!! I made this reservation for my husband, my 94 year old father and myself, my Father just moved to West Chester so we’ve been exploring the restaurant scene there with him and after my husband dropped us off to cross the street on a very cold and dark Sunday evening, my father and I discovered the restaurant was closed for renovations! Since we received a confirmation, I would have no reason to suspect that it was not open. We don’t live super close. We were very disappointed, to have to figure out a plan B for Sunday dinner with my dad. Thankfully West Chester has options, but not being familiar with the area and having to quickly figure something out on the go was not how we planned to spend our evening together. Please have whoever is responsible, fix the status on Open Table to save others from making the same mistake.
