Served from 11 AM – 2 PM, brunch at Marti’s is ideal for those attending a matinee, seeking a waterfront experience along the Intracoastal, or planning an outing with friends and family. It’s also a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion! Indulge in traditional favorites served with a modern twist. With indoor and outdoor seating, the setting of this riverfront find can’t be beat.
Bistro Caprese Salad
fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, and red onion wrapped in European cucumber ribbon with citrus vinaigrette
Grilled Crispy Chicken
with a classic French l'orange sauce over creamy polenta and heirloom carrots
Char-Grilled Hanger Steak
with house made chimichurri sauce served with cilantro lime shoestring fries and crispy brussel sprouts
Difficulty in getting a decent table. Levels put tables practically adjoining - not even 1 foot between diners at adjacent table.
Disappointed in layout of restaurant
The price had gone up $$17 pp since the last time I was there. There was a limited wine list the service was great.
Excellent dinner and service. Food was delicious!
We would love to mention that our waitress Ms.Linda was excellent !!!!
Although it’s a pri fixe menu, presumably to expedite service before showtime, the options they had were all tasty! Caprese salad, steak, and chicken were all excellent. A nice little twist on each of the dishes (i.e. citrus vinaigrette on the caprese) elevated the meal. Deserts were tasty and not overly sweet. View and service are also great!
Before theater show - convenient location w/ water views. Highly recommend to beat the valet parking crowd at theater. Need reservations, but can always eat at the bar, too!
Our waiter was perfect. He was attentive to our dining needs.
The wait staff was great food was wonderful
I made this reservation quite a while back and requested a window seat. They sat me by the railing where people walked back and forth. Main course was not flavorful potato fries was salty which was changed to unseasoned fries she laughed about it. I was here one time with my girlfriend and just had appetizers and I remembered how enjoyable that was.
We had two of the more unusual dishes—fiocchi pasta with pear and four cheeses; farro risotto in butternut squash—and each was exquisite. Service and view were lovely and the location perfect for our theater date. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Great dining venue before a performance at Broward. The service was wonderful. The food was great.
We'll do it again.
We were a party of two and the Food came out partly cold and not the full order. It took the third time to get 1 side dish correct and it took another 15 to 20 minutes to get the other side dish.
Fun place gimm
We usually have our dinner here prior to attending an opera or concert at the Broward Performance
Center. Can’t beat the convenience, and the food and ambience are great as well.
Ask for Jaime! Great server and the manager Sarah is so attentive.
Restaurant opened late and several people were kept waiting Service was unprofessional and the food was very disappointing. The view was lovely. Will not return.
Always perfect pre-performance venue for superb prix-fixe dining with a stunning waterside view from every table! Seasonal menu offerings always provide palate pleasing options with prompt, professional service. We've been dining at Marti's almost monthly for years now, every time we're attending a show at the Broward Center and we've never been disappointed! The only problem at times is getting a reservation!
We went before the opera. We love the convenience! However , the steak was over cooked, the salmon smelled funny and the gazpacho shrimp cocktail was way too spicy! :(
Very disappointing. Would not return again unless and until it greatly improves.
Excellent service and delicious food every time... so far! Love it!
I usually go to Marti’s for Sunday brunch when I go to the theater and it is a lovely option but the brunch menu is so limited and eclectic that I have to rethink returning next time. The food is good but pancakes, waffles, french toast or simple egg omelettes are not offered. Need a true brunch menu with brunch foods!
Outstanding food, exceptional service, beautiful decor.
Wonderful experience. Plan to come back.
Sunday 12 January
Unusual choices I’d never try because of spices
Pleasantly surprised with the hanger steak!
Wish they would change the desserts/ the mini cups ( like seasons 52) to actual pie.
Let me start by saying that we have been going to Marti's pre-theatre for the brunch for over 4 years. The food has been going down hill for the past two years. They eliminated the wonderful scrambled eggs with bacon, then the thick french toast which was delicious. Their toasted bagel with lox often comes out cold and hard. This past Sunday out of desperation, we ordered the squash stuffed with something. It looked like thick oatmeal pouring out of a dry piece of squash. It was awful. We loved going there and the wait staff is great, hostess is very friendly. However, unless the food changes, we are not going back, as there is nothing we care to eat. Even the hamburger is mediocre and the french fries are always cold. I am not complaining about the price.....just the food! Please Marti's, you can do better. You have in the past.
Pre fix Brunch was good but I prefer the lunch menu. Fresh fruit beginner was good but the caprese salad was ok. Burger was better than the Shrimp and grits. Butternut Squash risotto was good. But $25 for pre fix lunch is a bit high. But convenience and location is great. Let's have the lunch menu on Saturdays.
Excellent service! Great tasting bloody Mary’s at $5.00!
Brunch prior to theatre
The restaurant is great. They open at 5. It was pouring rain outside and the door was closed. People wanted to wait in lobby. They should have opened the door.
Every dish was undercooked it raw - the shrimp appetizer was not fresh, the salmon was raw, the chicken was dry - it is way overpriced and we will not be dining here again - this was the second time we gave the restaurant a chance because of the convenience - and this time was worse than the last
A nice place to dine when attending performances at the Broward Center. Good food, great service
Dinner before opera. Convenient location
We had a new server who was very attentive. And if he couldn't answer a question, he went and found the info for us within a few minutes. The place is very attractive with nice views of the Intracoastal. And the seasonl lights of the Broward Center grounds added a festive touch to our dining experience.
The food is inconsistent which is surprising since the pre-fixe menu doesn't change but once a year. I can't recommend Marti's for the food but I can recommend it for convenience if you're going to the Performing Arts Center. They will get you out on time. Our last visit was poor...we go 5-6 times a year when attending a concert but will look for some place else next month. The salmon was dry, the uncooked cauliflower salad had wilted bag lettuce that had gone bad but the osso buco was ok.
Great food, beautiful views of the new river and outstanding service.
We made this reservation at the end of September specifically requesting a window seat (water view). When we arrived we were brought to a table NOT by the water. There was an empty table that was by the window that we asked to sit at. They told us it was reserved. I explained that we also reserved one by the window. They said they would look into it. No one ever came by and said anything. In fact the manager went to all the tables to see how everyone was doing and bypassed us. We were not happy needless to say.
The service was excellent. Our waiter was courteous and very attentive. The ambiance was excellent, our table provided great views of the river and the passing boats.
The prix-fix menu is very limited. I ordered the shrimp and grits. I am used to what they call "low country" style food. The grits were very dry and grainy, nothing like the "low country" style.
Very nice Prix-fix Sunday Brunch. Good food and service. Excellent window views.
Pre-fix menu...food was excellent and pricy. Easy to make reservations and service was good.
We loved the food! Very creative and lots of variety even though it’s a small pre-fixe menu. The perfect place to go before a show. I had an amazing chicken with a house blend wild rice. I loved the dessert sampler too!
