First time here. Interesting concept. Steak restaurant and a quality sushi restaurant. I had two rolls one sweet one spicy and my girlfriend had filet steak. All the food was very good. Rolls were under $20 steaks around $50. Manhattan was well made and only $11. We will go back.
I have eaten here several times in the last couple of months. I recommend the fish , luau style and the honey almond shrimp. I have always had great service. I always use this app because reservations are a guarantee that you will get a nice table over looking the water.
Our waiter recommended the tiger roll, which was spectacular! My husband and I shared an entree and the staff was accommodating, and friendly.
Food was very good but service very slow. Vegetables with the meal were cold.
Service was slow. One of our dishes came out cold - we had to send it back to be reheated.
Terrible experience. The Manager descriminated us by handing roses only to selected few and not all the lady celebrating Valentine’s Day with their spouse. We had a reservation and he sat us on uncomfortable table in the busy isle. Food is very expensive with average taste, ambiance is terrible, saw a few broken furnitures, seats are not comfy.
This is by far the best sushi and steak. Everything was so fresh and the waiter was the most attentive and educated. Wine was amazing as well!
Divine culinary experience. The sea bass Hawaiian Lau Lau style is to die for.
Due to the poor service provided by our waitress, unfortunately our experience could of been better. The manager had to step in to ensure our meals made it to our table.
We love Marssa. Being LLV residents, we often go out to eat. Marssa has become one of our favorite locations for “date night”. The food is amazing, and the staff at the Westin are the best in Las Vegas. Everyone from valet, to the the server at the bar who remembers our favorite drinks and had the F&B Manager special order our favorite after dinner liquor (without us even asking, because she knows we love it) 43 - try it! The servers are friendly, professional and know the menus well. The chefs really put out such good quality delicious dishes, they could work anywhere on the strip, yet choose to work in our little neighborhood - is really outstanding. We are so incredibly fortunate to have this beautiful restaurant in our backyard. Having an after dinner drink and a cigar by the fireplaces overlooking the lake is truly the topper of a great date!
This was our 5th time dining here and it was great as usual.
I always hesitated getting the Waygu Ribeye because of the price but this time I had it and it was amazing.
Amazing choices. Fantastic service. We will be back.
Allison was a FANTASTIC server who made the absolutely delicious meal 10 times better. Totally enjoyable experience.
The food was perfect! Especially their soy source was fantastic. They create the new modern Japanese style.
Fabulous atmosphere. Great food. Management and staff were friendly and very attentive
This was our first visit. I chose Marssa after a coworkers recommendation. WOW!! I am glad we tried it out!. Living in Henderson/Green Valley area, you think that the drive to the Lake of Las Vegas area is a little bit of a stretch for dinner - not at all - it was 15 minutes or so and well worth it!
Our server was friendly, and attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The chef sent out out a special smokey ponzu to accompany my sushi roll choice and it was the perfect pairing. Happy hour menu had very nice selections and portions. The wine choices were very nice, with something to offer for everyone. The sushi was very fresh and I highly advise you try the soft shell crab roll.
I highly recommend Marssa, whether it be a date night dinner, special occasion or bueiness related.
Food service Slow that night but they did apologize and comped us second round of drinks which was appreciated. Salmon and steak were prepared just perfect! Sushi superb!
A local favorite!
Best in henderson.
It would have been a 100% enjoyable experience were it not for the kids lacrosse team members whose families decided this upscale restaurant would be a good place for them to come dine … and setting up 8 boys (10-11 yo approx) by themselves at one table while the parents sat at the next table. They may as well have been in another part of the hotel for all the attention they paid the kids. No control from them and eventually they did get rambunctious. Predictably.
That really did affect our relaxing evening out with friends.
The staff & chef did their best for us under those circumstances. But I think they should have turned them down when they came in with a party of about 20 and asked to seat that age kids separately from the adults.
Next time we’ll ask before reserving for dinner whether there’s some kind of tournament going on with kids & families all over the hotel.
Took my husband here for an early birthday dinner. Our server was Allison and she was Outstanding! The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was Amazing!! We will definitely be back!
Just love this place!!!!
Excellent food the service was spectacular especially Allison our server. This place is worth the drive
Service was a bit slow - noisy - but food was very good.
Fantastic! Best meal. Had crabcake, California roll, a Sculpin and tempura bananas w/vanilla ice cream. Yum! Service was spot on. Can't wait to go back with my friends!
I booked this reservation for my best friends birthday weekend. I had to change the res a few times because other appts had to be moved. We were greated by the host who sat us by a window. Our waiter JJ was awesome we wanted sushi he suggested a combination plater. (No pic) Tiger shrimp, crunchy bbq eel and honey walnut shrimp. The entrees were The Rib eye w/ wasabi mash and Lamb chops w/wok veggies!! The service was awesome, the meal was superb. Chef was upfront making the sushi and created a special dessert for the birthday girl, a passion fruit and mango cheesecake. Will be back whenever I come back this will be a must do.
Went to Marssa for happy hour (wasake) last Saturday and had the “meal deal”. For $27 you get a selection of 4 separate appetizers.
I had a couple rolls, sushi and seaweed salad. It was all delicious.
My fourth trip back, and it continues to meet expectations. The sushi is worth the drive off the Strip!!!
Our server was the best we have had in our multiple trips here. She was excellent. Looking forward to returning.
You have to try the happy hour menu. Very inexpensive and delicious. Worth more than what they charge. Drinks are great too.
Service was great as always and enjoyed soup very much.
We had a great time and our meal was amazing. Almost too many great options to choose from. Wasabi mashed potatoes were perfect. Seabass was subtle, moist and delicious. And the steak was prepared perfectly. Only issue we had was our Open Table reservation didnt get to the host. Double check they get your Open Table before you arrive.
The food was DELISH!!! My son and I shared the seafood platter, and it was excellent from the miso to the finish!
My daughter's sushi roll was fresh and flavorful!
Definitely NOT your average hotel fare.
Our server was inundated and took a minute to get to us; however she greeted us and advised that she'd be with us ASAP. When she finally made it to us to get our order, she was apologetic, thanked us for our patience, and she more than made up for our wait.
KUDOS, Marrsa... although a bit pricey, I enthusiastically recommend this place!
The sushi tasted fishy and overly salty with an odd texture. We received three scallops for $15 and five tempera for $15. Our server was rather neglectful.
Service was slow. But food was amazing.
Wonderful sushi, good quality rice and other ingredients, fresh fish. I was impressed.
Everyone enjoyed their meals, nice view of Lake Las Vegas, and staff was friendly, and service was very nice as well. A few had the land menu, a collection of meats, and a few had the petite filets, all cooked to perfection!
Fantastic food and service. Sushi is amazing. Nice location away from busy Las Vegas. Convenient drive.
Love!! Love!! This place. So does my famiky. Great filet mignon. Great deserts. Great people an servers. Expensive but worth every penny
We are staying at the hotel And decided to check this place out. We tried different dishes and none were to our liking. Shrimp tempura, California rolls, fried rice, pancit, and the sea bass lau lau. The flavor was not good at all.
We went there last weekend for our anniversary getaway dinner.
Allison was our server. She was a pleasure to have wait on us. She was very friendly and suggested a great sake which we had two bottles.
She was very conscious of my wife's dietary challenges and everything went perfect.
I started with the uni which was so fresh. It was some of the best I've ever had. She started with the spicy tuna roll which was great. She shared a piece with me.
For dinner she had the spicy Sashimi salad which she seemed to to enjoy a lot.
I have a spicy walk filet which was delicious, flavorful, and had plenty of spice!
Or desert she got us a complimentary mango cheesecake that said happy anniversary. What a great ending to a beautiful meal.
Thank you Alison for a great experience!
