Marriott Shoals - 360 Grille - Florence
We were thoroughly impressed with the wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere, and fabulous food. It was my husbands 50th birthday and your staff made it such an enjoyable experience. Thank you so very much!!!!
Excellent service! We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our meal and service so much! The food was great! The service was great! We will go back for sure!
Excellent food, great service, friendly staff and fantastic view.
I have traveled quite a bit worldwide and always select resort hotels for the service, amenities, good food and overall beauty of the facilities.
The food was really good, the restaurant a bit dated and small, the view was nice but what put a damper on the evening was when I gave my drink order and was told there was no more merlot, a popular wine, and that I could go downstairs and get my own if that’s what I wanted. To number one, run out of merlot was a shock, but then to be told to go get my own downstairs at the other hotel restaurant was really outrageous.
I pay the extra money for resort locations to get the best service, best food, and excellent overall experience. I do not feel I received that here. And would strongly suggest this be looked into and changed.
Since I just moved here and this is close to my new home,my hope was that this would be my go to place for weekend get always with family and friends....may have to rethink that.
My husband and I dined at 360 on Mother’s Day because we love brunch. We ordered starters, but were only served one before our meal, and the other after we had finished our entrees. They also ran out of bread. We both ordered the Lobster Pappardelle entree, and when served, mine looked like a child’s portion compared to my husband’s and the little bit of pasta I had wasn’t cooked well. The second starter we received after our entrees was the Fried Green Tomato Caprese and the fried green tomatoes were scorched. We were offered bread to go after they obtained it from their sister restaurant at the hotel, and were served free desserts. We won’t be back.
Expecting the same great quality of food and service from my various visits, I was awfully disappointed in my Mother's Day meal. We had to send the fried green tomatoes back twice. Our entrees were warm, not hot. The lobster was tough and the homemade noodles had been over worked. My daughter's ribs and grits were not even hot. I was looking forward to and excited that we were I going to enjoy Mother's Day with my daughter and her godmother. My anticipated wonderful Mother's Day meal was anything but wonderful. I plan on calling the restaurant. After three days of simmering, I am still very upset.
Beautify restaurant. Excellent service. Delicious food. Unique setting.
We loved celebrating mothers day here! The view, the great waiting staff, the wine, and the steak was top notch! I would love to go back someday!
wonderful evening. awesome restaurant to celebrate daughters college graduation !
We visited for our first time to celebrate our anniversary. From beginning to end our experience was top notch. The service, the view ( we watched four deer below), the food were all we could have hoped for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique dining experience.
A must see if you are in the Florence area! The experience of the view and the food is something special!
This is a must do. You must make reservations, and I would recommend a 6:00-6:30, so you can see the city as it rotates in daylight. The food is amazing. I got the lamb coos with Brussels and the wonderful sweet potato soufflé. So delicious! It is a great experience with a great atmosphere and Micah our waiter was so terrific.
The view from the restaurant is amazing. That alone is worth the experience. This was our second time at the restaurant and the food was better but we felt very rushed by our server. The first time we were there we were not rushed at all so this time we were quite disappointed.
Great service! Great food, the steak was excellent!
Very nice place, cool view and the rotating room is fun. Service was great. You definitely pay for the ambiance on this one. Food is average at best.
Our visit to the 360 could not have been better!!! We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. The hostess and all of our servers were quick to tell us Happy Anniversary as soon as we arrived. Even given a free dessert. Our waiter (I wish I remembered his name) (and his assistant) were fabulous!! They took care of our every need. Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and specials. He made recommendations based on our likes. The food was excellent! My husband had the NY strip and I had the grouper which was the special. And the view was breathtaking!!! It was a special night thanks to the staff at the 360. We will definitely be back!
I love this place, we came from Memphis Tn. to eat here for my birthday and it was a very great experience with a wonderful view of the sunset. Will most definitely be visiting again. 👍👍
The food was wonderful and our waiter, Seth, was so kind. We had a great experience!
Service was excellent, view beautiful, food presentation superb. The only issue we had was my filet was not done as requested and had to be returned to the kitchen but the dining room manager came to our table to apologize personally. Other than this issue the meal was wonderful.
My wife's steak was well done and not medium well as ordered and mine was decent. The experience is a must. The views are amazing and the ambience is perfect. The 360 rotating dining floor is the amazing.
Small portions. The food was not good. The servers were ok. The were numorous empty tables but when you went on web site it said no tables were available. The food was way over priced. Will never go back.
Poor communication between servers and kitchen resulted in halibut served instead of salmon and a strip steak served as a
Ribeye, requested well done served medium rare. Both were sent back. The kitchen insisted the steak was a ribeye but cut differently, I know a ribeye from a strip, and what was served was a tough low quality New York Strip Steak which was tough not well seasoned. The salmon finally arrived, was very bland and almost cold. Grit cake served with salmon was cold. Appetizer was delicious but not enough of it for the price. Dessert was good, but a skim was on the chocolate flourless torte.
Of course the ambiance was fantastic, and the service was excellent. But the food was disappointing and a horrible waste of money.
Enjoyed my Anniversary and Birthday
Service and food were great
Our experience was perfect in every way! Phenomenal food. We will be back!
Was here for a Mother/Daughter weekend and everything was perfect. But I must warn you the Baked Alaska is incredible and not to be missed. My compliments to the Chef and the entire wait staff that made us feel special. Thank you and I look forward to returning.
I was very disappointed with my experience. We don't get many nights away from our children and wanted to really enjoy our night out. We made a reservation ahead of time but had to wait 20 mins once we arrived even though there were multiple tables open that stayed vacant while there. It also took forever to get our food. People around us who arrived after us were almost done eating by the time our food arrived. The halibut was so bland along with the grits. For it to be a $40 plate i expected at least some flavor. Unfortunately we will not be dining her again.
We chose to spend our 33rd Wedding Anniversary at 360. The view as always was beautiful. The area was quite, and super nice. However, the food did not meet our expectations. We have dined there before, and the food was Great!!! I understand cooks come and cooks go. The desert was Fantastic. But the steaks and sides were far below expectation. The prices are way to high, for the quality of food. I was disappointed to say the least. I enjoyed my evening, and my company but expected a higher quality of food. The service was ok, not exceptional. Loved the experience, not much for food or service!!
It was the perfect place for a quiet, special dinner. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Watching the sunset while revolving added to the atmosphere.
We chose the 360 Grille to celebrate our fifty-first wedding anniversary. The entire wait staff made it a memorable occasion for us. The food was exceptional as we knew it would be since we had been there for our forty-ninth anniversary. The scallop appetizer was very good, and our steaks were cooked to perfection. The complimentary dessert of Southern Baked Alaska was the finishing touch to fabulous meal. Thank you 360 Grille for wonderful evening.
My husband took me for my 50th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. I was a little scared of being up so high and moving, but it was beautiful. I am already ready to go back again!
Great food, service and View! A favorite place.
The only disappointing element to an otherwise wonderful experience was the staff addressing us (two mature women) as "you guys", e.g. what else can I get you guys, how was everything guys, etc. Although initially welcomed as "good evening ladies", it wasn't continued. I know the phrase is commonly used, but in a restaurant of the 360's quality I thought the terms of address would be above common. I don't appreciate being addressed as a guy. Better to stop after "you" as in how are you, what else can I do for you, how was your food, etc.
Food, service, wine and view were, as always, excellent. However, for lamb stew or any large piece of meat, use something besides the small high walled bowl. Really hard to cut the meat , while chasing it around the bowl.
I proposed to my girlfriend there and they help me so mucho with that I recommend that place %100
Absolutely outstanding. We had the filet mignon dinner and added a side of the most delicious Brussels sprouts ever. We enjoyed every bite.
We went for our anniversary and was extremely pleased. We both had filets which were cooked to perfection and extremely tender. We chose the Southern Baked Alaska for dessert and it was so yummy. Our server was top-notch and very attentive. The view was beautiful including the sunset. We will bevreturn customers.
It's the best place to eat in the United States. The atmosphere is wonderful with soft music in the background. The people are friendly and take care of you for an awesome dinner experience..
My wife’s pork chop was WAY undercooked. The waiter was very nice, agreed it was undercooked, and took it back to the kitchen. It came out a second time cooked perfectly. However, I was almost finished with my meal before she got hers back. And they offered no discount, free dessert, or anything.
There needs to be a "maybe" on if I would recommend. First, we were not told there would be a set menu. I have food allergies, so that created a problem. We did not order alcohol, so we did not get very good service. I ordered a tea twice before actually getting one. Was not given the option for coffee with desert. My wife tipped her water over and it was at least 10 minutes before anyone would help. Small, over cooked filet, over cooked, "rubbery" shrimp, cold sides. Had our food arrived cooked correctly, the correct temp, and in the correct order... no rolls until after salad, it would have been an outstanding Five star meal. I specified it was our anniversary, but that was never recognized.
