Marriott Shoals - 360 Grille - Florence
The only thing I would change is the loud talker they seated behind us.
Very friendly, they found out it was my wife’s birthday and her desert was complimentary. Great views!
Multiple items served wrong and sent back.
Lacked attention to detail.
Drinks should never be empty
We had the 4 course special and everything was great up until the entree. It took 25 minutes after the palate cleanser and the vegetables and potatoes were cold. The steak was a little overcooked.
The food was good but the price was a little high. The setting was spectacular- made the price acceptable.
The Steak has excellent flavor, my wife and I were the 1st customers 2/13/2020 for the Valentines menu. The menu was well laid out to include all 5 courses, several fish choices only 1 steak choice and no vegetable selection (found out by listening to another waiter that the waiter/waitress have side menu’s, ours did not let us know) they allowed us to substitute the Manhattan strip for a ribeye with an $18 up charge, The steak had a great flavor slightly overdone I ordered medium came out medium well.
The waitress forgot to serve the sorbet, and all the vegetables were cold, The dinner was supposed to come with asparagus however came with green beans the green beans were cold, after pointing out that they were green beans not asparagus she did promptly bring us grilled asparagus that was cold.
Now to the good, the steak had an excellent grilled flavor, I had a dirty martini it was properly prepared and the lobster bisque had more lobster meat than any lobster bisque have ever had with a very good flavor as well. Be sure to go when it is light outside because the views are fantastic not overcrowded and the tables have good spacing to allow for privacy, probably in my top 50 restaurants that I’ve eaten at and the top so far that I’ve eaten at in Alabama. Not a Mastro’s (Scottsdale, AZ)or Ruth’s Chris (Tampa)or even a Halls Steakhouse (Charleston) but good for Alabama.
The food was on point, the crab cake was delicious! The service could have been a little better since the restaurant had plenty of empty tables that late.
Excellent meal. Highly recommend the pan seared Scallops .
It was okay. The quality of food was sub par and the service was very lackadaisical. The cuts of filet we ordered were very tough and it seemed that they could not seem to get both steaks medium rare. One was overdone and the other was essentially seared on each side and completely raw in the middle. The drinks were good as was the view but the cost was not worth the service or food. This could be a really great restaurant if some changes were made.
360 Grille attempts to be high end restaurant but lacks attention to detail. Staff was friendly but negligent especially since there were only a handful of customers the night we were there. Food was good but overpriced.
Ordered red snapper, got something else maybe sea bass. I lived on Gulf Coast and know what snapper looks like and taste like. Asked waiter, he said it looked like snapper. My filet was tough, ordered it medium rare. Steaks I buy at the grocery are more tinder and taste better. Mashed potatoes were left overs and were cold. This was my wife’s 60th Birthday celebration and was disappointing to say the least.
"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly.
It was good but too pricey for the quality and service we received.
Good times! Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. Service was a little lack luster, and it was about an hour wait for food (after ordered)... Outside of that it was a great evening. This isn’t a “cheap date”. However, I don’t mind paying for a great meal. We’ll be back.
Perfect evening. Food was great, Service exceeded expectations.
I lived in the Quad Cities for several years as a teen/young adult and was pleasantly surprised when Marriott decided to develop there AND include a revolving restaurant as their anchor. The view was phenomenal and the food was nothing short of fabulous! I'm not a big meat eater, but my fiancee was happy to see the selection of steaks. He had the Ribeye with a Caesar Salad and Lobster Mac and Cheese - I opted for the fish selection of the day which was Mahi Mahi, paired with fingerling potatoes, artichokes, and a very light mushroom sauce. I added the Mushroom Risotto as a side just because I LOVE Risotto. We loved the view, loved the ambiance, but most important, WE LOVED THE FOOD!!
Food was bland for the price. Steaks came out much overcooked.
I had eaten here years ago on a business trip. I took my wife here this year for our anniversary. It was well worth it. The staff was great. Seth and Hunter did an excellent job taking care of us. We had the petite filet and mushroom risotto with chicken. First my wife said the steak was cooked perfectly medium the way she likes it. The views are good and the place by design is quite. We will go back
Not a good experience. Food was terrible. Food very OVER priced. I paid for a steak that I saw the cook get out of a zip lock bag in the refrigerator. No flavor / taste at all. Vegetables were very average in flavor. This was our 10 Year Anniversary dinner. Wrong Choice !!!!
They forgot to acknowledge our Open Table Reservation-a big No No.
Other than that, awesome cuisine, tender steak, rich French Onion soup, tasty scallops, terrific pomegranate martinis hand crafted by our server. Baked Alaska Southern Style, enough to return for and all taken in after a wonderful Thanksgiving feast the previous day, a hard act to follow.
We’ll come back.
It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was fabulous. Especially Richard.
A wonderful fine-dining experience. Food and service were top-notch. The views were amazing atop this rotating restaurant. We will definitely return.
We loved the staff. The food was ok- nothing to write home about- we have eaten better for less $$$, BUT between the amazing staff and ambience, it was a good experience overall.
All staff members were tremendous - especially Michal; service and food great; was a wonderful experience on our 59th wedding anniversary. Cheers!
Food was excellent! Service was fantastic! Can't wait to go back and dine here again.
Revolving Restaurant overlooking the river and town. Service got off to a slow start but our steaks were great. The creamed spinach fell apart but everything else was good and we enjoyed ourselves!
Great place. Friendly. A little slow service. Good food.
Started bad we arrived early so went to the bar and stood at the bar only to be ignored while the bartender held a lengthy conversation about Cam Newton being a monster so we decided he wasn't going to serve us so we went back to the hostess to ask to be seated early. The two servers we had for dinner were Awesome. Everyone at the party ordered the Filets which were tender but did not seem to have any seasoning the other three members of the party ordered theirs Medium Rare where as I ordered Medium and to be honest I believe it was rare (cold red center) didn't complain as I knew it would take :15-:20 minutes to correct. When we were ordering we inquired about the difference in the 360 Filet and the Filet server told us the 360 Filet was two ounces more and $1more thus they were $37 vs $36 as per the menu. When I reviewed the bill the next morning (my fault for waiting) I was charged $46 per filet.
Fantastic experience! The food... the service... The view! We will definitely be back soon.
The menu selection should be expanded. If you intend to portray your establishment as five stars, the try to emulate other great restaurants around the country; e. g. , The Inn at Little Washington, Barboursville or the Ashby Inn, all in Virginia. The use of paper menus is a bit tatty.
Best pomegranate martini I've ever had. : ) I love the 360 Grill. Food was delicious and such a wonderful atmosphere.
Great service, good food, great atmosphere. Our waitress was great
Overall a nice experience. A little pricey; as in not an every week thing, but nice for a special occasion.
Attentive service and the filet was cooked perfectly. We also had the red snapper that was delicious!
Steak not as good as it has been in the past.
Still think you should serve prime rib.
You should also have a salad choice on side menu.
My wife and I have enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance of this restaurant for several years. On special occasions, we have had good food and service. This last visit was well below the standard they have delivered in the past. Food was just not good. Appetizer (foie gras) was not up to par, entree (grouper) was not cooked properly and was poorly plated. The asparagus needed a steak knife to cut and was too tough to chew. The only bright light was the dessert (creme brûlée) and the wine; a very nice Chenin Blanc that came from France.
360 Grille continues to be a gem in the Florence area. The staff is just the right level of attentive. The food is consistently good. You cannot beat the ambience. The views are spectacular - particularly when there is a beautiful sunset.
We came for our anniversary and it was a very pleasant experience. I think the menu items were a bit pricey for the amount you got, but it tasted great. The views were amazing.
