BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

We've lived in NYC and Napa Valley and have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the world. Marmalade is right up there with the best of then. I honestly don't understand why Michelin hasn't given them a star yet. We had a truly amazing and creative 5 course meal with flavors and textures that kept us amused, delighted and impressed at every course.. Rather than wine pairing, we chose some of the cocktails and drinks they offered, which were superb as well. The service was exceptional and engaging. They capably accommodated our difficult dietary requsts (vegan and gluten free) with special add ons and adjustments. Very expensive but worth every penny. Will definitely book a table here whenever we're in town.

We had an extraordinarily wonderful dinner at Marmalade. First of all it was our anniversary and they put rose petals on our table. Everyone we interacted with congratulated us. But the food is the main attraction. We had eaten there about ten years ago and never forgot it, especially the popcorn shrimp, which is three good sized shrimp with popcorn as a garnish. The shrimp is glazed with tequila and other flavors and served on guacamole. Every course is filled with unique and complex flavors. I’m a vegetarian and there were plenty of delicious options for me as well as for my husband who is an omnivore. It’s expensive but worth every penny.

Jesus was the bartender and explained everything to us, his service and attention were amazing, the service overall was excelent. Loved the Lobster Risotto and the creme brulee. The paella and the linguine were amazing. Will be coming back.

The Five course meal was an amazing experience. Many options to choose from for each course. The white bean soup was very tasty and we were given the recipe.

Second time dining here (on visits to San Juan that were one year apart) and if anything this experience was even better than we recalled (and our recall set high ecpectations). This restaurant may prompt a quicker return visit! Highly recommend.

Our waitress Christina was fantastic. We ordered the wine pairing with our 5-course dinner, and every bite and sip was phenomenal. Marmalade is an absolute must when in SJU! Such a unique experience.

It was my first time going to a restaurant like this as well as being my first time in Puerto Rico, The staff was super friendly and did very well by keeping drinks going and answering any questions we had. Made sure everything tasted great and when we didn’t enjoy something they made sure that they could make up for it. Overall the experience was amazing and was worth it.

Best food and best service I have ever had! Don’t let the tasting menu scare you away you still choose what you want you just have to choose one for each course. Everything was so delicious and beautiful!
