    BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    The food was delicious and the service provided was excellent, specially from our server Melanie. Highly recommended! Be ready to spend a great deal, but is definitely worthy.

    It was a the perfect place for a special dinner. The food and wine pairings were amazing and we well looked after by the staff. A five star experience.

    Spectacular meal! Each course showed such attention to detail. We were a party with substantial dietary limitations. The staff worked diligently and kindly to meet those needs.

    From the warm, friendly greeting upon entering to the farewell wish for a wonderful evening. Marmalade sets the standard for an amazing culinary adventure. I've traveled all around the world and am proud to say Marmalade is one of the only MUST revisit restaurants whenever I'm in San Juan. The menu is unique and pushes your taste buds to their limits. The staff is well educated and very helpful in explaining every dish and every wine pairing (yes, the wine pairing is a must). Reward yourself with someone you could never recreate at home or in any other restaurant. You'll thank me later many times over.

    This was my 3rd visit to this incredible restaurant. In fact I chose the cruise I am on because it had a late night San Juan departure allowing me to visit Marmalade for dinner. As always, food and service impeccable. Never stuffy in this temple to divine food preparation and presentation. The staff is always anxious to describe and aide in choosing the perfect progression for your meal.

    Wonderful, inventive food! We had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was delicious! Would recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a delightful meal with attentive service.

    Plats trop copieux. Certains trop riches et écœurants. Des quantités moindre auraient été plus appréciées. Pour 500$ à 2 nous aurions eu une table étoilée Michelin avec le vin en Europe. L’expérience fut néanmoins intéressante.

    Taniel, Thank you for the visit last night, Happy New Year to you and your Family......... We certainly do have some richer dishes that are more opulent and rich. This is why we give you nearly 30 different presentations of dishes to choose from. I think sometimes people choose with their imagination and select heavier profiles overlooking the other 12-15 arrromatic vegetarian and vegan options we offer everyday. If you allow mw the pleasure I would love to select your courses on your next visit and I think you will leave just pleasantly full, satisfied and stimulated with the cultural diversity that we cook with.
