    BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    As always, we were celebrating our birthdays at marmalade! They do such a superb job of creating a unique experience. The food is amazing and inventive. They modified a couple dishes for me to address my allergies. The restaurant itself is beautiful. And they always make you feel very special. We highly recommend a visit (or two or three) to marmalade.

    This is THE best restaurant on the island! My tastebuds were dancing a salsa at every turn. This chef is a blessing from the culinary gods. I asked our server to surprise me with choices for the 5 course meal. The meatballs melt in your mouth the berry dessert was an excellent blend of flavors.

    Been trying to come here for years and it outdid all the hype, each meal was better than the next. Layla was an incredible, attentive, and damn near psychic server (the wine pairings were top notch).If youre looking for high end cuisine in San Juan run to marmalade !

    This experience was one of a kind, I came here to celebrate my birthday with my partner. We both tried different dishes and loved each and everyone of them. The servers were all so kind and accommodating. They made me feel special on my birthday!

    Truly incredible experience from beginning to end, fresh ingredients and they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is memorable. A must when visiting old San Juan.

    The service was amazing! The first course was amazing along with their white bean soup, the cheese selection was amazing. The cheddar stout cheese is a must try!

    An absolutely amazing experience! I went solo for my birthday dinner and the staff were so sweet and attentive! The courses were fantastic and the service was spectacular. They even presented me with a birthday card signed by all the staff! 10/10 recommend
