BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Fabulous restaurant with the absolute best food. Everyone at the restaurant is very friendly. Every time we are in Puerto Rico we always eat here.

Wonderful service , since is a tasting menu time in between plates was perfect .. did not felt rushed . For being tasting I think portions where bigger than I expected

Nuestra visita fue motivo de Aniversario, y el trato/servicio súper especial. Los detalles de la mesa asignada y otras cositas, fueron a otro nivel y sin costo adicional. Excelente atención. Una experiencia de degustación excepcional. Recomendado 100%. Nos fuimos muy satisfechos, con barriguita llena y corazón contento.

What an experience! Taking into consideration that we have done many tasting experiences before, this is now our new favorite! The wine pairings really set this menu apart. We were thoroughly impressed with the selections, and attention to detail from the staff throughout the evening. Special thanks to our bartender, Jesus! If you are looking for a night and meal to remember, Marmalade should be on your list to visit!

This place surpassed expectations. Normally, I'm used to the omakase style. Having 4 selections of the 5 courses, was fun. With 2 people dining we were able to try 9 dishes. We started with a special appetizer (grilled peaches, with iberrico ham and champagne sauce) and the paella. We each didn't like one dish, but loved the opposite. The presentation was beautiful. 2nd course is automatically the white bean soup. It's been on the menu for 20 years and hasn't been taken off...and you can see why. They give the recipe for those that liked it as much as I did. 3rd course. We got another special (lamb meatballs wrapped in nuts, on a delicious sauce) and the duck duck goose. We both loved the meatballs, and I loved the duck dish. 4th course. Beef tenderloin with garlic mash potatoes. This was divine and both of our favorite dish of the night. In fact she took it from me and I had to finish the Lamb Tangine which she didn't like, but I thought was great. The Moroccan flavors were a unique pairing with the Lamb. 5th course dessert. We got the Choco-L8 and Passion fruit (flan?) with goat cheese and pastaccio ice cream. Presentation of this one was amazing. You'll notice I don't have many pictures as they were too delicious and forgot to take a photo. The service was extraordinary. They said we made thier night, and while it couldn't be true from our end, I believe they were geniunue. The head chef even came out to talk to us. Normally you expect a meet and greet, but he talked to us for 10 minutes about world travel, Puerto Rico, about food, and gave us recommendations all over of things to do. Blown away about the attention we were getting. The drinks were magnifique. Loved all four we had, both virgin and non virgin. Our server was the best. Couldn't recommend this place more.

As always, we were celebrating our birthdays at marmalade! They do such a superb job of creating a unique experience. The food is amazing and inventive. They modified a couple dishes for me to address my allergies. The restaurant itself is beautiful. And they always make you feel very special. We highly recommend a visit (or two or three) to marmalade.
