Beautiful atmosphere... Food and service is amazing!

Quality of food, service and ambience is always perfect.

My only regret is that I went alone so couldn't sample bites from others in my party! Monica was perfection in validating my choices and shared that many were her favorites. I had the four course tasting menu with wine pairings and each course was amazing as were the pairings. I had the tuna tartar to start which got more and more flavorful and the harissa more pronounced with each forkful. The lobster risotto which was the best I've ever had and each bite was loaded with lobster. For my main I went with the lamb tagine which transported me back to Morocco. To end I had the creme brulee and Will forever crave the black sesame ice cream.

The best food experience I have ever had in my life. The food, atmosphere and service are all A+. Our waitress Carla was amazing. I will be making sure to reserve Marmalde every time I visit Puerto Rico!

We had an amazing experience at Marmalade. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Nicolette, our server, was very knowledgeable about each of the courses and knew interesting details about each of the wine pairings. We would definitely dine here again and would want Nicolette as our server.

Amazing meal ! The best we've had in years, worthy of a Michelin star restaurant and we are French, foodies and ALL about the food.
The wine pairing was perfect. The portions were generous and we were told ahead of time which made it easier to choose the 4-dish tasting menu vs. the 5. Everything on the menu was creative, delicate and made choosing all the more difficult. We opted for different dishes each time and were delighted by the combination of flavor. It was obvious that the products were locally sourced and extra fresh.
The service was also remarkable. Our young waitress was discreet yet friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and the wine.
I can't stress enough how great this restaurant is. It was recommended by foodie friends who said it was one of the best meals of their lives so we had high expectations.

This was an AMAZING experience. Our server was knowledgeable and delightful. The food and wine pairing were fantastic. I highly recommend doing the pairing.
We did the five courses with five pairings—it was pricey but worth every penny. I will be dreaming about this meal for a while.
There didn’t seem to be an official dress code. I wore a nice romper and my husband wore linen pants, short sleeve button up and shoes (not sandals). We didn’t feel over or under dressed.

I came here as a single woman (table for one!) during my solo vacation. I was very impressed with how well I was treated and how attentive staff were to me. The food was also phenomenal. I’m a bit of a foodie and have dined at many multi-course restaurants in major cities, and Marmalade is truly in the same class. As a surprise, the courses were much more generous than expected!

Food and drinks were incredible, and our waitress was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, recommended great drinks, and was overall very attentive. This is a wonderful spot to celebrate a special occasion.

Fantastic and worth the hype, we loved the experience! We did the 4 courses with wine pairings, everything was delicious and we left full. Even our picky teenage daughter found the food amazing. Highlights were the tuna tartar, tiny white bean soup, pork belly entree and salmon entree. Finally the blueberry cinnamon bun dessert was incredible!

Also great service, as expected at this price point. Couldn’t get an Uber back to Condado so our server ran down the street to hail us a taxi!!!

Unforgettable experience..

Birthday dinner for my beautiful wife - nothing short of spectacular. Food is fresh and cooked perfectly. Flavors just explode in your mouth! Unique and special restaurant!

My husband and I have been to many a restaurant in the US, Europe and Israel and hands down this experience was off the charts AMAZING! The food and wine parings were spectacular. Ask for Rafael...his knowledge about the wines paired with each dish made the experience even more special. You must have reservations so be sure to put this restaurant on your MUST DINE list.

The food and service are excellent! Their wine list is outstanding. Taking the option for wine pairings with each course is a terrific experience and value.

Marmalade is one of my favorite restaurants in the world.

They have done a great job dealing with the challenges of COVID restrictions. The chef still manages to create extraordinary meals with most ingredients locally sourced. Servers are friendly and efficient.

Maybe a good choice for a special occasion. Most dishes were good, however some did not seem that outstanding for the price. An example was the white bean soup, maybe because it is a signature dish, and our expectations were too high. I did not enjoy my ceviche, since although it had a hint of spiciness, I felt it was bland.
I really enjoyed the salmon, and everyone in our party thought the desserts were delicious.
Inspite of the wonderful ambience, Bianca’s excellent service, I’m certain dishes that are delicious, but unfortunately I did not select, and amazing desserts, I would not choose to dine at Marmalade’s again; and certainly would not order 5 courses, just to include the white bean soup. I have had better food at a much more reasonable price at other restaurants.
