   Food was excellent. Our server was very attentive and carefully explained everything. I highly recommend this place for a couples night out.

   A total gem worthy of a Michelin Star We had a large group of 8 and the tasting menu was better than the 2 Michelin Star tasting menus I’ve done in New York this year. The wine list is exquisite and the knowledge and attention to detail by their staff was next level. The chef is affable and clearly loves the island. This place is so good - I’m going to take my wife to Puerto Rico - just so we can have a date night at Marmalade.

   I would like to start off by saying Thank you to the entire staff for greeting my wife with a Happy Birthday! The food ,service and staff was outstanding.Our server Layla was amazing! This restaurant is a must if you’re in San Juan.What a great night! Thanks again

   The food was top tier and the tiny bean soup was one of the highlights! The service lovely! Definitely recommend!

   I had such a memorable dining experience and thoroughly enjoyed our 5-course dinner experience. The options were so diverse and the taste was so flavorful. The service was 10/10. This is the first fine dining restaurant that has given me a beautiful pashmina shawl complimentary in case I was cold. Truly, intimate, truly intentional, truly high class. I celebrated by husband's 40th birthday here and it is one that we will always remember!

   If you have the opportunity to eat here definitely don’t think twice about it. I knew it was highly rated but the culinary experience was off the charts. Our waitress was awesome. This restaurant is good enough yang it solely would make me want to book another trip to PR just to dine here again.

   Marmalade was one of those experiences in your life you will never forget! In order to get reservations, we had to be placed at a community table which was a high top. We were initially nervous about eating a special dinner with people we did not know. It turned out to be a wonderful part of an extraordinary meal. We had friendly couples on both sides and we talked all during our dinners. The meal was beyond word’s. Each portion of the 5 course meal was a delight. It started with the beautiful beet salad that was completely refreshing, bean soup (which I was given the recipe for and I can’t wait to try it), tuna tartare with a light and wonderful white creamy richness. My 3rd course was black gnocchi with braised beef which had incredible flavor from long slow cooking. My main dish was a local fish with an incredible frothy coconut cream. The dessert described at a fruit dish… it was so yummy and beautifully presented I am not sure how else to describe except delightful! The team at Marmalade is to be congratulated for vision and execution! Thank you Peter Schintler for one of the best meals of my life!

    Restaurant Was referred to us by a friend and was not disappointed at all! Our server Layla was exceptionally knowledgeable of the wines being paired with the food and very friendly. Managment was great as well. My date wasn’t feeling great half way through dinner and they actually offered to continue the meal the next day but wasn’t necessary because we took a little more time with finishing our meal. Food was cooked to perfection and well worth the time and money spent. Would definitely recommend Marmalade to anyone who wants a great meal in a beautiful restaurant.
