    BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    Amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Jesus was incredible and took amazing care of us. Everyone was so attentive and friendly and made us feel so special. We will certainly remember the night we had and will recommend to anyone visiting San Juan. 10 out of 10! Gracias

    We come to Marmalade once a year, as a treat. This would have been our fourth time visiting. We have always had exceptional service, food and overall experience but this past weekend there was definitely a shift from the norm. The service was "less than." We waited for water, ice, lemon and other requested items. We were never offered coffee at the end of the meal. Overall, not what we look forward to annually. Of course, we will be back and hope this was just a one off night. A Follow Up- the chef/owner reached out to me and apologized. We all have “off” days and that’s what we will chalk this one up to This is a FABULOUS restaurant and a must for everyone. Enjoy the experience. And we WILL be back!

    Truly an unbelievable experience! The food was delicious! The best tenderloin we have ever ate! Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant!

    Marmalade, without a doubt, provided one of the best dining experiences i have ever encountered. The staff was attentive throughout the night. They made sure any food allergies were addressed and provided support throughout the night. This place is definitely a must for dinner if you're visiting San Juan and you want a delightful dining experience.

    A total gem worthy of a Michelin Star We had a large group of 8 and the tasting menu was better than the 2 Michelin Star tasting menus I’ve done in New York this year. The wine list is exquisite and the knowledge and attention to detail by their staff was next level. The chef is affable and clearly loves the island. This place is so good - I’m going to take my wife to Puerto Rico - just so we can have a date night at Marmalade.

    I would like to start off by saying Thank you to the entire staff for greeting my wife with a Happy Birthday! The food ,service and staff was outstanding.Our server Layla was amazing! This restaurant is a must if you’re in San Juan.What a great night! Thanks again
