This is definitely my new go to BBQ restaurant! We ordered the sample platter for 2 and ate EVERYTHING! It was a the perfect introduction. The platter had a little bit of everything. The ribs are tender with just the right amount of bite. The biscuits were perfectly light, flaky and flavourful. Something really nice about Marky's is that the ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken all tasted a little different. A lot of BBQ places will use the same rub on everything but each meat at Marky's had a different and distinct flavour. I also love that they serve vinegar slaw instead of a mess of cabbage smothered in mayonnaise. I highly recommend Marky's!

Chicken was amazing, ribs were a little dry, coleslaw was good, but I would pass on the beans. Biscuits were a nice touch, would have butter available.
