Marks’ vision for the menu is to create dishes with a hint of French influence, balanced with some Asian accents, along with good old American.

Great experience. Will definitely go back another time.
Loved it. 3rd time there. Now it is one of my faves in Omaha. We live in Valley but work and recreate in Omaha often. Mark's is worth the drive. Hostess accommodated different seating after we arrived. Appreciated that very much. We wanted a place we could talk for a while with a friend and it was perfect
Consistently good food and service, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, good for conversation
We came to celebrate our anniversary and it was our first time back after a while. Our server was great and very attentive and the wine and cocktails were good. The food though, was a real letdown. They were out of 2 of the 3 cheeses we wanted for our charcuterie board and the board overall as underwhelming. My soup and risotto were both so bland that I barely ate my entry and my husband's salmon was average. They ended up comping my entree which was really kind and we tried for dessert but the bread pudding wasn't amazing either. Great service but the food was really subpar.
Excellent service and extensive wine list, some seasonal dishes with locally sourced ingredients, cozy atmosphere with nice views of Dundee, reasonable prices
I love the space, atmosphere Caesar salad + salmon was bland; brownie ala mode was dry & hard - we couldn’t finish & told the waiter. We will keep coming back & exploring rest of menu. I mention these things because we are rootin’ for ya!
It was our first time there. It was a business dinner, but will take family and friends there in the future. It was great food and atmosphere. I will highly recommend it.
Great place to eat and have a good time with friends. Great service, great food, and pleasant atmosphere.
From the food to the waitress it was all great. We will be going back for sure.
We had a 7pm event and needed to leave by 6:30. They did a great job of ensuring that our food came out early and we left on time. Always a pleasure dining here. Menu gets updated quarterly and is seasonal. Great wine selection, too.
Our waiter was very attention. He answered our menu questions and let us taste the pickles after we we inquired. We all enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend Mark’s Bistro.
Celebrated a birthday with friends at Mark's last weekend. Outstanding food, service and venue. Easy parking, great ambiance with the lights and view out the windows on a rainy night. I'd go again in a heartbeat!
Phenomenal... as usual! My wife’s and mine favorite restaurant.
Always good time at Marks. Ask them to go light on the dressing for salad. Flatbread was just so-so. Great service and fun location!
Marks is one of the only restaurant we go to in Omaha and is our favorite. Our last visit was a bit of a disappointment. We went early to catch the Happy Hour and were very pleased with the wines. We were not happy with the Charcuterie selection, as one of our choice listed on the menu, was not available. The Tai Flatbread was excellent as was the French Onion soup. We decided on the Yellow fin Tuna Panzanella which was OK, but the amount of Tuna in the dish was skimpy. The current list of Dinner Mains lacked the normal uniqueness that we had come to expect at Marks. So, we did not order any. Really love the restaurant and hope to have a better experience next time.
We had a very nice meal and wine on the outdoor patio. Beautiful September evening.
This place is adorable! I loved the atmosphere of it and the Mac and cheese I had was amazing. My partner enjoyed their carbonara. The bruschetta first plate was some of the best bruschetta I have ever had. I will definitely be back!
I took my husband to Mark’s for his bday dinner. He had never been there before and loved it! The food, service & ambience were fantastic. Also, we got a great table for 2 by the windows, so we could see all the fun people walking by. We’ll definitely be back!
Server Emily was outstanding and food its usual best
My husband’s entree was good. Mine was undercooked. The bill was adjusted for the undercooked entree but it was disappointing. We have never had this happen at Mark’s. The service was slow also. We were celebrating our anniversary.
Never disappointed in our food at Marks, it's always delicious! And good sized portions!
Disappointed. We hadn’t been here in awhile. We didn’t care for the menu items. It seems that they are trying to become more of a vegetarian or vegan restaurant ... not sure but we miss the meat dishes. And no duck confit for the mac & cheese. We’ll go to Kith & Kin next time. 😕
Picked this place based on the favorable reviews but found it just ok. Service far outshined the food. Wasn't a bad experience, just expected better.
Atmosphere and Service are great. However, the food was rather bland. Not a place I would choose to go back to for taste.
Was really impressed with the service.. the food was great.. the desert was to die for.
My husband and I have been long time customers of Marks. No More. First we were told that we could not sit in the shade due to the table being for four. Later we noticed that two were sitting there. The biggest issue was more olives for the board of meats and cheeses being served. We practically had to beg for a handful of olives! Liquor was skimpy. We liked our waitress though, she was very pleasant.
I have a question - I was not given points for this experience - said it wasn't eligible for points - why not?
\Mark's was a fine experience as always.
Service was okay, special swordfish dish was very expensive for the portion size.
We’re regulars but Marks wasn’t up to its usual standard. Lobster risotto was bland & swordfish wasn’t warm. They did comp a desert and it was 1/2 price wine night plus the weather was great for patio seating. The server was also swamped so some tables had to ask/wait for wine, bread etc several times. Experience won’t keep us from going back for now but it does seem that they have been missing the mark (pun intended) more often lately and there are plenty of other great restaurants in Omaha.
The food was very good and the ambiance on the patio was lovely. Our service was again spotty (slow, lacked attention to detail). I'll keep going back...
Seems a bit over priced and the food wasn’t anything too amazing for the price you pay.
Friendly and cozy restaurant. Food was all very good. Smores brownie dessert perfect ending.
Amazing food and drinks served by knowledgeable staff in a cool space overlooking a fun neighborhood.
I’m never very fond of being seated directly next to another group of people when there are several open tables that could be offered to provide a bit of elbow room – that was my recent experience. Also, it was 4 p.m., and although it was Saturday, it was still basically an empty restaurant.
A group of high school friends met for lunch. Great atmosphere, food and service.
It did happen to be "Dundee Days" and we would have rescheduled to a different Saturday if we had known - very hard to find parking.
Very nice variety of choices for entrees, friendly, prompt service, beautiful patio seating, lovely decor. All around excellent dinner! And the price was lower than I expected!
We love Mark's. I had a small salad and Thai Chicken flatbread as a meal. I cleaned my plate. It was really yummy. My husband had the Mac and Cheese. I wish the drinks had come quicker. I am not sure what the hod-up was. I was also happy when the loud men at a nearby table left. They had been there awhile I am thinking.
Birthday celebration. Fine food and wine. Outdoor seating was awesome. Our wait person Em was attentive and served with humor and grace. The mousse was a delicious, perfect end to our evening-shared with four spoons.
Service was fantastic, very attentive without being intrusive. Food was fabulous - Chef Eric puts a lot of care and attention into every dish. We had the salmon, ribeye special, lobster & scallop risotto and bucatini ..... every dish had beautiful presentation and tasted amazing!!!!
Well done from the hostess & waitress to the chef/staff!!!!
The back deck was an excellent place to relax and enjoy the nice evening. The landscaping/plants were amazing.
