Market Street Kitchen Ratings and Reviews
At 6:30 they were out of several entrees and a few appetizers. I requested a specific brand drink that they said they had but then when served to me, it was not the right one. I drank it anyway because I did not want to cause a stink but really not acceptable. Probably won't go back here. Positive: outdoor dining with friends was nice, everything else...probably a pass...
Food great, service was not up to the standard we have gotten there before. Waiter not attentive or knowledgeable enough. Asked about specialty coffees which he said machine wasn't working. Specialty coffees are just coffee with liqueur in it
Also there drink special was a piña colada that tasted awful and was way overpriced at 14$. A disappointment this time. Have been a handful of times that were better.
Wasn't very impressed. Slow night, but waitress/hostess didn't care to bring us to a table, felt rushed to make our order and food came out so fast, it seemed like we should make it a short stay. Food was nothing worth talking about, just mediocre. So was the service. Awkward smell in the place as well, a bit like old wet towels. Won´t be going back.
Absolutely delicious! Hubby and I ventured out for happy hour at MSK that became dinner. The wine selection and pricing was a very pleasant surprise and the food was fabulous. Not your typical bar food here but nothing too scary either. A great selection of creative combinations that make choosing just one a challenge. Hubby had the green chili pork appetizer and the prime rib sandwich. I opted for bruschetta followed by a trio of sides. -grilled asparagus, risotto, and the chipotle corn and spinach dish. I can honestly say we were both moaning with delight. Between us we had 5 glasses of wine, 2 apps, and. 2 entrees and our bill was under $75!!! Best happy hour value ever. We love this place!
I took a neighbor to dinner for an early celebration of an upcoming birthday. We didn't focus on that but wanted an evening that would feel special without requiring a lot of fuss. Market Street Kitchen really delivered. The salads were great and the salmon was excellent -- cooked exactly to my liking even though I forgot to specify my preference. The service was discrete but efficient. The noise level was low despite being Father's Day. Several families were dining, along with couples "on a date". The perfect choice for us. We will return.
The cocktail menu was the thing that really stood out to me here. There were some really unique and creative concoctions. The drink I ordered was really tasty and visually appealing. The food was well executed and there were a few menu items that you don't see everywhere. The atmosphere was really nice and the service was good as well. No complaints!
A wonderful find for lunch. My wife and I are always on the hunt for a new place to eat. The menu is fresh and appealing. The choices are innovative. Our server was well versed and attentive, offering us great suggestions. Since we had come in for lunch he was kind enough to bring by the dinner menu for us to look over. We will be back
We were at Market Street Kitchen during Happy Hour on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was pretty empty. We got the requested table on the patio. We ordered draft beers to get started but were told that the draft beer system did not work. Very disappointing. Then we ordered two cocktails that were rather weak. The appetizer was good and so were sandwiches that came with a glass of house wine that was actually really good.
Overall an average experience.
