It was one of the best restaurants we ate at in a long time! We eat organic, seasonal and local in our hometown in Lake Pleasant, central Adirondacks and were so pleasantly surprised with the selections. We celebrated our brother's birthday there and our relatives from Nassau and Queens counties felt the same. The Maitre d and our server, Dan, were so friendly and accommodating. Loved it!! We will be back again and raved about to our families. Thanks for a wonderful evening!
We tend to like an early dinner on a Friday because we can catch up and enjoy a leisurely pace. Market Bistro did not disappoint. My husband LOVES the beer selection and I love a great Manhattan. The Prix Fixe is a good value. Highly recommend. We will be returning.
Tuna tartar, Octopus salad and Short Ribs were xecellent. Drinks were aso perfect.
Valentines dinner, the good
No special high priced menu
Service ok, very good at beginning, than disappeared and we ordered appetizers with another waitress
Asked a specific question about the lamb chops and gave me false answer
4 single lamb chops for $36.00, when sister restaurant west end serves whole rack 8 chops for less, I understand different quality, but not that much different to warrant the price.
Will I go back, yes, just pick different items.
Sister to the West End Cafe, this local, trendy haunt did not disappoint. Excellent service, exceptional staff, lively and friendly atmosphere and solid food. Great menu and nice wines. Very enjoyable first experience and will return!
everything was great but what really stood out was the service. My boyfriend didnt like what he ordered and they were so accommodating! They insisted on bringing him a different dish and even customized it to fit his dietary needs. (substituted the pork for grilled shrimp). Then the manager even came over to check on him to make sure he liked it. It was a Saturday night and they were super busy so I was very impressed.
2nd time visiting MB. Food is really fresh and delicious. Lots of choices. Just wish they had more vegetarian options.
A thoroughly enjoyable dinner in a beautifully decorated Bistro setting. We had the Risotto and the veal and everything was delicious.
I ordered the salmon which I’ve had before at Market Bistro. The salmon was good but the sides were really not up to this restaurants standards. I was disappointed in this dish.
Second trip to Market Bistro and it was as good as I remember. Tasty food, beautifully presented.
