About Market 17
Market 17 is proud to be serving delicious, creative dishes that are literally from the farm right to the tables of our diners. We call this "wine country cuisine" because the emphasis is on fresh, clean food from top purveyors along with an abundant wine list.
For the more adventurous diner, Market 17 offers 'dining in the dark'. It is our chefs table in a private room that allows a new way to experience food. Once your sight is turned off, all the other senses are heightened. It's a fun and unique experience to enjoy our food. (Due to very limited seating, reservations for dining in the dark can only be made by phone)
Our menu will change daily and we'll always offer amazing tasting menus for you to sample what the chef has created. Come and experience for yourself what all the buzz is about!

Market 17 Ratings and Reviews
Been here twice before and once again not dissapointed. This time celebrated my eldest son’s 25th birthday and it was his choice second time to dine here with him. His fave. From our reservation and the whole experience was impeccable and the dishes here have been beyond amazing.
We’ll be back... again!
We loved Market 17, the dishes were inventive with wonderful flavors. Our waiter was very attentive and made great suggestions. We liked mixing small plates with appetizers. Only issue was low lighting made it difficult to read menus, we all got out or mobile phones to shine light on them.
Marco at the bar started the evening off with pleasant conversation and excellent beverage recommendations. Christian was an attentive and pleasant waiter who made the extra effort to make the dinner special. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and sophisticated. A memorable evening.
The food really was excellent. The presentation was beautiful but the flavors and variety on the menu is truly impressive. I had a burrata salad on arugula, which was incredible followed by a tuna entree. It was one of the better meals I have ordered and I travel and eat out all over the east coast, fresh and savory. I highly recommend it.
My wife and I live in Manhattan and love great restaurants. This is one of the best places we have eaten at anywhere in the world. Close to perfection. The food was fantastic, healthy and creative. The service was wonderful. My only complaint is that they do not have a Manhattan location!
This restaurant has re-kindled our passion for dining in good venues. ..until Market 17 both my partner and I had stopped dining out as everywhere was predictable or pretentious. ..many modern day chefs go the route of reproducing flavours and essences of produce then converting into foams and jus. .the food in M17 was pure produce combined with a flair to combine unusual vegetables with meats. The charcuterie was one of the best, and certainly the most creative I have EVER had..the service excellent without fawning all over you, just good and friendly. It was my partners birthday and it was exceptional. Wine list superb and some great value wines.. highly recommended and will definitely go again.
The food was delicious (and pricy!) but loved that everything was locally sourced and all the farms were listed on the menu. The service was good but we all felt the other servers at the tables around us were much more engaging and fun than ours. Would recommend for a special occasion.
The menu is limited and intended to be eclectic, but with only 10-12 entress, the eclectic selections like antelope and a few others mean the choices are very limited. The whole shrimp mixed with red beet sauce did not taste or smell fresh. Most shrimp were headless and in the mixed beet sauce, the dish would be better named shrimp massacre.
The burrata seemed to be several days old with texture more like old buffalo mz.
The waiter was excellent.
We travel to Ft. Lauderdale a couple of times a year and this is our go-to for a nice dinner out. The menu is constantly changing with local seasonal selections, which makes its easy to return. I am always blown away by the food and service - the best dinner location in Fort Lauderdale!
*Charcuterie boards are a must try!!!
What an amazing date night ! The service was impeccable and the food was nothing I've tried before. I liked the idea that if I couldn't make up my mind, they offered tasting portions so I could try multiple entrees. Something I also thought was great, was that all ingredients used on the menu was hand selected and brought in from local farms (farm to table). They also have a full bar and extensive wine selection. This is a high end restaurant and totally worth the price ! Kudos to the chef and her staff !
