   Mothers Day brunch had an electric piano. He played way too loud forcing large groups to talk louder to be heard. The piano was annoying rather than pleasant background music. The ambience was sub par.

   We visited Marker 92 for Mother’s Day Brunch. It was a delightful experience for all of us. The Westin Resort’s setting on the Cape Coral waterfront is lovely. For the day, the restaurant offered a brunch, which included choice of a main dish, supplemented by an extensive buffet of fresh and smoked seafoods, cheeses, salads, fruits, breads, and desserts. Everything we had (and we were stuffed by the end!) was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent, too. This place will be on our return-to list, for sure.

   Dockage was full but 20 minute wait we got in. Seated promptly and server was punctual for drinks. Food was all fairly good and everyone enjoyed the evening. Would go back for drinks on deck.

   Horrible. We walked in joyous as it was my moms 50th birthday lunch. The host with dark hair was unbelievers rude from the start. She said she didn’t have our reservation so I pulled it up on my phone. She then got us a table and we sat there for 15 mins. It was like we were invisible nobody came and there were plenty of servers there. As a fellow service industry worker that was ridiculous and I will never return. SMH.

   The food was so healthy and delicious. My husband ordered cioppino which he said was excellent. I ordered the salmon which was delicious and coupled well with brown rice and roasted carrots. We then had key lime pie for dessert which was also a winner. Our plates were removed at the end of the meal without a crumb left to scrape. Prices were very reasonable The view was so peaceful and lovely. We will keep returning to this gem in Cape Coral.

    This was not our first time going to Marker 92. It has been consistently a very nice place to go. Food, service and setting are first class. We keep it as a regular place to get out and not worry about getting our monies worth.

    Very limited menu, much too hot to enjoy a meal, asked to be moved to another table and was told it’s cooler by bar but very noisy. We were the only people in the dining room area. We did not stay.

    The whole experience was not enjoyable. Our waiter was hardly around. We had a reservation but it took almost an hour to receive any service. Food arrived nearly 1.5hrs after ordering. The other wait staff was shouting to the kitchen while standing next to our table instead of going over to it. Drinks were constantly empty. Terrible experience. Food was mediocre at best.

    Hostess would not seat us outside since we had a reservation and outside was first come, first served. We were the only ones waiting and as a table left, we asked for that one. She said it would take a while and repeated we had a reservation, which meant inside only. Two weeks ago, we had a reservation and were seated outside!Rather than argue, we ate inside while all the following people were seated outside. She was an awful hostess and ruined what is always a lovely atmosphere and good food. Will never make a reservation again

    Seen a server for water,take away 2 plates, and gave us our bill. At buffet out of seafood sauce asked if we could get some, after waiting and waiting guessing she forgot. Ham was cold even being under heat lamp. Potatoes, vegetables chicken in sauce all cold. Just what I tried. Very disappointing for 98.00 per person. Outside seating had more servers than the 3 I seen inside working. Will not be coming back.

    We were visiting the Ft Myers area and we decided to try a place on the water. Although the view was beautiful and it was tucked away in a nice little area, the food was lacking. We started with the shrimp appetizer. They were undercooked, I didn't think you could go wrong with shrimp since the color tells you when they are cooked. We ordered two of the blackened grouper sandwich's, and crispy chicken sliders. Both were nothing special. As far as drinks.... where's the spirits? It was nothing but a watered down cocktail. And as far as the service.... what service? We had to get up and order another drink from the bar so that we could finish our meal. We ordered a beer and a truly, we figured at least we would get what we paid for. I would not recommend.

    Unreal food, it was amazing. We had a party of 7 , including 2 four year olds and all of our meals were perfect. The food was delicious! It’s on the pricer side but well worth the money!We sat outside right by the water, there was live music. The restaurant itself was extremely busy but the service was still very good. Food came out in a timely manner and our server was extremely helpful with the gluten free options! We are not locals but we come to Florida frequently and will definitely be returning!

    I was expecting a more upscale restaurant since it was on the water. There was no hostess to greet you inside You needed to go outside to get seated which was entrance to the Nauti Mermaid. The menu on line was not the same menu. Was told that smaller menu since Covid and the hurricane. I felt there was no ambiance. However, I had the honey glazed salmon which was excellent and even though the servers were busy between outside and inside, the service was on point.

    Service was absolutely terrible. We saw our waitress 2 times in 2 hours. She took our drink/food order after we waiting 20 minutes for them to come to the table. We had to locate another server to get us napkins, to-go boxes, water refill. Food was good but really wouldn’t recommend given the service.

    Marker92 is the indoor venue, Nauti-Mermaid the outdoor space. Reservations only available for the inside tables; outdoor had a 25 minute wait on a Tuesday night, so we stayed indoors on a breezy evening. The Westin complex is huge, so budget some time to find your way. Krista was a delight as a server, knowledgeable and attentive while working both inside and outside tables. The chowder bowl was hot and full of flavor, the shrimp primavera was a delight, creamy with layers of flavors. The honey garlic salmon sauce had a bitter note but the fillet was perfectly cooked.

    We've traveled the world and ate at many Michelin and exquisite restaurants. This restaurant is by far the worst restaurant we ever ate at. We booked this last minute Valentine's Day dinner because nothing around our area was available. I saw the pictures and reviews and thought to myself, looks good so why not try it. Apparently the reviews are very deceiving. We are convinced these ratings where just posted by bots. There's no way this restaurant can have that many reviews. First, there was a huge staff working last night and they are only doing 3 course meals, so there is NO reason why the long wait for the food. Let's go through the 3 course meal they served. First course is soup and salad which is basic. Who serves iceberg lettuce these days? They piled everything onto this one little tiny dish which left no room to even mix the salad. Salad dressing was probably from Wishbone. Tomato basil soup was adequate. Second course was paella and Catch of the day. I don't even know where to begin on how to explain the paella they served. It was so soupy and looked more like stew. The rice tasted like Uncle Ben's rice. That is NOT paella. The Catch of the Day was probably swordfish. The initial bite wasn't too bad. As I started eating the saffron rice they provided underneath, I realized it tasted like airplane microwave rice. Gross! As I started eating more of the fish, there was freezer burn taste and I couldn't eat it anymore. Last course which is dessert is just as bad. 3 different desserts but they all tasted very processed and from Costco. We sat there discussing how shock we are especially for a highly rated resort like Westin Hotels. Finally, the bar was by the front entrance and you could barely make your way out with all the drunks standing there. Hopefully this review will get management's attention and they will consider changing the way they run this business/restaurant.

    My girlfriends steak was raw and tasted like rubber. It was awful but we immediately did send it back and they brought out a new one which was great. They made up for it but I was done eating and watching her eat plus it was Valentine’s Day. I would give them another try one day. Server was awesome she did a great job!

    I took my wife here for Valentine's Day. They had a special menu for the day so I can't speak to the general menu. Service was good. Christina was friendly and helpful and seemed to be around at all the right times. Food was excellent! I got the swordfish and my wife got the strip. Portions were ample. We were seated outside because we wanted the water view (that's why we went!). So outside is considered part of the bar area so the servers were dressed down a little and they broadcast a radio station for music. All said, the view was great, food was good, service was good, but if you're expecting a fine dining experience this isn't it. It's attached to a hotel, so we had folks around us who were looking for the pool, riding bikes, etc. Elevated bar experience yes, anything more you might want to go somewhere else. We'll be back, but with adjusted expectations.

    Not hostess inside the restaurant, had to go outside and let them know my wife and I were at the bar. The 15 year old hostess told me we couldn't be seated until the full party was present. Went and got the wife, returned to hostess stand and was told it would now be a twenty minute wait. Got that worked out. Requested a booth, got a table. Had a waitress that was handling inside and outside tables which caused the door to be opened and closed, so the wind kept blowing everything off the table. Food was mediocre at best. Don't try to special order a thing. Took forever to check out. Just overall a bad experience.

    Seems to just be the indoor extension of the Nauti Turtle. Not a fine dining. Not sure if the menu is different but servers in Nauti Turtle T shirts. Food was fine but not the fine dining experience we were hoping for.
