Need to book at 7:00 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
This place is always consistent. Friendly staff, great food and a great atmosphere. After dinner you have a huge park to take a walk in and views of the Hudson and Manhattan.
Great food! Service is really good. Menu has lots of delicious choices.
The view and food are exceptional. The vibe is relaxed and feel like your on holiday for the few hours you spend here.
I really enjoy this restaurant. I love the views of downtown NYC and the new WTC. The food is amazing and so fresh, their menu constantly changes with the season witch I enjoy.
Very nice restaurant, a great location and food was enjoyable.
As always Maritime Parc never disappoints. Their food is outstanding, service is great, and ambiance is breathtaking with NYC water views. There was a minor hiccup with the Fire Alarms going off but staff addressed it to all guests and were apologetic. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
Went here for Sunday Brunch last week. I loved the menu choices and couldn't believe how great the prices were for this location. The waiter was very good and professional. I would definitely go back here again.
Beautiful setting over looking the Hudson River. Outdoor patio overlooking the water with views of the Manhattan Skyline! Absolutely gorgeous!
Appetizers and sides are truly delicious! Service was amazing, so friendly and accommodating! Hostess, waitress and waiters were all so nice and fun!
The main course was so so;( we had 2 Rib Eye Steaks and they were a bit chewy. This place is not cheap so to spend money on a steak you would think it would be awesome! Not the case here, unfortunately:(
The risotto with Rock Shrimp main course was delicious but it had small bits of lemon zest in it that was a little overwhelming.
The swordfish was just ok, nothing special.
The shrimp cocktail were huge and delicious!
The duck fat fries are on the money!
The fried mashed potatoes rings were not as good as we'd hoped.
The breaded deep fried string beans with dipping sauce was something I'd definitely go back for!
A picture perfect day for brunch on the patio! Dined at Maritime Parc numerous times and in every season, but summer is special. Service was prompt and attentive and the food delicious. Views of Manhattan only add to the ambiance. Topped the day off with a water taxi ride to Manhattan, a mini cruise and a short walk to Eataly. Doesn't get much better!
We always dine at Maritime Parc when we stay at the marina and it never disappoints. Food, wine & service are great! My pork belly appetizer was delicious & my halibut entrée was just as good.
View great, ambiance very nice, food value just fair-portions slight.
Reception good,service, very nice.
Just a little disappointed in the total experience.
My wife and I ate on the outdoor deck and the view of the NYC skyline was excellent. The little neck clam appetizer was good, although there was a little bit of sand in some of the clams. The rib eye steak was very good and cooked exactly to my medium rare liking. The ambiance was romantic with the tables nicely spaced and the noise level low providing us with the opportunity to have a nice conversation.
One of my favorite spots in Jersey City. You can't beat the view and the quality of food. I try something new every time I'm here and never disappointed! Also, reasonably priced for the quality of food.
The food here is as outstanding as the view. We were there on a day too hot to sit outside but it was still an outstanding meal! Great place for a birthday celebration.
Clicking on a few buttons and Making reservations was great. The food was very disappointing. Ambiance and drinks were good, but I wouldn't go back. I would just go over to restaurant across the parking, where I held my birthday.
Absolutely excellent food. Octopus appetizer was one of the best dishes of 2016
Great little restaurant right on the water
Perfect day with good food and superb service however the A/C was not working at all but
we sat outside and was very pleasant...
Only gripe is that even with a reservation, we were seated in the outdoor bar section on wobbly tables. I understand the air conditioning was broke that night, but it seemed like there were plenty of open tables still when we arrived. Although the seating was poor, the service and food were excellent. Manager asked us if we had any problems and we explained our distaste for our table. She compensated us with discount for next time. It was a nice gesture, but we were there for a birthday, and don't get to JC often.
The food is simply amazing & the view is even better !
Very pleased with restaurant week experience and menu.
The food wasn't anything to brag about. I was very disappointed since it was a selected menu. With limited options the food should be spectacular and it wasn't anything but mediocre.
The food and the service was outstanding! We will definitely go back to this restaurant.
We went to Maritime Parc to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. We went sight unseen, not knowing anyone else who had eaten there, with only the menu from the website as our only source of info about the place....The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the waiter and bus boy could not have been nicer and the view of lower Manhattan can't be beat.
Overall very pleased. Food was delicious. Gorgeous scenery outside of the dock and NYC skyline. Attentive staff. Definitely coming back.
Delicious food with beautiful outdoor views of NYC and a reasonably priced menu. Their burger is the best around and they have an incredible Thursday night special with burger, oysters and wine for like $20. You need to try this place
Very good food with an emphasis on seafood. Then menu tends towards the avant garde. Staff was attentive. No complaints.
Food was very good and the drinks excellant. Next we are at the liberty landing marina we will go back.
Everything about our experience was exceptional, from the waitstaff to the food. Our son has a peanut allergy and the manager personally spoke with us to make sure his meal contained no nuts. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Liberty Landing Marina.
The online menu showed a more extensive selection of fish. Unfortunately the evening menu lacked 3 of them. Our waiter was busy socializing primarily with one table. Our busboy was great however. My salmon was just ok, the couscous salad was very good. My friends pasta and seafood dish was really good. His comment was that it was very rich. We passed on dessert. Several other tables received a fresh cookie before leaving. We were not offered one but when we mentioned it, the hostess ran into the kitchen to get us each one. The view of NYC from the outside dining area is awesome.
The meal was great. Tasted great and filling
Been here many times before. The service seemed better. Food was excellent. Cannot beat the location on a perfect night. I'm sure we will be back
Beautiful view, but food and service was horrible! There are plenty of other places in the area with much better food. The seafood was fishy and it took 35 minutes to get a new chicken dish.
I had been here before for a wedding but this was the first for dinner. I was not sure what to expect for a Saturday since it looks like this place does more business after work than weekends. The indoor restaurant and bar were dead. I usually like to check out the bar with a drink before I sit and this bar was lame. The choices at the bar were limited (except for bourbon) and they were out of some of the wine selections on the menu. Outdoors was busy as the weather was perfect. The appetizers were both unique and they tasted excellent (although they were out of one of the better looking choices). The entrees were o.k. I would have gone higher on the food rating but my wife's salmon was very over-cooked. My pasta with seafood was interesting and tasty. The best part of the place (in addition to the great outside weather) was the service. Our server was Sandra and she was really great. She said she had not been there very long but nevertheless she knew the menu and her recommendations were spot on. She was perfectly friendly and attentive without performing. The hostess seemed a little inexperienced and confused and the bartender was just adequate so things started off just so-so. Therefore we were really pleased to have such a great server. We did not order dessert but Sandra said they all all fantastic so I am sure they were. I'd be interested in going back and eating inside to get a feel for whether I like Maritime Parc, sans perfect weather.
Disappointing. Shrimp cocktail didn't taste fresh. Chicken was good. Bread was just okay (not worth the carbs). Oysters were tiny. the service was nice but inexperienced. the wine was poured so high in the glass that I had to stop the server. Except for the fact that it's nice to sit outside in the summer I wouldn't go back.
I went for my wife's birthday with her parents. We sat outside and it was great. I'm very picky with my food but their food was exceptional. I think the manager was amazing not only was she nice she was welcoming. I would recommend anyone to go there. Very good food, service, atmosphere and price!
FOOD WAS AWESOME AND VERRRRRRRY YUMMMMMMMMMMY!!!!!!!.....STAFF GREAT AND FRIENDLY
Lovely restaurant on the Marina in Jersey City. Eclectic brunch menu was enjoyed by all (the chorizo and mussels were fabulous!!!).
Love. Will be back.
The food was incredible however I can’t say the same for the service.
The restaurant was pretty empty yet we still waited 20 minutes before they even asked for our drinks order, followed by a further 20 minutes wait for the drinks to arrive.. There seemed to be a lot of staff working but no-one seemed to do anything, they all passed on the roles to other members of staff "I can’t take your drinks order", "I only take the order, I can’t bring you the drinks"... I am not really sure what our waitress really did… she kept on apologizing for the wait and said we had her full attention only to then disappear and spend her evening topping up everyone's water in the restaurant rather than take our food/drink orders. It got to the point where you had to see the funny side. On top of that the ambience in the place didn’t suit the stylish décor. The music was dated pop played far too loud giving the feel of a food court rather than a fine dining experience.
On the plus side the décor and food was top notch, the chefs were just let down by the front of house staff. I would recommend trying to get a table outside so you’re not drowned out by the music and maybe order your own drinks from the bar.
