Every dish was lukewarm. I’ve eaten here before and the food was outstanding. We asked twice why the food wasn’t hot and the waitress said she told the chef and he would make it hotter- still wasn’t happening. All of my table noticed. No idea what was going on,but not sure I would go back after this.

Our server, Ryan, was excellent and very friendly. The food was wonderful but especially the scallops, so flavorful. I ate them slowly to savor every flavor of the dish. The overall cost did put a dent in our vacation budget, but I was glad to have the experience.

Creative presentation, and flawless taste (in setting, wine, and cuisine). My husband enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairings, while I savored the lobster bisque, and scallops. What a special place, with a professionally attentive and knowledgeable team. Thank you.

Mariposa was delicious, beautiful and the service was perfect. I can't say anything bad about it but it wasn't very interesting. The food was all prepared wonderfully - I had the tomato tart to begin and the bison steak for my main course with sweet potato and sauteed chard on the side. Both were good but felt like I could have had the same thing at many other restaurants. My husband ordered a little more adventurously but he felt the same about his meal. Good but nothing stood out. We did receive help choosing a wonderful wine and although we were too full for dessert, we were given an "intermezzo" sized dessert which was perfect.

We've been wanting to try Mairiposa for a long time and just finally got around to it. it did not disappoint! The food was spectacular and the decor was what you'd expect for a high end Deer Valley Mountain restaurant. We were surprised when we were given a regular dinner knife prior to our buffalo steak orders arriving but soon realized they were so tender you probably could have cut them with your fork! incredible food and worth the trip into upper DV (even if you are staying out of town or somewhere else in PC) . It was very vibrant and hard to have a quiet conversation but that may have been where we were sitting. Definitely a restaurant to put on your list if you are coming to PC and I would give it an A+ overall.

Nice meal- for a tasting menu the main course was still quiet large, I had the halibut. After having two starting dishes as recommended i was full and couldn’t make it to dessert. Appetizers were not as creative as I’d imagined they would be, but overall decent meal. Service was nice, decor left something to be desired. Would go again, but wouldn’t be at the top of my list when visiting Deer Valley.

This menu was amazing and the specials and treats provided by the chef were so flavorful. It was a special evening with friends
